Customer service kept on hanging up on me when I was explaining my situation. When I ask to be connected to Frontier Airline they were able to hear me at that time only. Not ever going to buy or recommend Reimagine to anyone. Was given false and not explain completely 100 information I was asking.

I cancelled the ticket on the same day of purchase and was told by the customer care that refund will be processed with 2 months. Called and sent 5 email reminders and is told every time- the refund is in progress.
Do not use this company! I bought a ticket from them and was told I would receive my e-ticket as soon as my card was verified for payment. My account was charged and I did not receive my ticket. I emailed and was told I would receive my ticket in 24-72 hours. When that didn't happen, I called and was told I would be getting my ticket shortly. When that didn't happen, I called the next day and talked to the same guy and was told I would receive my ticket in 4 hours. I went straight to the airline and bought my ticket, which was cheaper than what this bogus company charged me. Live and learn. Go directly to the airlines for your travel plans.
Absolutely Horrible customer service! Do not book with this company! I had to cancel my flight ten minutes after I booked it and they charged me! They still haven't refunded my debit card! I saved my cancelation emails for this exact reason. They have hung up on me, put me on hold forever, never emailed me back. This is rediculous! They are THIEVES!
I booked a flight in January 2022 it is now May 2022.
They canceled my flight in March with 24-hour notice! They said it was canceled right after I made the purchase. They took 850. Out of my account. I have called just about every day to get my money back! They hang up several times on me and make a promise the money will be back in my account in 48 hours. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
I booked a flight and had to canceled! I put in for refund nothing! I called nothing! I'm still waiting for my refund! I would never book with this company again! I am out of over $270 and I don't think that its right for the company to answer the phone and hang up one me!
This company is offering exceptional services at the time of pandemic. I had a flight booked with them and I wasn't able to travel due to the virus infection. They were very understanding. Canceled my reservation and gave me credit for future bookings.
So I had a plane ticket to the Philippines, but my ticket was cancelled abruptly and they told me that I would receive my refund in 10 business days. When I called to see why my plane ticket was cancelled, they gave vague answers and offered plane tickets double than the previous ticket. When I refused and told him we were done, the operator began to yell at me stating he was "trying to help me". I had to shout back to shut him up and let him know "when I say we are done, we are done." He groveled and apologized. It has been 5 months, and still haven't gotten my refund. Don't use them. Go straight to airline companies.
I tried to buy tickets, they sent me a confirmation email but never sent me my tickets, i contacted my bank and they disputed them, i also tried to contact them but unfortunately they never answered the phone, i sent an email and they confirmed a cancellation of the tickets but never returned my money back into my bank account. Just be careful and try to buy tickets directly with the airlines or an honest travel company. I lost $285.17USD I hope this helps so no one else ends up losing their money or ruined traveling plans.
Booked a flight on January 5,2022 and cancelled the same day. Called for a refund several times since and was told several different lies that I will be receiving my money. Called again on March 10,2022 to speak to a supervisor and guess what... no supervisor will return my call. You have to literally beg for your own money back. I would just be happy if they would have the courage to tell me they have no intention on refunding my money. I would walk to my destination barefoot before I use this company. I recommend no one use this business... ever. Poor, poor at there very best.
I rated them a 1 because negative ratings are not an option. I booked a flight and paid for it 2 months in advance. The day before the 'confirmed booking' I was notified that my flight was not confirmed. The new cost per ticket was $1200 more than what I had already paid! When I told "Chris" that was not my problem, I had paid for my ticket in full 2 months ago, I was told that the flight was overbooked. Thanks for a lousy experience and leaving me with no ticket 15 hours before the scheduled flight.
My experience matches several others. The flight I booked through Travel Reimagine was never confirmed. So United Airlines cancelled it. I didn't know this untiI I tried to check in online & learned that I had no reservations. When my bank fraud rep contacted them they said they'd never heard of me. Now they suddenly have a record of the transaction. We're in the middle of the fraud dispute. Stay away from this company!
Didn't receive any emails on my ticket so I called weeks before my trip to learn I didn't have a ticket. They said they tried calling me to tell me no seats were available but they took my money out of my account. I had no record of them calling me. Told me it will take 3-4 weeks for me to get a refund then hung up on me.
I flew back from San Francisco to Los Angeles on a Monday to attend a business meeting. It was an almost last minute booking. Got a decent airfare deal with them. This was my first booking with them and I will surely purchase from them again.
I bought tickets in October for a flight in November. 2 days prior to the flight, they canceled my reservations and I ended up spending 3 times the amount for my flight. They told me they would refund my money in 7 to 10 business days, I'm still waiting and now they tell me I have to do a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Never again.
Website is deceiving when you read 24h Free Cancellation, makes you think you can cancel 24h before flight. It only allows you to cancel within 24h after booking! I found out the hardware! They did refund me but charged me $80 to cancel!
Do not trust this company they have my money and wont help me rebook i have been trying since june to contact the right person but i get hung up on or they transfer you and hang up i dont know what else to do other than kiss the money goodbye.
We booked and paid for our flight to Panama in July.
In mid Oct we were advised that this flight was no longer available and do we wish to rebook or they would gladly refund us the amount in full with no penalties We asked for a refund. To date after several several emails we have not received it, and that it is in the process. I am now so upset that I have turned the matter over to my lawyers.

I feel not the least bit sad for the people who work for them. They lie to its customers. And because of this, I have also contacted the NYS Attorney Generals office.
I sent another email yesterday. They have never responded to s single email or called back when they said they would. At this point, it's just a paper trail to show that I am never giving up.
