It was easy and fast. I got a great value for my hotel.
I put in the notes section that I needed a first floor room because I have a senior dog. Those notes were not passed on to the hotel. When I got there they only had rooms in the second floor

I reserved a hotel room, in New York City, for October 3 and 4,2025.
The confirmation email I got from TravelUp did not list the hotel address. It had a button to click to get a "Voucher", but that button did not produce any voucher.
I called TravelUp's phone number, and was told my reservation was non-cancellable.
I called the phone number for the hotel, and it seems to be disconnected or incorrect.
I have no way to reach the hotel to ask about my reservation.
I "Googled" TravelUp, and find that many people say this is a scam.

You advertised the motel for cheaper than other sites were showing…then when I went to book it, you added a bunch of fees that brought the price up to the others. So basically you got my business by lying.

I booked a hotel reservation for October 8 and Have had a situation arise where I need to cancel my reservation. I called in hopes of some mercy, to no avail. The person with whom I spoke could not speak English and I had a HORRIBLE time trying to understand him. I asked for a supervisor and after several minutes, I understood him to tell me to call back in 12 hours. I tried through the web site to cancel and it tells me I have the wrong booking information, after reinputting it several times, to no avail. I will NEVER deal with TravelUp EVER again. This has been an exhaustingly emotional experience on top of everything else I am dealing with.

I made a mistake on the website from being extremely exhausted and I stood in the lobby of the hotel until almost 2 AM, I kept calling but was hung up on about 5 times, I won't ever use your website again as long as I live! Bite me!

I booked a hotel through a Kayak link. The kayak link advertised "free cancellation". After going through the TravelUp booking process, I did not see the change in cancellation policy for TravelUp. I will be required to pay almost $700 if ANY changes are made to my reservation. I will never use TravelUp again.

Very easy to navigate and good explanation on what I was getting
I tried booking using a credit card on their website and the website gave me an error and said my credit card could not be processed. I went ahead and paid by PayPal successfully. The next day I realized that my credit card had in fact been charged twice. Once on the website and once on PayPal. After repeated attempts for a refund of the duplicate charge, I still have not received a refund after a week of trying. This was a website error and getting it corrected has been exhausting. I will not be using travel up again. I do not recommend using this website.
