Nice work, prices were better than I hoped. Flying to Europe from the Midwest and trying to minimize layovers is not easy. Ended up spending a little more than I wanted but reduced travel time and price included luggage which is costly for overseas flights.
When looking for great flight deals, I came across this site. Because I was flexible with dates, the tickets were half the usual cost. The only catch, I had to call in to book. I was skeptical about having to do it but saw that this company had an A+ rating with BBB, and very good reviews. So I took a chance to call in. The information was clear, pricing great, customer service impressive. So happy I gave Travelopod a chance! They even explain on a recording when you are on hold (very short amount of time), why calling in is necessary for some deals. Generally it's due to regulations.

I booked my tickets with Travelopod yesterday evening, and they had charged me $500 more than the actual airline price. No accountability! I understand ticket prices are dynamic, but in my case the tickets prices are $500 cheaper than their offered price, They had provided me inaccurate information and wrong fares, as per airline policy tickets can be cancelled with in 24 hrs but when i called the customer service to do this they are not letting me to cancel my tickets. Very poor service. Buy the ticket from the airlines itself.
I would like to take some time and appreciate Bunny's effort to correct my flight. I was in a rush a booked a wrong flight for tomorrow, then I spoke to him and he calmed me down and corrected my mistake. He was very calm and patient, he also asked us to wear proper masks and take necessary PPE along with us which shows how caring he is for his customers. I contacted Travelopod and received a call back from Rachel. What an amazing individual, not only polite, but found us an amazing flight to Athens that I have searched for 2 months to find. She was very carefull to make sure everything was complete, spellings correct etc etc. We have a lot of trips planned and I would use and recommend Rachel to anyone I can. Stay away. Stay away... My wife had booked a round trip ticket for $1500 with one check in bag free and she was told second bag shouldn't cost more than $100 but she ended up paying $2000 for the trip. She was charged twice for the second bag. The same thing repeated while coming back. I raised a concern with the customer service and provided with them payment receipts. I was told they will talk to the airlines and help get the money refunded but that didn't happen. Two months later my wife was told they(Travelopod) are not responsible for extra charges so the money wont be refunded. I don't understand how in the world your are not responsible for extra charges when you booked my ticket? You get no help but pay more if you run into any such problems. My sincere advise is stay away from Travelopod.com and have a better travel experience.
This is my second time booking a trip with them. They are always super nice, helpful, and get you the best deals! Scarlett was the last person who helped me out and she really took care of me. She went out of her way to relate with me and help me through a tough time that I was having!
Was able to get comfortable itinerary with great fare, agent was very helpful and experienced as it was little tricky itinerary which I was planning with my family with a stopover in Amsterdam in December.
