Well I made a mistake and I booked one bed instead of two and within 30 seconds I realized it and I'm still waiting to see if I can switch it and how much money it's going to cost. So until then I can't give you a good review. It was only a matter of minutes and I wanted to change it to to Queens instead of one king. So I'm willing to pay a little extra because they did have the same deal $3 more on the twins beds which I was willing to pay. But again I'm waiting to hear from you all see if I can get that done.

Room was supposed to come with breakfast and they. Harvard me separately. Also I was placed in a deserted building for this reservation with inadequate lighting. I want my money back very dissatisfied!

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a hotel stay, got confirmations and everything looked good...until I called the hotel a week later. All confirmations were invalid, the concierge told me she had never heard of confirmations being like this...none of it was real. I followed up by trying to call, on hold for an hour with the same recorded messaged and the same 19-minute wait time over and over. I finally logged into TravelUp and saw a canceled message next to my reservation...yet my credit card had been charged. None of it added up. Freezing my credit card and will never use the site again.
They canceled my reservation because they said I didn't double check with my bank on the transaction made. All this was very unclear. Very disgusted. I'll use another airline.

I bought 2 return tickets and when i went to check in to return back to the uk, i was told that the company had refunded the tickets and i was not able to travel as a result. When i contacted the company i was met with very rude people who claimed they did not refund it but i had to pay a fee for the tickets which was the price of 2 new ticket. I had been emailing them and trying to get in contact with them for the past month and abit but i had no response from them. Please be very wary when booking with them as theyre abit dodgey (booked through skyscanner)

They positioned themselves, but they not even the middleman. They don't have anything they have to offer you.

It was hard to get a person on the phone with you. Customer service just seem to be off had to ask for extra towels and it was further away from downtown then we thought.
