I purchased a handbag and when it arrived, the metal on it was scratched and zipper area was mis-shaped plus the color was not accurate. However, Customer Service has been very accommodating in providing the necessary materials/information to send my merchandise back for a refund.

I had ordered blue sapphire earrings and the ones that arrived were pink. I emailed TumbleDeal and the answered right away that they were reordering the right color and to keep the pink ones.
That's good business and I will keep looking for bargains on TumbleDeal!

As I tried to scroll on a touch screen mobile device, I accidentally touched a button which stopped the sale. Being brand new to this site, I panicked because it was a $500 deal which I really didn't want. After contacting the site, I was assured that if I didn't purchase within 10 minutes, the sale was cancelled. A quick response to settle a worrisome error.
