I want my money back! My hasband booked online 2tickets with this company on March22,2024 for trip flight to Calgary on June17,2024. After booked this company they sent email say Congratulations! Your flight has been booked. Your e-ticker will be emailed shortly. Untill June 13,2024 we never received e-tickets email,Then We called them they said our tickets unavailable if you want tickets you have to pay $500usd /person. We have to cancelled that buy new flight tickets the day of my trip plan. We lose $304.08usd. Do not trust this company,They are scammers! Return my money back!

I needed to get a flight back home from Orlando I booked thru this company paid over $ 1000 for my family then told they could not get me on the flight, but then I would get a credit back to my card (not immediately and this all happened within 30 min of the booking) It stated in an email 2 billing cycles the is was 3/10/24 and still to date 6/14/24 they have NOT credited my account. When I call I am told 7-10 days I will see it each time, they don't return emails. They have an excuse each time you call also that their system is down, or someone will get back to me. This is the worse experience in my 35 years of dealing with a travel company. All I want is my refund for a trip I did not get.

2 months ago i purchased a ticket now they said my reservation was invalid because airline not respect the fare cost. But after two months they tell me this

I ordered my ticket on line. After given a confirmation number, I was told the ticket would come within 24 hours. After 13 days and 5 unanswered emails, I gave up expecting a ticket and asked for a refund. Now to see if the refund ever comes.

I purchased airline tickets for spirit airlines. Spirit has a third party company for purchasing their tickets. The ace travellers or travel imaginé canceled my ticket. They told me they would refund my money. I never received my refund after 38 business days. This is what they said:
Thank you for choosing TravelReImagine.com As per our conversation and as agreed, we have canceled your booking number TR******* no cancellation fee.
We have submitted a refund request of USD $413.16 to be refunded back to your original form of payment. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. It has been 38 business days since November 29,2023

THIS COMPANY Is A SCAM….Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. They advertised really cheap air-fares, I paid with my debit card 10 days in advance, after 5 days did not get a airline confirmation #, call the customer company and was told that the ticket went up $100. More. So that I could either get a refund or pay $100 more. I took the refund. I went back online and saw the same flight for $6.00 more. It was the same company advertising. I made the same mistake twice, did not notice it was the same company. So I called and confronted the personnel, saying it looks like there where available sets on that flight after all. Got some BS explanation. So the lady from company said if I did not like the situation,I could cancel the ticket again and she would not run my debit card thru. So, I did cancel it. I then went directly to the airlines Website and saw there where plenty of tickets available at $20.00 less in price. I was just about to complete the online transactions and got a call from TravelReimagine saying they went a head and booked the second ticket request. Lucky for me, I did not purchase the online ticket. It is called BAIT and SWITCH

Please do not book a reservation with this company. They are not real, they are not legitimate. They are fraud. You will never get your money or your e-ticket. I'm warning you now never to book with this company ever they are under investigation
They will be arrested and charged You will not get an e ticket or a Refund They need to get arrested

I honestly don't know how I got on this site to have booked my ticket. I was on the Frontier site and I ended up booking with this site. I received emails saying my ticket was booked so I had no reason to think otherwise. When I went to check in for my flight I could see they had billed someone else's credit card in addition to mine. My reservation was cancelled for fraudulent activity. When I talked to someone at Travel Reimagine they tried to say the flight was cancelled, which it was not cancelled, and offer to book me a $900 ticket on FRONTIER! They refused to admit they were wrong. I missed my trip with my family. Time I will never get back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I inadvertently used this business to book a flight for my wife with Frontier Airlines ( their listing in Google looks as if it is the Frontier booking site). I received a confirmation of the booking which indicated the e-ticket would follow shortly. When this didn't arrive I called to enquire I discovered that Travel Reimagine had not been able to book the flight as they had not registered in time and the seat at that price had been taken. I had to pay double the advertised original price to secure one of the last two seats on the flight.

We booked with this company Dec 5,2023 for a Dec 23-26 flight to Las Vegas, we have not received our e tickets or a confirmation number. We called the airline they have no reservations for us. Contacted this company numerous times via email and still nothing?! Credit Card company has been contacted … but we have to wait until Dec 23,2023 before we can put in an official complaint and request my money back! So in the mean time … WHAT? Wait and rebook on that date! At twice the cost or just throw my plans in the ditch. Do not use this company to book your flights! Travel reimagine is a scam company. All airlines should be sure to block them off their booking sites.

DO NOT, I REPEAT FO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SITE! ITS PHONEY AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!
I have been patiently waiting for a refund for a trip I booked in 2021 and had to cancel due to COVID travel restrictions.
I refuse to give up!
I have kept records if everyone I spoke with, date and time. I have also kept all the emails that I've sent. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED RESOLUTION! I keep being told, it's in it way… from where?
I feel not the least bit sad for the people who work for them. They lie to its customers. And because of this, I have also contacted the NYS Attorney Generals office.
I sent another email yesterday. They have never responded to s single email or called back when they said they would. At this point, it's just a paper trail to show that I am never giving up.
If you choose to use them, beware. Don't say you didn't know!

This company handed me over to AirBorne Travel with no explanation. I believe they are really one operation that scams people out of their travel money. I filed a police report and reported them to the Government of Canada Anti Fraud Agency. I am attempting to interest our Canadian media in this story. I want to see these 2 entities shut down permanently before they can do any more damage.

Booked a flight through this company and flight was cancelled. Never received notice or refund of flights. I tried to check into flight and was first time I found out the flight was cancelled. Notified company and they said they would refund ticket price plus $200 for inconvenience since our flight was supposed to leave the next day. I called back 4 weeks later and still no refund. Was told they would escalate my request. It is now another 4 weeks later and still not refund. Now I cannot get ahold of the company at all by their phone #.

They told me that the only available tickets were higher than they turned out to be on the airline site (Cape Air), by 50%. I paid it ($450 extra); when I later pointed out the airline price, they of course refused to discuss the matter. It's a fraud operation, should not be in business.

This shady site was once known as Airborne Traveler.com. Back in June I paid for a flight from London to LA. They took my money and promised me I would get the confirmation email soon. When I was in Europe I called the airline and they told me there was no such flight.
I got in touch with them and they offered a chargeback. But then they disputed it with Visa and won.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are thieves.

I GOT CAUGHT UP IN A MESS ALSO WITH TRAVEL RELMAGINE.THEY ALSO DO BUSINESS WITH AIRBORN TRAVELER. I GOT RAILROADED FROM AIRBORN TRAVELER FROM THE JET BLUE SITE. BOOKED 6 MOONTHS AHEAD OF CRUISE IIN NOVEMBER (BOOKED MAY 2 2022) BECAUSE THERE WAS TALK ABOUT GAS AND FLIGHT TICKETS GOING UP SO I JUMPED AND BOOKED MY TICKETS. I AS ON JET BLUE SITE AND SOMEHOW GOT TO AIRBORN TRAVELER. SO MY FLIGHT WAS NOVEMBER 13 TO RETURN ON NOVEMBER 20. WE WERE MEETING A CRUISE SHIP. MY HUSBAND SAID IN OCTOBER I SHOULD JUST CONFIRM OUR TICKETS SO I DID ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY TOOK MY$850 AND NO TICKETS. WELL MY BANK CANT HELP ME BECAUSE THEY CAN ONLY DISPUTE MY CLAIM WITHIIN 60 DAYS WELL BY NOW I AM ALMOST 6 MONTHS OUT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CONSUMER PROTECTION. I THINK I JUST REACH OUT TO A LAWER BECAUSE THEY ARE F------=G SCUM BAGS.

In July 20th, I bought 2 tickets from travel reimagine, my trip was September 15th, when I called the airline on the 14th at night, which was spirit airline to check in, they told me I don't have any reservation, I was lost, didn't know what to do, I kept calling them, e mail, no answer, the same night I have to buy 2 other tickets, that cost me a fortune, that is disrespectful, they don't have any integrity, they should close this company, I'm still waiting for my refund, I've been calling every day the only advice I will give to people, don't ever use this company, they are scam, and I'm not gonna stop there, they are going to see that, they have to stop treating people like stupid.

I wish I could rate this as a negative! I am so angry and dissapppointed with this company. I booked a flight in March of 2021 and, despite many many phone calls and e-mails and repeated assurances that they are working on my refund, I have still not received my refund. No they just keep hanging up on me and if they answer at all, when they are nice and promise to help me, nothing happens. Never ever use this company if you want any service at all.

I booked a flight through Travel ReImagine. The airline had the reservation(I checked with the airline) and Travel ReImagine was paid by my credit card. Days later I checked my reservation again and it was canceled due Travel ReImagine not paying the airline. My credit card company is currently trying to get reimbursed for the charge, but so far this dispute is open.
