I must have over 20 orders right now with TumbleDeal. I have been very pleased with most everything I have gotten. I did have to send back two purses that were damaged through shipping. Everything else was genuine, no fake purses! Be sure to check and see online the guides to spotting a fake brand of purse. They sent me a label the same day I asked and as soon as they got them they refunded my money, no problem, no ordeal! The only problem I see is the packaging, they use a service to do this and they need to kick it up a notch, when you have a $200 purse, you want it packed with care. Never put a leather purse in plastic wrap, they need tissue all around then use peanuts or other paper filler. As far as the products, they were great. I put all purses through the tests and they passed and I am picky! Remember to use PayPal for protection at all times

I bought a Coach tote that was described as "signature canvas with leather trim". It was plastic! I called Coach who informed me that they did not distribute through this website and did not authorize distribution through this website. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and called Tumbledeal who told me that they would send me a return label in 2-3 days. That's fine, but I went ahead with the dispute because of some of the other complaints I saw through the BBB. Should have checked there and here first! DON'T BUY COACH THROUGH TUMBLEDEAL. If it's too good to be true, it probably is!

Be aware that the Coach bags from TumbleDeal are not the same quality as the ones you buy directly from a retail Coach store. Of course, they don't tell you that you are buying an inferior bag that was mass manufactured exclusively for the Coach Factory Outlet. The mass produced Coach Factory Outlet bags are inexpensive (way less than the TumbleDeal price) and not even close to the quality of bags from the retail Coach store.
I bought a bag that was shipped shoved into a box that was too small. The leather is not high quality and is still creased from the packaging two weeks later. I have a number of real Coach bags, and I knew immediately that this one was a poor imitation of the real thing. It's not a terrible bag, but it's not top level Coach quality and I never would have bought it if I had known it was a Factory Outlet product.
The return policy at TumbleDeal is store credit rather than a refund. I don't think there is anything else at this store that I would risk buying.
My advice for anyone interested in buying a less expensive "Coach" bag is to go to the Coach Outlet store and buy the same mass produced inferior bag for a third of the price you will pay at TumbleDeal.

I ordered a Michael Kors Gansevoort Monogram Large N/S Satchel a few weeks ago. I did some thing I usually don't do and that's order from a website without researching it. I was so excited about owning a Michael Kors bag. After I ordered from them I started researching and reading reviews on them. I had a difficult time finding any good reviews for tumbledeal.com. You talking about someone getting worried, I was getting extremely worried! When my MK bag arrived, It didn't look as bad as I thought it would. A week and half later I visited the Tanger Outlet in Charleston and they were having a very good sale. I purchased the same bag but different color for almost the same price I paid for the used bag from tumbledeal. I got lucky this time but I wont be ordering from tumbledeal again. Word of caution, please do your research. This site has too many bad reviews.
