Easier to book than other sites but it turns out it was NOT the best prices. I thought they dedicated themselves to actually do price research but no. I ended up paying triple the price for one day.

Travel fares are dynamic and can fluctuate based on availability, demand, and cancellations, sometimes even multiple times a day. When you completed your booking, that was indeed the lowest available price. However, if a cancellation occurred afterward, it may have opened up lower rates—which, unfortunately, we’re unable to retroactively adjust. Similarly, when prices increase post-booking, we never request additional payment from our customers, as the initial booking price is final.

We empathise with your experience, and while we strive to offer competitive rates at all times, there are occasional shifts beyond our control.

I booked a flight with Travel Up in October 2024. On the same day, I discovered through the Turkish Airlines website that the flight had been cancelled due to operational issues. Travel Up never informed me of this cancellation.

I contacted Travel Up within 24 hours of booking to notify them and requested a full refund. I was assured in writing that the refund would be processed within 8 to 10 working days.

It has now been almost 3 months, and I am still waiting. Despite multiple follow-ups, Travel Up continues to stall, mislead, and avoid issuing my refund. They know exactly how to drag things out – even when dealing with credit card companies like AMEX. **AMEX cannot protect you from Travel Up!** Don't fool yourself!

This company's practices feel like a scam. Even with clear confirmation of the cancellation from the airline, they refuse to take responsibility. I followed every step correctly, but Travel Up has done everything possible to block my refund.

I strongly advise against booking with Travel Up. Your money is not safe, and they will find any excuse to delay and avoid refunding you. They do not follow European regulations and will waste your time until you give up chasing your own money.

**STAY AWAY! YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED!**

It was easy to navigate the site but the room descriptions weren't that great. They didn't show how many people can fit in the room nor pictures of the rooms. Also would be nice to have free cancelation policy offered.

Horrible

When I tried to pay the deposit it changed to taking out the total payment. So instead of the $124 they charged $1600. I watched it change in the small print after I hit to confirm.

I made the reservation through travel up for courtyard wetchase houston, but nowhere did it say that I had to pay a 20usd deposit until I got to the hotel and there they told me that due to hotel policies they do not accept my debit card and they did not accept cash either, so they did not give me a room and since the reservation had been made travel up did not want to cancel my reservation or return my money, I was not the only one at that time who was left without a room because the hotel does not accept cards that are not from physical banks.

To clarify, a booking confirmation was sent to you before the charge, which clearly outlined the requirement for a security deposit to be paid directly at the property. We have checked with the property, and your reservation was confirmed; however, it was unfortunately canceled due to the failure to pay the required security deposit at check-in. We always recommend that our customers contact the property at least 72 hours before their arrival to confirm any specific requirements, as outlined in the terms and conditions.

Since your booking was non-refundable, we were unable to assist with a refund, and we sincerely regret that the situation unfolded this way. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us ensure a clearer experience for all of our customers moving forward.

We put in a request for twin beds which property says they never received and we were given king and had to change rooms after 1 night. Also no ocean view 1st night. Reception was terrible, long waits constantly. 1st had leaking air conditioning which left water all over floor

They never said in the page before you paid and reserve that the reservation are not refundable. They send me an email that they charge more money if you cancel after you do the reservation. Don't use this page.

The absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I am usually not one to leave any kind of review but this was beyond socking. A website that dosn't work an app that doesn't let you manage your booking. Rude email responses with incorrect information and customer service members on the phone telling me to stop talking raises their voices telling me I have no common sense and generally being up helpful. I wanted to book an extra leg room seat that is all. An absolutely shocking experiences.

Your site indicated that there was an issue with my first attempt at a booking so within minutes of the first attempt, I booked the same hotel for the same dates. You are now trying to charge my credit card for both reservations (the first attempt, despite their notice to me, had actually been booked). In the last week I have booked over $12,500 of travel arrangements and yours is the only site on which I had any issues. I will never use you again.

Booked my hotel on trivago
