They are on time when it comes to answering question.

I was excited to get this box sent back because they are too tall.

I purchased a watch that did not work. I requested to return it and be refunded. I was promptly given the procedures that will be needed to make this happen.

I had purchased a pair of earrings and whemn I received them they were broken needless to say I was not pleased... I e-mailed the company to tell of my issue and Chelsea had quickly responded she was very pleasant

I purchased a case with keyboard. The only trouble is, I don't have a tablet to go with the item. So, I realized my error in ordering it, the same day, and cancelled the item. Thankfully, I am getting the refund.

Chelsa handled my issue immediately. I froze an offer for 7 bangles in 18Kt plated tri colored. I only received 3 one of each yellow, white, and rose gold. I was sent a return label within 2 days.

My experience with Tumbledeal deal was positive. I do think shipping is a little slow. Well slower than the 'ships within 1-2 days' they advertise on this site. And the original price shown for the handbag I purchased was high. But other than that I'm still a satisfied customer.
