I needed to get a flight back home from Orlando I booked thru this company paid over $ 1000 for my family then told they could not get me on the flight, but then I would get a credit back to my card (not immediately and this all happened within 30 min of the booking) It stated in an email 2 billing cycles the is was 3/10/24 and still to date 6/14/24 they have NOT credited my account. When I call I am told 7-10 days I will see it each time, they don't return emails. They have an excuse each time you call also that their system is down, or someone will get back to me. This is the worse experience in my 35 years of dealing with a travel company. All I want is my refund for a trip I did not get.
They told me that the only available tickets were higher than they turned out to be on the airline site (Cape Air), by 50%. I paid it ($450 extra); when I later pointed out the airline price, they of course refused to discuss the matter. It's a fraud operation, should not be in business.
This company handed me over to AirBorne Travel with no explanation. I believe they are really one operation that scams people out of their travel money. I filed a police report and reported them to the Government of Canada Anti Fraud Agency. I am attempting to interest our Canadian media in this story. I want to see these 2 entities shut down permanently before they can do any more damage.
I wish I could rate this as a negative! I am so angry and dissapppointed with this company. I booked a flight in March of 2021 and, despite many many phone calls and e-mails and repeated assurances that they are working on my refund, I have still not received my refund. No they just keep hanging up on me and if they answer at all, when they are nice and promise to help me, nothing happens. Never ever use this company if you want any service at all.
We booked with this company Dec 5,2023 for a Dec 23-26 flight to Las Vegas, we have not received our e tickets or a confirmation number. We called the airline they have no reservations for us. Contacted this company numerous times via email and still nothing?! Credit Card company has been contacted … but we have to wait until Dec 23,2023 before we can put in an official complaint and request my money back! So in the mean time … WHAT? Wait and rebook on that date! At twice the cost or just throw my plans in the ditch. Do not use this company to book your flights! Travel reimagine is a scam company. All airlines should be sure to block them off their booking sites.
This shady site was once known as Airborne Traveler.com. Back in June I paid for a flight from London to LA. They took my money and promised me I would get the confirmation email soon. When I was in Europe I called the airline and they told me there was no such flight.
I got in touch with them and they offered a chargeback. But then they disputed it with Visa and won.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are thieves.
Please do not book a reservation with this company. They are not real, they are not legitimate. They are fraud. You will never get your money or your e-ticket. I'm warning you now never to book with this company ever they are under investigation

I ordered my ticket on line. After given a confirmation number, I was told the ticket would come within 24 hours. After 13 days and 5 unanswered emails, I gave up expecting a ticket and asked for a refund. Now to see if the refund ever comes.
I inadvertently used this business to book a flight for my wife with Frontier Airlines ( their listing in Google looks as if it is the Frontier booking site). I received a confirmation of the booking which indicated the e-ticket would follow shortly. When this didn't arrive I called to enquire I discovered that Travel Reimagine had not been able to book the flight as they had not registered in time and the seat at that price had been taken. I had to pay double the advertised original price to secure one of the last two seats on the flight.
Booked a flight through this company and flight was cancelled. Never received notice or refund of flights. I tried to check into flight and was first time I found out the flight was cancelled. Notified company and they said they would refund ticket price plus $200 for inconvenience since our flight was supposed to leave the next day. I called back 4 weeks later and still no refund. Was told they would escalate my request. It is now another 4 weeks later and still not refund. Now I cannot get ahold of the company at all by their phone #.
I purchased airline tickets for spirit airlines. Spirit has a third party company for purchasing their tickets. The ace travellers or travel imaginé canceled my ticket. They told me they would refund my money. I never received my refund after 38 business days. This is what they said:

We have submitted a refund request of USD $413.16 to be refunded back to your original form of payment. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. It has been 38 business days since November 29,2023
This company is a scam and should be completely avoided. They overcharged my ticket and would not explain where the charges came from. They had the attitude like "I'm doing my nails please go away." I asked how would I know my Bonus pack was included, they would just say it is, don't worry about it. Well it was not and now I have to pay for my seating and baggage all over again. Promised calls back and get none. This was with United Airlines - STAY AWAY
Terrible experience. Booked flight 4 weeks in advance. Called three weeks before my flight about my e ticket because I never received it. Apparently the flight I booked "isn't available" anymore so I asked for a refund and they are telling me it will be 2-3 months! Not to mention the first time I called I was out on hold for over half an hour just to be hung up on! Highly recommend do not use this company
Terrible reception most likely you are calling a representative based out of India. They will tell you they will call you back and completely lie. Their customer service and promises are the worst in the airline industry. Do not trust them or do not use their services. I was lied to over five times with five different representatives including management
We had a similar experience as so many others have described. A redirect from an official airlines website. Accidentally booking through this company. Money paid. No reservations ever made. In our case, it was United airlines, I called United a couple of weeks after paying for what I thought were tickets. United had no record of me ever having a ticket. I called this company and got various stories as to why United has no record of me. Requested a refund and I'm still waiting (based on previous reviews I do not expect to ever see it). Fraud operation
5 of 7 representatives with whom I had to speak today were extremely rude. All of them just hang up the phone once I asked them to connect me with their manager. Simple actions processing took them 30-60 mins. At the very beginning I wrote to their email to change my first name on ticket, however they just cancelled my whole flight without letting me know. I spend 2 hours to fix the issue.
Booked a flight through this company back in November. They never sent me an e ticket. I reached out to them and they said they would send it to me in 48 -72 hours. About 36 hours later received an email from them saying that they had been trying to get a hold of me for" days" and had no other choice but to cancel my reservation. Whatever you do, do not use this company. They lie and I have yet to receive my refund for my flight
Financially gouged my elderly mother with her fares, cancelled and changed her flights without her knowing and without any communications. Then refused to deal with it on the phone following more than 5 hours of waiting on the eve of the time she was supposed to fly. Nasty thieves who take horrible advantage of their unsuspecting customers!
I was sent an email that my flights were booked. Arrived to depart on trip and was informed we were not on any flight. I had to purchase two tickets at twice the amount I paid because it was the last minute. Contacted the company and received an email stating that they tried to contact me via phone but the number was wrong? But they never emailed me either to let me know. Never ever use this company for any travel arrangements.
2 months ago i purchased a ticket now they said my reservation was invalid because airline not respect the fare cost. But after two months they tell me this
