Tengo la mala suerte de tener que colaborar con ellos. No he visto peor servicio al cliente en mi vida. Semanas para contestarte un mail, ninguna posibilidad de resolver los problemas por teléfono. Sin ninguna duda la peor compañía con la que colaboro.

Me encanta! Es un muy buen medio para conocer lo bueno y malo de los lugares y empresas. Deberíamos consultar si hay comentarios de los sitios a los que queremos ir para ver que tan buenos son.

No compro un hotel sin antes buscarlo en tripadvisor!
