I bought a checkbook wallet that came to me not as shown or described, it crumbled in the corners when I first opened the wallet to examine it. This site made it extremely difficult to make a return, I had to explain why I was returning and then they let you know if your return met there approval.
I will never buy from Tradsey again!
It is with a heavy heart that I have to write a negative review about Tradesy. On two occasions I have bought items from their website that were defected.It's like they are allowing scam artist to sell on their site now.The quality of the site has decreased and become piss poor.
I have purchased some used items before but I must say that this order truly surprised me. These shoes are practically brand new and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would suggest that any time this seller is selling something, do not hesitate to make the purchase. I will absolutely enjoy this item and I am grateful for working with an excellent seller.
This is my first time ordering with Tradesy and my first time owning a designer label. The item arrived quickly, exactly as described, fit perfectly, and the ordering process was simple. Best of all, I don't have to pick up 6 extra shifts to buy the pants I'd had my eye on for months.
I've only sold two pairs of genuine Nike's on Tradesy and the second pair is now coming back to me with no clear reason why the buyer is returning them. They were as accurately described as Tradesy allows and these shoes are CLEAN. Now I'm out the shipping it cost to mail them out and no income for the sale.
I've been buying & selling on eBay for over a decade with only very satisfied customers. I am very disappointed in the Tradesy process and will not continue using their service.
Exactly as represented. I would have preferred receipt on Friday or Saturday which was listed as earliest dates and not Monday as missed using it at Saturday event. However, I will use next spring. Thank you.
This site is beyond bad as they hold your money (probably to earn their own interest on our money). Whatever the reason they are a disgraceful company. I sold a high end bag and still have not received my money! You all seem to know the story so I am done with this scam of a company!
The product was heavily altered and smells like chemical all over. Purse itself might be authentic but the box and bust bag came with it are from other products. The chain is nothing but fake. Disappointed.

I like the bag but am disappointed in how filthy the inside was when I opened it up. This was my first purchase from Tradesy and have to say that the customer service has been very good and responsive but the condition of the bag will make me think twice on any future purchases.

I received a skirt that had clearly been altered or washed several times. I wear the same size by this designer and when the skirt arrived it didn't come close to fitting. I reached out to Tradesy and they never responded. Awful customer service!

I've shopped with Tradesy a few times & I always find gems that I can't seem to find anywhere else. Most times the items are brand new & if not they're in excellent condition. I'd recommend Tradesy over any other reseller site/app any day!
I have been a high volume seller on Tradesy for years! They don't pay their sellers in a timely fashion at all when we clearly earned it! Their fees have become outrageous!
I'm considering selling what I have on there and deleting my account.
When i stumbled upon this site i thought wow this is great, and less fee's then most sites... Boy was i wrong, I agree with others that they will refund a buyer without you knowing and without asking if you want your merchandise shipped back to you. And yes they also will not refund returns just a site credit which i had for 4 months now of $ 900 i don't trust anything on this site, so ill let my $ 900 sit until the class action begins... And trust me it will. When you call for anything you feel like your talking to a robot,... One word answers, No empathy, no concerns about you issues. Beware if your selling the turn around time to receive your money is ridiculous From date shipped to funds in your account.
I will definitely be ordering again from Tradesy. They were honest about what the product may be missing whether it's a Botton or slight scratch. Also they were very fast with delivery. I love the confirmation of delivery as well. This site is excellent
Was skeptical about purchasing a LV bag on line from this site, but I am so glad I did. I got my bag and it is authentic, the seller is simply amazing answering all my questions with an immediate response. Excellent service and products.
I always find great deals and items are shipped quickly, if its someone I haven't bought from I will message them asking if the item is still available and when they can ship. This saves me from purchasing something and not getting it ect
Tradesy continues to hike their fees. With selling fee of almost 20% and additional 3% to take your earning out. That is a total just shy of 23%. It's about twice as ebay
And paypal fees.

On tradesy, you just get emails from customer bargaining all day long.
If you find something you like on Tradesy, look it up on ebay. You will definitely find the same item at much lower price.
This was my second purchase from Tradesy and both transactions were great- fast shipping, beautiful products that were exactly as described, and helpful updates throughout the process. Highly recommend this site!
The whole transaction happened so fast. I ordered my bag on Thursday and received it Monday... Seller shipped the same day i placed my order. Very satisfied customer here, however it's only been five days. Plus my bag is gorgeous!
