This company sucks, it sounds like they are working in a construction company I got my reference number but not my eticket. I phoned multiply times either they hung up on me, had me on hold to say they are checking on why and left me hanging for hour, they don't have the time a day. The customer services sucks. I would NOT trust this company! And yes they just told me my ticket went from $347 to now 795.00 and they tried to call me many times. I asked which number but he hung up on me...
My husband wasn't paying attention to what website he was on when he booked an airline ticket. The ticket was $65 more than any other website and then Travel Imagine refused to cancel the ticket within the first 24 hours- which is the law.
Two days before his flight, he had still not received an email with his ticket information and when he called about it, they told him he had to completely change times because they had forgotten to actually book his ticket. He was online with Alaska and knew there were still tickets available, just more expensive since they were last minute. He was unable to leave on an earlier flight so after much debate, Travel ReImagine did finally book the more expensive ticket for him.
The operators don't know what they are talking about and are completely rude. Over priced for how poorly they treat you.
Bought a ticket got to the airport to discover that the booking didn't exist, scammed. Called customer service and the guy was rude and ignorant and he said he couldn't help me and hung up
I am following up on a refund regarding 2 flight bookings FSON******* that were initially booked on September 8,2021 however, your system was unable to generate the booking confirmation and provide us with our E tickets.
Thus, September 9,2021 I had called to follow up on our flight bookings only to be told that the bookings were not confirmed and then I asked the agent to then cancel our booking who assured me that I would be getting a full refund and no penalties will be charged for any cancelation.
In a nutshell, I would like to bring to your attention the lack of professionalism and empathy from the customer representative who have dealt with my occurring problem yet to be resolved if not having placed me on hold for more than 15minutes without any feedback or multiple call hang ups I will still complain to an agent about the ill treatment and still will not even acknowledge my problem or mistake from previous agent it is upalling to say the least that one should experience such horrible customer service.
I just want my money to be refunded as soon as possible as am tired of being toyed around.

I bought my ticket June 3. They call me two days before I am suppose to leave in August telling my flight was not confirmed! Such BS! They was suppose to confirm within 2-3 hours. I have had multiple people call me, when I already talked to someone saying either my ticket will be there or my refund, so they don't even communicate My! Paperwork, says it was confirmed. Now they want to charge another 700 when flights r only 500. Absolutely the worst ever. DONT USE. We will see how long my refund takes. BBB NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED ASAP!
