We booked with this company Dec 5,2023 for a Dec 23-26 flight to Las Vegas, we have not received our e tickets or a confirmation number. We called the airline they have no reservations for us. Contacted this company numerous times via email and still nothing?! Credit Card company has been contacted … but we have to wait until Dec 23,2023 before we can put in an official complaint and request my money back! So in the mean time … WHAT? Wait and rebook on that date! At twice the cost or just throw my plans in the ditch. Do not use this company to book your flights! Travel reimagine is a scam company. All airlines should be sure to block them off their booking sites.

I inadvertently used this business to book a flight for my wife with Frontier Airlines ( their listing in Google looks as if it is the Frontier booking site). I received a confirmation of the booking which indicated the e-ticket would follow shortly. When this didn't arrive I called to enquire I discovered that Travel Reimagine had not been able to book the flight as they had not registered in time and the seat at that price had been taken. I had to pay double the advertised original price to secure one of the last two seats on the flight.

NEVER EVER BOOK with this company. It took 5 minutes to take my money but over a month still no money. Bad Bad Bad company…. Got hung up on several times. Got no where.

I purchased airline tickets for spirit airlines. Spirit has a third party company for purchasing their tickets. The ace travellers or travel imaginé canceled my ticket. They told me they would refund my money. I never received my refund after 38 business days. This is what they said:
Thank you for choosing TravelReImagine.com As per our conversation and as agreed, we have canceled your booking number TR******* no cancellation fee.
We have submitted a refund request of USD $413.16 to be refunded back to your original form of payment. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. It has been 38 business days since November 29,2023

I honestly don't know how I got on this site to have booked my ticket. I was on the Frontier site and I ended up booking with this site. I received emails saying my ticket was booked so I had no reason to think otherwise. When I went to check in for my flight I could see they had billed someone else's credit card in addition to mine. My reservation was cancelled for fraudulent activity. When I talked to someone at Travel Reimagine they tried to say the flight was cancelled, which it was not cancelled, and offer to book me a $900 ticket on FRONTIER! They refused to admit they were wrong. I missed my trip with my family. Time I will never get back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

This company handed me over to AirBorne Travel with no explanation. I believe they are really one operation that scams people out of their travel money. I filed a police report and reported them to the Government of Canada Anti Fraud Agency. I am attempting to interest our Canadian media in this story. I want to see these 2 entities shut down permanently before they can do any more damage.

THIS COMPANY Is A SCAM….Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. They advertised really cheap air-fares, I paid with my debit card 10 days in advance, after 5 days did not get a airline confirmation #, call the customer company and was told that the ticket went up $100. More. So that I could either get a refund or pay $100 more. I took the refund. I went back online and saw the same flight for $6.00 more. It was the same company advertising. I made the same mistake twice, did not notice it was the same company. So I called and confronted the personnel, saying it looks like there where available sets on that flight after all. Got some BS explanation. So the lady from company said if I did not like the situation,I could cancel the ticket again and she would not run my debit card thru. So, I did cancel it. I then went directly to the airlines Website and saw there where plenty of tickets available at $20.00 less in price. I was just about to complete the online transactions and got a call from TravelReimagine saying they went a head and booked the second ticket request. Lucky for me, I did not purchase the online ticket. It is called BAIT and SWITCH

Terrible experience. Booked flight 4 weeks in advance. Called three weeks before my flight about my e ticket because I never received it. Apparently the flight I booked "isn't available" anymore so I asked for a refund and they are telling me it will be 2-3 months! Not to mention the first time I called I was out on hold for over half an hour just to be hung up on! Highly recommend do not use this company

Booked a flight through this company back in November. They never sent me an e ticket. I reached out to them and they said they would send it to me in 48 -72 hours. About 36 hours later received an email from them saying that they had been trying to get a hold of me for" days" and had no other choice but to cancel my reservation. Whatever you do, do not use this company. They lie and I have yet to receive my refund for my flight

They told me that the only available tickets were higher than they turned out to be on the airline site (Cape Air), by 50%. I paid it ($450 extra); when I later pointed out the airline price, they of course refused to discuss the matter. It's a fraud operation, should not be in business.

I wish I could rate this as a negative! I am so angry and dissapppointed with this company. I booked a flight in March of 2021 and, despite many many phone calls and e-mails and repeated assurances that they are working on my refund, I have still not received my refund. No they just keep hanging up on me and if they answer at all, when they are nice and promise to help me, nothing happens. Never ever use this company if you want any service at all.

Its a scam don't fall for it... useless thieves, God punish you all, Big scam. I was scammed and called to no avail. Will never try the company again

Travel Reimagine it's a scam! SCAM ALERT, took my money 2 months ago, no refund yet. They email back but nothing else

My husband purchased tickets on May 20th for our honeymoon in San Diego on Oct. 8th. We never received the e-tickets and when I checked to print them off, they weren't there. I found out through Alaska Airlines and Priceline that the reservations were cancelled by the company 2 days after he purchased them. My husband is very mad and we would like a refund for the $437.20. That is our honeymoon trip.

Booked my ticket for Jamaica to attend my grandfather funeral and 4 days before departure they canceled my ticket without any explanation. They said i should wait 6-8weeks for me to get back my refund. They are very disrespectful. 1 representative by the name of Demetri hung the phone on me while asking the status of my flight. My flight was for August 14,2022 to August 28,2022. And still nothing at this point. People should stop using this site, they are disrespectful, wicked and unfair.

Booked a flight through this company and flight was cancelled. Never received notice or refund of flights. I tried to check into flight and was first time I found out the flight was cancelled. Notified company and they said they would refund ticket price plus $200 for inconvenience since our flight was supposed to leave the next day. I called back 4 weeks later and still no refund. Was told they would escalate my request. It is now another 4 weeks later and still not refund. Now I cannot get ahold of the company at all by their phone #.

This company is a scam and should be completely avoided. They overcharged my ticket and would not explain where the charges came from. They had the attitude like "I'm doing my nails please go away." I asked how would I know my Bonus pack was included, they would just say it is, don't worry about it. Well it was not and now I have to pay for my seating and baggage all over again. Promised calls back and get none. This was with United Airlines - STAY AWAY

I booked a flight in January 2022 it is now May 2022.
They canceled my flight in March with 24-hour notice! They said it was canceled right after I made the purchase. They took 850. Out of my account. I have called just about every day to get my money back! They hang up several times on me and make a promise the money will be back in my account in 48 hours. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

This company took my money and never purchased me a flight. I attempted to contact them but had to leave a message. They never called me back.
Now, I've been told three different things regarding my refund. First, they said it would be in my bank account in a few days. Then, after a few days, they said it would take a week. Now, it's been well over a week and they are changing their tune to it will take "some time". This is a total scam. Don't be fooled- Learn from my mistake.

5 of 7 representatives with whom I had to speak today were extremely rude. All of them just hang up the phone once I asked them to connect me with their manager. Simple actions processing took them 30-60 mins. At the very beginning I wrote to their email to change my first name on ticket, however they just cancelled my whole flight without letting me know. I spend 2 hours to fix the issue.

I booked through them at 255.78 $ got a message from a agent to call my bank on voicemail! I didn't answer it because it said spam risk! Bank said there should be no issues so I called them back talk to there agent they say that price is no longer available it would be 455$ instead so I told them just forget about it cancel it! So I book directly through the airline for 261$ and later on checked my bank account to it being in the negative for a pending transaction from there company!

Financially gouged my elderly mother with her fares, cancelled and changed her flights without her knowing and without any communications. Then refused to deal with it on the phone following more than 5 hours of waiting on the eve of the time she was supposed to fly. Nasty thieves who take horrible advantage of their unsuspecting customers!

Just booked a Newark to Miami flight through them. Their agent was helpful and efficient. He offered me multiple flight choices. Great team work.
