The site itself is a bit clunky, i guess it's because there is so much information there. But obviously, it's a a useful site. There have been reviews of almost every where that i've investigated. I would certainly recommend using it, although I would also recommend tripadvisor updating its site a bit.
This is our one source for deciding on where to stay, eat or visit. Due to the amount of people that post reviews here, you get an excellent indication of what to expect. Our criteria is if there is less than 10% negative reviews, then there is not a problem. If there is less than 5%, then it is a definite GO!
I am a heavy user of TripAdvisor to plan vacations. I do not trust all the reviews since, few might be fake. I've read on "TripAdvisor: the funniest reviews, biggest controversies and best spoofs". TA is good, but few reviews seems not to be genuine.
We held a meeting at the Fairfield Inn in Monaca, PA and it was very nice. The room was very well equipped and had an efficient set-up. The room worked great for our meeting and short presentation. Carol, the manager was a pleasure to work with, as well as the worker who took care of our room. She was wonderful as well. Thanks & would recommend their meeting room and hotel!
This site is the number 1 site for travelers. I love to travel and whenever I go to another place-- I check for hotels, resorts, or other accommodations on the site first. I read about the comments of fellow travelers as well.
One of the best sites on the Internet. I plan a lot of my travel looking at this site and it has saved me multiple times from ending up at bad locations, restaurants and events. Definitely reliable and one of the best services on the internet.
This place was okay with the exception of things that are not maintained properly. The hallways in the ground units smelled of damp musty smell. The hallways were not vacuumed, The locks on the entry doors to the units were out of date. The lower down stair units had ant traps on the window sills. That is a real turn off to owners, and renters. The outside of the buildings had poor lighting. Someone that is a senior citizen would have had trouble on the walk ways. I know I did, and I am of middle age. The laundry facilities were ok, but that automatic card machine did not give the right amount on the washer or Dryer. When Five dollars was spent the dryer said the I was short seventy five cents. Which was not true. I had to air dry the clothes. Our trip to Florida was cancelled, so we came to this place for a little relaxation, but all the amenities on the property was closed. We really could not see the lake which was advertised. The units reall need some updating.
I put a review on "Agoda Online" as a Fraudulent service provider but the Trip Advisor hasn't put that review yet. They are still reviewing it. They probably put only the good ones, I guess.
Our reservations went very well, and the individuals we were renting from were great. Lots of communication and lots of help from them.
However, there was absolutely no help from Tripadvisor when I asked for it on their website. No response equals no business. I'll take my business to the sites I have used, because they do respond. So, if I find a location on Tripadvisor I will look for it on other sites to set up the rental.
Also, don't look to provide feedback directly to Tripadvisor or any reviews of the Tripadvisor website. They are not there. The one email I received requesting feedback concerning Tripadvisor through the FeeFoon site doesn't exist.
I live in Aussie and have been using them for checking hotels all over Asia and for things to do in the area. I really like the site. I also use them for reviews of restaurants and cafes in my area and find it very helpful.
My best travel app and i love using it for checking travel information before my travel schedule and they have always updated information what is happening and weather update and cheapest place to stay best place for lunch dinner party and what not. Love using trip advisor
I love this site... I like to search for reviews so I dont waste my time in places that are not good... so. This is it... this site helps you find whatever restaurant you wish to visit... I fully recommend it
We were a party of eight attending the new year's dinner and dance, staying over three nights. The accommodation was very good in the upgrade room except for having the shower being over the bath and water not very hot.
The food was excellent over the whole period but the live group playing on new year's eve was far too loud and only played the same tempo so anyone wishing to have a romantic dance was not catered for except for the disco chap who played a medley of 60's music. This rather spoiled the evening for us, however on new years day there was an excelleny sing over dinner that evening.
We would not go back unless they had a better live group more sympathetic to the age group attending. Our age group was 50 to 60.

I made a reservation for a hotel room with Trip Advisor. They used getaroom.com as a third party. Getaroom overcharged me for the room. No explanation. If you use Trip Advisor, do not let them use a third party. Better yet, negotiate with the hotel directly.
I starrted using it many years ago and it still works.
The main problem is that the reviews can be fake as tripadvisor doesn't check if you have really been there.
Anyway I think that if you only consider the reviews of people with more than 30-40 reviews, you can still get good advices!
I love this site! I use this site to read reviews on every trip we take. I look/shop for airfare, hotels and rental cars. Also to find out what is going on around them; restaurants, fairs and attractions.
TripAdviser let people review without a proof. It can damage propority of staff if it was personal attack. They need to let reviewers provide the proof that they actually stayed or visited there. That's like they allow wrong conviction without evidence in court.
You really need to do more research than just looking to TripAdvisor suggestions or reviews... Some of the options that I decided to try based on TripAdvisor reviews were good, but also some were far away from what was written on the website...
Our reservations were very good, and the people we were renting from were great. A lot of communication and a lot of help from them.
However, there was absolutely no help from Tripadvisor when I asked for it on their website. No answer is equal to any business. I will take my business to the sites I have used, because they respond. Therefore, if I find a location on Tripadvisor, I will look for it on other sites to set up the rental.
Reading reviews here is a waste of time as they don't publish negative reviews and put positive reviews for all business. Travelling around in Europe I found almost every shop or business has a Trip Advisor sticker on them - even the ones you wouldn't visit the second time round. The reviews on Trip Advisor are meaningless and better stick to Google Reviews - they are genuine reviews and not vetted by someone who manipulates your reviews
Answer: Ya, its very easy, you can find your hotel and write as you want. What's your experience with this hotel.
Answer: Its hard to find it. I think you must need to find the correct name of your company or place. Then you can easily find any review
Answer: I don't have a chance about this. I think real reviews with good details published immediately.
