I've had really good experiences as a buyer - all of the items I've bought came well wrapped and in the condition that was stated. I've purchased beautiful handbags, dresses and sweaters etc. In many cases, the quality is excellent (some new with tags!).
I would recommend as you can ask the seller questions about the products before you purchase.
I did however try and sell some of my items and nothing but may try again in the future!

I ordered a pair of Alex Marie shoes, which I normally don't do online because of not being able to try them on first. To my surprise the fit was absolutely perfect and the shoes looked new. There was even a little gift and a thank you note. I will not hesitate on ordering from them again.

They have my bag and my money and will not give me either of them. Their customer service is impossible to get in touch with and they are a total sham. I wish I had read reviews before I used this site. I will NEVER use this site again.
Items are as described! (coach abbie bg and multifunctional purse in british tan) and the shipping was super fast! My mail lady stuffed it in my small mailbox trying to hide the package (lol) but i dont see any damage. Thanks! I cant wait to use it.

Oh the dreaded return box from tradsey... Once you open it you see nothing but the item you shipped before that was in new condition and now it's cracked, ripped, or dirty. I ask why doesn't tradsey get the sellers side of the story before they return the item? What do they make 15% commission for? So unprofessional a bunch of scammers. At least ebay hears both side of the story
I do not believe their bags to be authentic. How can you buy a Chanel bag for $300. Seriously? AND, if you dispute them, doesn't matter, you don't get any money back bc they ignore you when you try to reply after three days. A THREE day return policy! And they never personally view their bags! I think they come from Japan! Go elsewhere!
Website was very easy to navigate and you have many great items for sale! My only hesitation is that you don't give refunds, only offer a credit to Tradesy. Also, the particular purse I ordered took a long time to get here because it was coming from France. It didn't say that in the page advertising the purse. I just got it today and it is beautiful. Looks like brand new!
I purchased Chanel leather pants for 500$. The seller took pictures that way that no damage was visible. The black color of pants was faded, a large tear above rear pocket, lining seam was torn. Absolutely no control over the quality. Yes you do have a chance to return the item, they will evaluate it and give you store credit. Do you really want to have 500$ credit on website that sells trash?
Tradesy does all the hard work for me. I feel confident anything I buy is authentic and described as shown. I can have any high end designer item at my fingertips and at my door within days. I can't think of a better way to shop! Even my personal shopper at the mall can't do that!
I specifically placed this order with this vendor because of our prior communication and needing the item for a specific event. I was told it would be shipped priority and delivered in a timely manner. Paying for expedited shipping, it was almost 2 weeks until I received the item. I now know going forward to not purchase anything from a seller for a specific date, even if promised it'll be delivered on time.
My order went smoothly. I spent around 1500 and found the same bag online for two hundred dollars less. But I had already ordered it. My complaint was that there is something missing from the clasp on the bag. Not sure what part but there is no clasp to keep the straps hooked. And the shipping took absolutely forever. I feel at that price point the bag should be at min 2 day.
Great items at great prices, I received my Dolce & Gabbana shades today and when I tell you they are absolutely beautiful. They are just what the seller said new with tags all in its original packaging. I can't be more happy. It's rainy today but as soon as it sunny out they are going on.

I called Tradesy with a question about how their site works. The customer service representative answered all of my questions so I made my order right over the phone with them. My bag arrived three days later and was perfect. I got such a great deal too!

Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. If you question TRADESY, they will shut your account down, and they do so WITHOUT even talking to you. Bunch of Bullies! Find an alternative. I AM IN THE MIST OF COMMENCING CLASS SUIT ACTION. THEY NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON!
Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Answer: Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600

Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
