TOTALLY A SCAM

They make you PAY for a tracking number, which of course most people are going to say no to, and after that it's over. The order disappears. It says I never bought anything but they took the money off my card. Stay away from them

Waste of money!

Don't not order from here! Wow! It seems like everyone is having the same issue as me, I paid for the 3 day shipping an it has been weeks! I still haven't received my things! I'm going to report this website!

Awesome!

Well with the expedited shipping my 4 items got here in 7 days as promised. I ordered one more item afterwards because I had forgotten something and I used the flat rate shipping. Its been sitting in the USPS facility in LA for awhile now. I'm very patient it said 7-25 business days so I'm not complaining. Its only been about 2 weeks almost since I've ordered it. But other than that the quality of the clothing I got is worth what i paid for. I got a pretty coat that is really nice except a little tight on the shoulders. Make sure you make the right measurements when purchasing and take a good look at the material its made out of. I have no complaints about Trendsgal although I've seen people complain quite a lot. In my experience I think they're great. Just be patient with the shipping.

I actually like them.

I've ordered from Trendsgal twice. My first experience, was good! Waiting on the second batch to arrive! In my opinion, I think you should give it a try! Why base your decision on someone else's opinion when you can have your own. I did that very thing and enjoyed every item I ordered, except the broken earring and missing swimsuit (which was probably from shipping and is being replaced.) and the reasonings they got 4 out of 5 stars. Loved the jewelry. And the swimsuits were perfect! I'll be back in a week to discuss my second round!
I'll continue to keep shopping with Trendsgal!

I have shopped on trends gal multiple times and the more I shop, the better my experience is. In the beginning I was not checking the size chart, item material, shipment price, and other essentials about the item I was purchasing and because of this, I was usually unhappy or surprised. Now, I make sure to review all of these things so I know exactly what I am spending my money on because you cannot beat Trendsgal's prices, even with the excessive shipping amounts. Their jewelry is my favorite thing to buy because there are so many unique styles and the shipping is cheap because merchandise is light weight. I have also purchased some amazing skirts, dresses, and staple pieces like backless tops and cutout leggings.

Excellent customer service and products!

Excellent customer service! I keep coming back here to shop as I know that if I ever have any problems I can always contact the great customer service team at trendsgal! I have only had one small issue with a products quality and was refunded straight away! I love the products they have and would highly recommend this site!

Right the first time

This was my first experience with TrendsGal and was a bit doubtful but came out very satisfied. Items were received before the due date. Very good prices. Lovely clothes which do not need any alterations.

Ive ordered a couple things without any problems. Sure it takes a while for you to get your items but different shipping speeds equals lesser time. I don't mind shopping with them because there clothes are better quality than most sites Ive shopped on including shin etc. I visit every few months because they have something different that sparks my interest. I cant complain about shipping because they are coming from china.....

First, I am impressed by the customer services. They improved it a lot.
I have read many of the reviews here before buying, and I don't understand why their experiences could be that horrible. Now is my real review here:

Pros: 1. Cheap and great selections. Sometimes you need to scroll down a little bit and read the description carefully before buying. Always choose the product with more than 10 items in stock so that the processing time can be fast.
2. Customer services. They responded me within 24 hours, and checked with the order fast as well.

Cons: Shipping is always a problem. Mine takes 14 days to arrive. However, with this price, I don't complain, and I understand the process since the product is shipped from China.

Overall, my experience is fantastic. I just put another order in and it has already been shipped!

The items received took a long time to ship to me in the USA. When they did come, they were actually very cute and decent quality for its price point. However, the sizes were totally misrepresented on the website. Sizing charts stated 33 inch waists and 42.5 inch hips for 2XL articles. However, the products had a hip of approximately 26 inches!

When I contacted Trendsgal about my products received (including pictures with rulers, like they requested), they did not offer a refund, stating my articles are not covered under warranty. I am a frequent online shopper, and this is literally the first time I have EVER had to contact my credit card company to dispute with a merchant.

I would never recommend buying from them unless you like the essence of surprise with sizing.

Trendsgal NO GOOD!

I ordered ONE fitted dress on September 13 and it is December 26! I have not yet received my package! I've submitted various ticket complaints and there has been no solution! I will get this site shut down and out of business for fraud!

Last spring had horrible experience with trendsgal they are the worst website to buy anything from. Took several months to receive my stuff. The tracking system is fake. Im happy to see others are reading our reviews and moving on to honest and customer friendly websites instead of trendsgal. By the way by the time I received the cheaply made clothes, the sizes are not right. Bought 5 shirts now use them all as rags for around the house! Thank you sitejabber for getting the word out just wished I knew about you before placing that order with trendsgal...

Ordered bathing suit, leggings, and shirt in June. All of the articles were falling apart and were too small even though I followed their recommendations on the site. I'm not a big girl! I sent the items back but still haven't received my refund. Do not purchase from this site. You will probably never get your money back. In addition they make you pay return shipping which usually costs just as much as the product.

Not quite sure
August 26, 2015

So I received an email on 8/4/2015 that my package was shipped and here I am today 8/25/15 still waiting for my order. I did use standard mail which set the expectation I should receive it within 6-25 business days. Is this a normal wait time? I cannot track my package and cannot even reach anyone in customer service... contact numbers do not work. Anyone have suggestions please?

Trendsgal writes reviews to make themselves sound good. I placed an order months ago and it is still supposedly in China. DO NOT ORDER. The customer service is terrible, they use a magic jack as a phone and those tickets are not even read and dealt with. Don't waste your money.

Package never received. Was going to place a large order but placed a small one first and it never came. Ive waited over 45 days now and nothing- what a joke. I keep contacting customer service and nobody seems to help. Worst customer service ever, Dont waster your time and money here. This company seems to just be a reseller from popular china sites and this is why of the outrageous shipping cost- thats how they make their money. HORRIBLE
