I calle Curtis to ask about how I return a purchase. He said I should expect the return envelope in about 5 business days. When I didn't get it after 13 days I called again and got same man. He apoligized and said he had sent it via email. He then sent it to mem in my office and I printed the return mail sticker and put in the mail same time.
I ordered something I later had second thoughts about. Fortunately, the sale was canceled in time.
When I contacted them regarding my purchase that was defective, they were very quick to get me a return label so I could return my purchase.

I was really surprise on the great customer service I received from the site. I really thought that when I emailed about my broken purse and purse organizer that I would get the brush off. That was not the case at all! They sent me the return label with in days and I had the replacement with in a cpl weeks. The purse organizer that came broken they sent me two more and didn't request the others back. It was great! Plus they email you to follow up on everything. Love this site!

However my first purchase the size of the bag was misleading or rather didn't pay attention to details. I was expecting a big bag got a mini bag instead.
I think that more info for products like jewelry needs to be on the information list about the item. Like is it nickel free or what kind of metal is the item made from. Some people have allergies to certain metals. I like this site Tumble Deal & I have liked every thing except my bucket bag but, my concern for using the purse out weigh keeping the bag.

I had received an email on the 18th that I would receive tracking info for the pearls I had purchased within 24 hours and I had not heard anything else. Curtis replied very promptly and told me my package was delivered this morning to my house.

It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
