I wanted flowers delivered for my sister's 70th Birthday. I looked online as I am in Ohio and she is in Alabama. I found what I liked and called Troys florist. I asked if they delivered in my sister's city and was told yes. But they didn't deliver them on the day we agreed on or 2 other days we talked about on 2 other phone calls and text. So I finally cancelled order and asked for refund. It still hasn't shown up on my credit card. They told me to contact my bank which I did. No refund has been received and I started this on Feb 1 now it's March 6. Today they again told me to go to bank and the won't dispute charge when bank contacts them. The don't have date available when refund was issued. What a huge hassle for no flowers.

I ordered fresh flowers for my daughter to be delivered on her birthday.
I live out of state, when I checked in on her birthday, they "had not been delivered yet."
3 days later I remembered to ask if she liked her flowers, she said they never arrived.
I just called Troys Flowers and they never even tried to deliver them and gave some weak excuse that $14.99 delivery fee was not enough and they should have charged $30 when taking the order! Seriously?
Why did they not bother to contact me and tell me they couldn't deliver and needed more money? Instead they took my credit card, charged for flowers and 14.99 delivery fee and did NOT do a thing, neither contact me or my daughter or deliver flowers...
SO disappointing, my daughters birthday is passed and I am so irritated!
DONT pay good money to these scammers, don't waste your time or money.

Pitiful, just pitiful

I ordered the Lush Lavender arrangement for a relative in an Assisted Living facility. I ordred the upgraded arrangement, to the tune of almost $90 for delivery. What showed up was some wild flowers stuck in a clear glass vase that was maybe $20 worth of flowers. Just another example of fradulent advertising and being taken to the bank. Don't order from this florist ever! Glad I went over to see what was delivered!

I ordered a bouquet of 12 roses on a recorded line that claimed to be Troys Flowers in Springfield TN. I specifically confirmed I was purchasing 12 roses that looked like the picture on their Website and they would be delivered the next day. The answer was "Yes." I paid a little over $90.00 for the flowers and delivery. Listed is a picture of the flowers I ordered and the picture of what was delivered. I am including a picture of my order confirmation from Troys Flowers for you to see. Would you be happy with this kind of service? I contacted Troy Flower's and sent them pictures and asked that they deliver the bouquet of flowers that I ordered. No response to my request.
Ordered January 2020.
Be sure when ordering flowers to write on your order "No Substitions" so you can get a refund.

Less than 1 star!

I ordered flowers for friends birthday. The order was not delivered, nor was I notified. Four days later there was no concern about the transaction. I was disconnected/hung up on five times. After I cancel the order, they would not give me a cancellation number for the transaction.

There is No conscious and No integrity. They are the very very worst!

My bf tried to surprise me with flowers at work for my bday. Not only did they deliver it after I left for the day (and I work 7am-7pm) But it was NOT what he ordered. Not a single Lily (which it stated would have two types). And added a very cheap bear with stains on it he didn't order. He was embarrassed by this puny thing he paid $62 for! And they won't give his money back?!

I ordered flowers did not get the flowers for two days after I place the order. Then I did not get what I paid for. I ordered pink petals with a pink vase, received yellow flowers with a clear glass vase. The customer service reps are very rude. They won't let you speak then they hang up on you. You have to send an email and wait for someone to email you back. I have never done business with a place like this before. I will never do business with Troys again. They are a rip off. They need to be out of business.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. NO Flowers, NO Refund. Called the number listed, and the woman said she did not have time for my bull@*&# and hung up on me. STAY AWAY! CROOKS. Karma will come knocking!

I placed an online order and the day after it was supposed to be delivered I got an email that said the local florist was too busy and that I will get a refund in 2-5 days. That was two weeks ago and still nothing. They keep emailing me saying they will look into it but nothing. WHAT A SCAM!

I placed an order for 12/24 delivery and took a picture of the details from my computer screen prior to clicking "place order" as verification. Flowers ended up being delivered the same day. I found out when one of the people who went in on the order told me because my name was left off of the card. I reached out to Troys Florist and was told it's my responsibility to review the invoice they sent me (I explained the order was placed and delivered the same day and after I placed the order I was off from work and didn't see their email come through). They also told me to send proof my name was left off the card. Embarassing but ok. Wish I could give less than 1 star! First pic is what we ordered lily and roses - 2nd is what was sent - CARNATIONS...

Do not use!

They said they would deliver to my cousin's funeral in Nashville, NC. Did not deliver. Said they credited my account. Has not shown up on my credit card statement. They said they have done all they can do, which is take my money. I am still trying to get reimbursed.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday a week in advance. My mothers birthday came and went and the flowers were not delivered. I called the next day and asked what happened and they said I needed to pay $15.00 more for the deluxe upgrade. I said this was unacceptable and that I had already paid for the upgrade and was charged $75. I began telling the unapologetic woman how absurd this was and she hung up on me. Buyer beware!

Ordered flowers for my brother-in-laws funeral. Got to the funeral and no flowers! E-mailed them and told them that I did not get the flowers, they didn't say why or what happened just said they would refund my money. Guess what never did get it back! I emailed them like 4 or 5 times letting them know it never went back in my account. No response. So PLease, if you need flowers don't I say don't order from them. They take your money and don't deliver the flowers. Several other reviews I read had the same problem. Don't understand how they can stay in business as they are thiefs and scammers..

I was ripped off

Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter spent 80 plus dollars what they finally delivered after 3 days what is this tiny glass vase with a few flowers in it and a balloon I was so embarrassed I was hoping somebody would get back to me and customer service was not very nice either if you're doing this to rip off the public you need to remember one thing I work for a newspaper and this would make a very good article so somebody really needs to get back to me

I ordered flowers on the 2/8/19 for delivery on the 11, never got flowers or my refund. Due to weather they were unable to deliver my flowers. Troy's offered me a new delivery date or a refund. I requested the refund. It's been almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls no refund. I finally had to file a claim through my bank to get my refund.

To deliver. They said they were issuing a credit which I am still waiting for!
Terrible business! Should be negative stars allowed.

I ordered from this place thinking they would deliver my order in a timely manner. They kept making excuses. I cancelled my order and still have not received my refund. Over 3 weeks now. They keep giving me piss poor excuses. I am filing a claim against them through my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a piss poor excuse for a business if they really are. They are scam artists.

Ordered 12/6 & got email saying they couldn't do same day deliver but could deliver next day. Next day nothing. So I emailed them & they claim they tried to reach out by phone cause they were unable to fulfill my order (my phone never rang) But they will issue a refund I should see in 2-5 business days. After 7 days nothing. I reach out again & then they say "there was an issue with their refund system" so they would reissue another refund & I should wait another 2-5 days. I emailed back an irritated response which they ignored & have ignored me since. That was 12 days ago. It is now 12.26 & still no refund. I will be issuing a charge back with my bank. This company is complete trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!

I give them 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. I ordered for a funeral. 3 days after the funeral I asked my friend how the arrangement looked. She did not receive it. I called and they said they could not deliver, and cancelled the order! When I got very upset about not knowing this, she said we emailed you. I did not get an email, and did not receive a phone call or anything. Did not receive a refund of 72.00 until I called a second time. When I expressed I would never order or recommend them, she hung up on me! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I submitted my flower order the day before I wanted it delivered. They contacted me 1-day after the scheduled delivery date to tell me they couldn't deliver. Then 3-days later, again they told me my scheduled delivery for "today" couldn't be delivered and asking me again if I want to have it delivered the next day. It's 4 days after it should've been delivered and they're still not addressing why they're reaching out days after the fact. Their approach is a refund or too bad for you, because I'd prefer the delivery.
