I have been using Travel pod for many years. Lately from last 2-3 years, i have seen the service quality has come down. Customer service team is always keen in booking at the first discussion without given time to decide and check more. There has been always a verbal communication and no details sent via email.
Lot of Bad experiences with Travel pod while booking ticket for myself and family. My recommendation is to choose other travel agency and NOT CHOOSE TRAVELOPOD based on my personnel experience.
I got scammed by this company I called to the wrong number thinking was United airline and they were pretending are United Airline, canceled my ticket $243 and sold me a super expensive ticket $596 just for change 3 latter in my last name. They told that was the only way, later I called to the right number of United Airline and told how easy is correct any mistake in the name of the traveler. Now I expended 300% more and I had to wait one day more to leave to my destination. The name who scammed me is Adrian scott phone *******590 Extension 431 number *******844
United Airline can no do nothing if the ticket is canceled. And they even paid way more less that I paid.
Ajay helped me in getting the best deal by providing multiple options, though it took time. It was a very nice interaction. I always recommend my friends to check with Travelopod. Keep up the good work.

Kevin was super helpful and found me the best deal he could. But it would have been nice if I would have just been given the same price and with the same airline, even different flying times, especially since I booked/changed my flights so far in advance. I'm really nervous about flying frontier and not being aware of everything that it will entail. I will also be losing almost an entire day of my vacation as our first flight is so much later in the day than we initially planned.

Recently I have booked a ticket from Travelopod and got a great deal on it. A special thanks to their travelling agent Mr. Dean who helped me not only to confirm the ticket right away but also at lower price.
Travis and Kevin provided the best customer service I have ever received. They were so pleasant and patient with me they made the whole experience less stressful especially when so much money is involved they did an outstanding job making sure I was happy with my flight selection. I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer of their s.
I needed help with my parents existing reservation and Ethan provided me clear answers regarding confirmation of flights, seat arrangements and also wheelchair for my father. He was very courteous and kind and very helpful in regards to all of these things above. Overall an amazing customer service.

I booked 2 tickets with Luke, one on different return date. He was very patient, took time to check possible routes and gave best price. He gave recommendations and answered all of our questions. He even reminded us of our meals preference that we forgot about. Highly recommended.

I am always greeted by a person, not a machine. They know exactly who I am when I call, my previous call issues, and are able to resolve and answer questions very effectively. I will definitely be doing business with them again, even if they are not the cheapest ticket offerings around. I haven't travelled yet so I hope my travels go well. I see many 1 star reviews, it would be nice if Travelopod would reply to them and let all of us know both sides of the story, which there always is.

Travis musk was one of the greatest customer service reps ive had the pleasure of speaking with good enough for me to take time out of my day to write this... if all reps were as good as travis things in the world would be getting done hes a great example and should be training the rest of your reps hes calm very nice and gets rote to the bottom of the problem please give that man a raise or a promotion cause he understands good service it was a pleasure and if i can id choose travis musk everytime.
