www.trendsgal.com I used to order from this site before a couple of times and recently I made an order and somehow they they divided it into 4 packages. I got very upset because I contacted them for at least a good 2 months and they're doing nothing for me. At least six of the items were damaged and the blow dryer doesn't even heat up. Not only that I still haven't received one of my packages... I emailed them I chatted with them and they are doing absolutely nothing. I asked him to refund me for all the damaged items and for my package I didn't receive and they refuse to do anything they keep telling me they will contact me back and they have done absolutely nothing. I am a new online boutique and ordered several pieces of clothing from TrendsGal. The items I received were ok, but mostly less quality than expected. One sweater in particular was not AT ALL what the photo showed. I have attached the photo online and the one I received. I had to pull out the HOT PINK string that came with the orange sweater. Due to lack of boxes (I guess) in China, the shipping package looked like an EGG. Seriously, everything was shoved in a sack as full as possible and taped into a ball when sealing it. LOL Below are some recommendations on items I received, good and bad. Oh and don't bother sending them bad reviews on items because they won't post them, so their reviews on THEIR site are worthless.
I spent almost $700.00 and it went through my bank. They asked for my divers license and copy of the card I used for verification of payment. Last night they emailed me and said it wasn't going to be approved and for me to western union them money. They still have $700.00 of mine. I am so angry what kind of company does this. I didn't place a little order this was a large order.

I ordered two shirts, both of which the site indicated would be shipped within 3 business days. After 7 or 8 business days they had not shipped. I contacted them and they responded (the only reason they got two stars from me is that they did responded) They said they no longer had the items and would refund my money if I asked. Hmmm. So they weren't going to tell me? I had to ask? Anyway, clearly the items on the site may or may not be available and you definitely need to keep track of it if you don't want them to keep your money and not send you anything.

My order is over 1 week late and Ive only received one out of five of my orders. And I understand that shipping can be difficult so Im not mad about how late they are. But on the front of the package it includes my phone number which worries me because it has all my information on it (my address, full name & phone number). Because of that I definitely wont be ordering from there again. Their prices may be good but I do not want to be ordering from a place that shows my phone number on the package.

I love the clothing! Ive had many complements. The only issue I have with them is the fact that Ive asked multiple times for a referral link to copy and paste on my Facebook page and in my groups as well as other social media sites. I have been shopping with Trendsgal for about two years. At first I purchased a couple of things to see what the items would be like as for the quality. I wasn't disappointed at all. Products way better.
If I have a question or problems with any thing they get back to me in 24 hours. Than the issue is settled quickly. Sometimes I like the product that I brought from Trendsgal that I have made four purchases of the same thing four different times.
This is a great place to shop. Shipping is on how fast or not you pick the shipping time.

I placed a order on the third of this month and was given some 6 to ten days crap when that was up i questioned them and they came with some 15 to 25 days then i showed them where it said 6 to 10 days an been getting the run around since then. I strongly advise people to think twice before dealing with this company don't be fooled by the good reviews which im positive are fake. And i wanted to give them ZERO stars but that option not available but as pitiful as trendsgal is it should be

I don't understand I saw a pic of an outfit and Mimi G was wearing it. I know that she does not make her cloths for this company. I also saw the material and this girl is on youtube and said the material was cheap. Why are they putting these misleading pics on this site. Not right at all

Answer: I recieved my items. However the shipping was untrackable. The clothing isn't exactly as pictured. They are a knock off.
Answer: My order was a total disappointment... but the after-sales service even more so... I eventually got my money back... but not without A LOT of contact back and forth... only when a person called "Farah" got involved (when I said I would contact relevant authorities re the scam) did I get some action. I say "buyer beware"... save your money and go to a shop where you can see what you're getting, as you certainly won't get what you expect from this site or any of the others like it... all under the same umbrella with different names I think! Answer: I would not go for it. I did and I regretted it. My coat was second hand it had no tags and stains on it and I never got it replaced because there's no call centre to get a refund! I would stay well away!
