We were very happy with the shirts! I had ordered one of the polos in a smaller size, because I wasn't certain which size would fit better. I had a very positive experience when I went to exchange the smaller shirt for the larger one. I ended up purchasing another shirt!

I purchased a crew neck and although it fit me great, was light and soft, it had a flaw in it that I wasn't happy with so I contacted customer support. I received a reply within minutes and they were apologetic and sent me out a replacement T-shirt. All within a few minutes. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the support I received. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Definitely a classy company.

Ive been ordering all my shirts for the last year from True Classic because they fit me perfectly and I love the material. Most recently I ordered a 6-pak of 2XL V-neck tees and when the order showed up, one of the shirts was a 3XL. Because I ordered them as a 6-pak, I couldn't figure out how to return just 1 shirt via the app. It wanted all 6 back or nothing. So I hit them up on Instagram and within the hour they had a replacement shirt on the way. Great customer service and great products. Well done over there!

I ordered quite a few of these t shirts and long sleeve tops, for my husband. They didnt quite fit ( my fault). I live in the UK. I wrote to the company. Alladin was very helpful in sorting refund etc and ordering new t shirts. The shirts were great quality.

I'm 5'9 135lbs and the mediums fit great. A little loose on the arms but I'm no body builder and the smalls would be too short for me. The pricing is a little high for plain shirts but it is what it is!

Order my true classic tees. They were suppose to be here on the 10th of the month. They are still not here. Somehow according to shipping they was in my town then got shipped back out and still aren't here. They use a ups to a isps mail innovations which truly sucks. Mail innovations are super late for everything. If this is the shipping then I highly doubt I will ever buy from this company again.

Not only do I look way better in True Classics than my old shirts, they have some awesome products that are just as comfortable and have replaced 60% of my wardrobe. Had a little mixup with sizing, the customer service team was AWESOME. I don't ever leave reviews but after that experience, I had to say something.

The clothing is OK. Decently priced, for decent quality. Will last you about a year. I'm OK with that, at this price point. However, their "rewards" program is a joke. You will accrue points based on what you spend. Hit a certain amount of points and you can redeem for cash off future purchases. Sounds familiar, right? Well, then comes the bait and switch. They treat your "rewards" like a discount code and you can only use one or the other. They are one of those sites that always has a discount code being thrown around. Say it's 20% off (which it normally is). If you spend $100 to get free shipping, you can either use your 20% everyone gets OR $20 "rewards" you've earned. If you spend more than $100, it makes zero sense to apply your "rewards", because the percent off will beat it. So, in essence, they have found a way to wash out the rewards you earn. Of course, they use the lazy excuse of blaming it on "system limitations". Limitations they are in control of. I'm aware $20 here or there isn't the end of the world. But it's the principal of trying to pass something of no value off as customer loyalty is just shady and it shows what they truly think of their customers.

We truly value our customers and revamped our rewards program recently to provide more value other than just redeeming for an amount off. We strive to continue to add more value to our rewards program as it grows.
These shirts are great. But overpriced. They are actually a blank tshirt brand called next level which true classic re brands...you can buy these shirts for 10 dollars on jiffy shirt or for cheaper in larger quantities from.jext level themselves or a few other distributors...however true classic the company does alot for the community which is awesome...however their shirts can be purchased cheaper elsewhere
Hi Jordan, wanted to address your review. It looks like you purchased with us two years ago. We do not rebrand any of our tees. Our tees can only be bought through us, exclusively- we have a few brick and mortar stores, are on Amazon and Hudson Bay. But we are the manufacturer of our tees- we certainly do not rebrand any tees. We stand behind the quality of our tees, and are confident in our product.
I recently took the leap and ordered a 9-pack of crew neck T-Shirts from True Classic over Fresh Clean and a couple other options. The fit guide is nice in theory, however, it turns out that I am really between sizes which would have been great to be alerted to at checkout. Combined with overshrinking (more than 5% they say), I should have ordered a different size and I was disappointed to have these be too small after an initial light wash and dry.
I attempted to reach out to Customer Service through the website on my iPhone but the interface wouldn't let me submit it - it errored out when it tried to do the human authorization. The great news, the Social Media support (especially from Adan) were timely, understanding, and helpful. They helped me get another order and on top of that asked me to donate the previous articles that didn't fit.
I will definitely buy again assuming the better size goes well!

I am so satisfied with them that I was upset that I had to wear Zara's today. I made a mistake because I didn't check where my wife put them the night before and because i wake up at 4 am, I would need to wake up my wife to find them, and that's not something you want to do.
Anyway, I told my wife to bring me the shirt when she wakes up so I can continue my day looking like a DILF.

This company is the worst. My shirts came in and thru can only fit a baby. I tried live chat told me I was to late for return and they cut me off. Never buy from them again. They can stick it.

Made in China Shirts with a horrible chemical smell. The smell did not go away after washing. Do not put these shirts on your body. Plus they look very worn and full of lint right away.
Our tees definitely shouldn’t have a smell- I wonder if something happened in transit. We’d love to connect and send out some replacements, smell free of course!
I have over eight T-shirts and three sweatpants and four hoodies. I love everything. It fits so well and they're so comfortable. Thank you for makingsuch a great product for men that are a little bit more chunky lol.

Got polo active pack and non polo active pack. Wore a shirt for the first time from both packs. BOTH! TWO FIRST TIME WEARS IN A ROW. If anything not completely smooth touches the shirt (even in the middle like mine) the threads start to fray. A dried leaf while playing golf in my case. For the price of the shirt and the "active" label that is slapped on it. They should be more durable or at least come with a warning to not be active in the "active" labeled shirts.
