The experience was good. I received my pretty bag quickly. I love the fact that a signature was needed. I've had things stolen from my front door and this gives me peace of mind. The item is in good condition. I'm looking now to purchase my very fist Chanel. I definitely will buy from Tradesy if I can find the right bag at the right price.
Item was not a true description. Followed guidelines of their returning process, sent documents of proof, I don't think, it was the same bag the seller was selling. Tradsey responded with a STORE CREDIT! After repeated calls and emails of the proof I they suspended my account! So I've lost $760.00 I will be disputing the charge! Be careful a seller can describe bag like new. Nothing wrong with it. But if the little icon says gently used! They won't return your money! STORE CREDIT
I thrilled with my purchase from Tradesy - a special pair of jeans that are no longer on the market at an excellent price!
However, I am disappointed that my jeans are marked as "brand new," when in reality they are more "like new." With white jeans, subtle use and stain can be detected - "like new. Seasoned shoppers can tell the difference.
I think cash refund should be offered if exchange and no item match in stock in a larger size or something you like. No one wants to buy an item their not going to be satisfied with. It's great there's a large selection!
It took a while for my package to ship…. A week. Not sure if that was due to the item having to get inspected? Every other purchase shipped within a day or two and they were over $500. Other than that… no issues!
I was hesitant to make this purchase as I had never bought anything from this site before. But I had nothing to fear. My bag arrived and looked exactly as depicted on the site and in perfect condition. It looks brand new. I was also pleased with how quickly it arrived and how well it had been packed (with care). I will be visiting the site for other purchases.
This is one of my favorite dresses. Having worked in fashion I refuse to pay full price for seasonal wear that changes from Spring/Summer Autumn/Winter and cruise. I got this Jay Godfrey dress in red for $30 and I love it. When I found it in a smaller more fitting size and black, I've kept my eye on it.
The dress is perfect, fits beautifully! Though I think the value isn't the price I paid, it is still a good deal for one of my favorites.
This was not my first time buying from Tradesy so I was not nervous, but once again after my recent purchase I am satisfied! The shoes are beautiful and matched the description and pictures perfectly. For anyone who loves designers with a bank account that can't support, with a loathe of fakes- this is the perfect blend! The irony of Tradesy is that they are selling high-end (for the most part) bags, yet their process and customer service is SO antiquated that it's painful. I originally posted 3 designer bags (that were basically new), and after quickly selling 2, I realized the process was going to be long and not well directed. Did I mention horrible, slow customer service. I ended up pulling 2 of my 3 bags, and selling them on a competitor's site in 1 day, yes, 1 day. I even emailed Tradesy asking if they'd be interested in some feedback from a new customer, but no response. Skip this site, unless antiquated and slow is your thing.
These shoes were shipped super fast and the seller even left me a nice note inside. Shoes are in perfect condition and were shipped with care. Really enjoyed my first experience on Tradesy. Thank you!

I ordered a wedding dress through little brides boutique and had a very pleasant experience! The dress I received is in almost perfect brand new condition! I highly recommend this site if you are looking for designer brands for way less! I am very thrilled to have found the exact dress I wanted for a much less price. Shipping was fairly quick too!
I received a purchased item that I have some questions about authenticity. I reached out to inquire about how to send the item in to be verified. I heard back immediately with a list of photos they would like to receive ahead of time. Why is that necessary if you will have my item in person. Okay, I sent in 2 emails with LOTS of pictures per their request. I received one we received your email response. Then nothing, no contact, no shipping label, nothing. I sent a follow up email the next day and the day following that. Still no response.
Separately, I had intended to use Affirm and was approved. At check out I assumed it was going to be in place because I checked in on the listing and was pre-approved. Instead it appears the whole amount was billed to an old credit card, which was NEVER my intent. I would seek assistance on this issue as well, but the lack of response above is very concerning.
Very easy process and package came faster than stated! Was able to track package too. My dress is exactly what I wanted! Description of item and pictures were accurate-can't wait to wear it to my daughters wedding next weekend!
Package arrived several days late. The purse was much dirtier on the inside than what the pictures show. Returned item same day I received it. But Tradesy agent was easy to work with when purse was lost in mail.

Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!

I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.

An account suspension is common after a dispute is filed against Tradesy. This is an done in an attempt to prevent buyers from creating their own return policy, by not complying with our policies/terms of service. That being said, assuming a chargeback has not been filed, there is no reason in this scenario why your account would be suspended.
