Some items, such as jewerly is not quite as they appear online. The quality of some of the items are at a zero level. Two items i purchased broke before i had an opportunity to wear them. Currently i am awaiting the delivery/resolution of two handbags i purchased but have not received them yet. I love the site but having a little difficulty right now
I should have known better, and I did, but took a chance anyway. I was NOT surprised when the "Coach" handbag arrived and it was NOT a Coach. It smelled terrible, and had none of the markings the Coach website listed to ensure a handbag was authentic. It looks passable and if you don't mind paying $185.00 for a fake with an odor, this is for you. BUT, if you want an authentic name brand of almost anything, get as far away from TumbleDeal as possible. I am deleting TUMBLEDEAL from my computer.
I have ordered Three items from Tumble Deal so far. The first two came immediately. The third item did not come and when I emailed them, they immediately said they would send a replacement. That did not come either, and when I emailed them again, they immediately refunded my money and gave me a credit. Things do happen from time to time and the most important thing to me is how the situation is resolved. Tumble Deal is awesome and handled the matter promptly and professionally. I will definitely be a repeat customer due to this.
Chelsea emailed me right back when I had a question about my refund. She is quick to give me the information I need and always very friendly in her responses, treats you like a friend. Not just some customer!
