They are as honest as the day is long about possible prior usage and it ALWAYS turns out to be a whole lot better than Tumble Deal says it is. Ordered a set of battery operated doorbells and was surprised at a quality of the items. Once one was set up, the doorbell rang louder than the one it replaced! For price it was a great deal.
It says you can track. You cannot! It says processing until shipped, then shipped until it arrives. I've ordered a few things from them, spent too much money. This last item is the last straw. It has said "shipped" for 10 days. Still nothing and still can't track. I have emailed and tried their online communication. Nothing. No response at all.

Ordered and received the king size cream bamboo sheets I have never seen such flimsy and poor quality bed linens before. They say they are king size but maybe they will fit a queen bed. Supposedly they where $214.00 dollars I purchased them for $41.00 as the saying goes if it is to good to be true it probably is. This was my first purchase and will be my last.

I was initially excited about possibly receiving quality merchandise fir a reasonable price. I ordered with the best intent, but received an item that looked nothing luke the advertised item. It was smaller and of poor quality. I will attempt to return it, but am not hopeful based in other reviews.

I wrote customer suppport at least 5X (different products each time) about not being able to unfreeze an item-the "X" box wasn't appearing in item description to unfreeze and allow me to go back to shopping. I got no viable response, if any, just boilerplate language that included admonishment for repeatedly writing on the same subject. I wrote them and stated that I figured that the malfunction then was likely not a malfunction, but used to trap customers on an item so they would relent and buy. I requested that they reverse all orders and have a supervisor contact me. They DID reverse all but one order-no supervisor, or anyone else, contacted me. Last item not reversed? The "bamboo sheets" that another reviewer (here) who ordered them wrote were actually POLYESTER. I had 7 orders. I typed all into the order ID number box below, but don't know if the field will take the numbers or not. Whomever edits this review can check my account and see all the cancelled items - 6. Additionally, if you get a no-cost shipping deal and type in the code, but forget to hit apply (not automatic!) it doesn't transfer. The "deal" is not automatic once you qualify. Even if you ordered repeatedly in one sitting. So, to me, Web site functionality is BAD. I have the emails to and fro customer support should you wish to receive them.

We strongly suggest reviewing the description, materials, color choices, and any other features that are important to you BEFORE freezing the item. Once you freeze the item, you lock in the price you are willing to pay, and you will have ten minutes to check out. However, if you review the item details and decide it is something you don't want, then do not freeze the item, otherwise you will have to wait ten minutes for the item to clear before you can start on a different tumble. So unhappy with the item received. It is obvious a replica or knockoff, whatever you want to fall it. As soon as I opened the package and saw the Chinese symbols and tag on the bag I was pissed. Not to mention the bag looks used and old. Only bright side is I am not out a ton of money (only $36). But the point is that the site markets as if you are receiving genuine items. Yes I am aware of be careful of what you pay for and if the price sounds too good to be true it just might be. But if you are marketing your self and conducting business as supposedly a reputable business company, there is some belief on the part of the consumer that they are receiving a legitimate item. Yes I took a gamble and I lost, but trust me I won't be gambling anymore. I normally am a cautious shopper and decided to give this site a chance. Wish i had followed my instincts. Please buyer beware and stay away. Nothing legitimate about this site or their products. Oh and by the way the $36 item Item I ended up purchasing. Which by the way they say retails for $199, normally retails on every other site (including amazon and Zulilly) for between $34 and $39 and here they started at two to three times that price to bid only to end up paying regular price anyway. So just goes to show the type of business this really is. Please check other sites. You will end up fairing better and probably with a genuine product.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
