Airlines Ticket Fare DBA of Travelopod

Asked for a flight from west coast US to Birmingham UK. Got quoted for flight to Birmingham AL USA. What a deal and bargain - right? If I had not asked for written confirmation prior to suthorizing payment, my grandchild would have spent her 21st birthday stuck somewhere thousands of miles from where she wanted to spend her birthday. Customer service after the fact is more than I can bear to repeat. There was no customer service - only $1990 in additional fees!

Kudos to Molly Wilson on helping me with getting excellent deal@ Travlopod for my India visit. As soon as system connected me to Molly she welcomed me professionally asking my requirement. It is very rare to find someone nowadays who can grab customers requirements that quickly. She suggested all options and also made me aware on traveling restrictions and suggested a good deal. She answered patiently all my questions and pointed all the risks which i missed. She ensured and assured me during conversation about what to expect and how booking and transactions will be done. She has show a great customer focused approach and made sure to close the deal without wasting anybody's time. It was a great interaction and I am sure she will be a great team player and leader in future and i wish her all the very best. Keep up the good work Molly!

Beware! This company sells high-priced tickets and don't provide accurate/important information when you book the flight with them. Very poor service. If you call them to resolve any issues, the wait-time is very long and they are not helpful at all. Their whole intention is to steal your money by changing or canceling the flight and keep your money for their own benefit. Never buy ticket from them... it's trap. Buy the ticket from the airlines itself. Highly unethical people!

I inadvertently ended up with this company upon trying to reschedule a flight last year. The internet brought me to your website and without realizing it my flight was moved to Travelopod. I just want to make sure I don't lose my credit and am happy to get this done

I saw a great fare RT SFO-LAX, so went to buy online. Submitted credit card info, but the transaction failed - said they would call in under ten minutes. Never heard from them, so I called them. Got VM when I did. Never heard back. DO NOT USE! Watching my credit card like a hawk to make sure they don't scam me.

Travelopod has always provided great service. I want to especially mention Ammy who has given excellent service during the cancelled flight situation with my mother. She was always available and continuously followed up with Turkish Airlines on the status update. Not only this she tried her best to mediate between the staff on airport and my mother. Ammy was a constant support during this entire ordeal and tried to offer possible solutions. I was very thankful for the help I received. It was a job well done!

My son Paid $1055 for a Ticket from Phoenix to New-Delhi booked by Travelopod and requested for a change in date and change in airport of origin. They charged $500 to change the date but refused to change the origin city from Phoenix to Chicago. Filed compliant and then they agreed to change for additional charge of $700 /-. Decided to cancel the ticket and TravelOpod asking for upfront tax of $500 to process the refund of $400/-. No one i checked have heard asking for upfront tax. Looks like scam to get additional money. Very bad customer service forcing to pay within 1 hour or will not be bale to help. Folks beware with this travel agency.
