So far all is going well with this booking. We had a problem confirming the booking thru e-mail but Grace worked on the problem and I verified that I made the booking. Thank you Grace for your help and I hope getting tickets by E-mail goes as smoothly as well. If not thank you for giving me your telephone number to call you. Grace did a great job.

Travelopod is one of the few Tavel agencies out there that provide excellent support. The agent I worked with was very patient and was able to help us out during a medical emergency.
May the ease of use of their payment system could improve but with the service they provide I don't have any complaints

Melvin helped to relax me and inform me. I was nervous because I'm travelling alone for the first time from California to Thailand. He got me my seats almost 2 weeks in advance and asked me about things I wasn't even thinking of at the time. Service has been excellent from Travelpod since the beginning.

I really liked the services provided by Travelopod as I've booked tickets from them 2-3 times, every time they provided good deals which I's not able to find online.

I booked tickets with these guys for my wife and kid and they told that bassinet is free for kids. After finalizing everything airlines is asking for more money for seat to keep the bassinet. No one told me that there may be any extra charge. And they say we are not are of airlines rules. If you are so dumb and don't know about rules... you are in wrong business.
