I visit from time to time. I have very eclectic tastes, so I come often hoping for new items. I wanted this ring before, and bit the bullet because the price came down to reasonable level. Please, can you get rid of your "sold" items from your listings? It makes me mad when I see something I would have liked better, sold to someone else. Otherwise, very nice. Thanks.
I paid for a bag and was awaiting the seller's response. 2 days with no response I sent her a message to kindly confirm. Her response was "confirm what?" I was in awe as my credit card had already been charged. I quickly reached out to *******@tradesy.com, Tradesy's "customer service" ( I use the term loosely) who apologized but told me there was nothing they could do until the seller responded to them saying it was ok to refund my money? Again, I'm in awe! I forwarded the message from the seller as proof and still they refuse to help me, the customer! At the moment I'm out $500 and the seller is sitting pretty along with Tradesy who got their cut! What a racket! They claim to have priority of your safety and protection. That's what they want you think. Protect YOURSELF and stay away from this website!
Communication between the seller and myself was a little off but after Tradesy reassured me the seller was one of their top sellers, I immediately felt better. The shoes look brand new! Almost like they were straight from the store! I am very pleased with my new shoes and at such a great price, you can't beat that.
I have purchased several purses from this site. They have all been authentic and in good condition. I will definitely use them again.
I think any issues would be with the sellers, not the actual company since the seller sends the product directly to you.
Got a Fendi bag that was sold as Brand New but received one that had glue inside the key holder and is all messed up. This will be the last time that I will buy from Tradesy. A waste of time shopping at your site.
I didn't like that my account said my shipping materials were sent out to me the day after my buyer purchases the item and it is now 13 days later and I still have not received the shipping materials from tradesy. I really wanted my buyer to receive her bag in a nice box, but I waited so long on the shipment that I ended up sending it in a priority shipping package. Next time I know to just go with my own shipping that way the buyer can receive their product right away.

When someone purchases something, you get an email and God forbid if you don't respond immediately. However, even after you promptly ship, they take their cut, then there's another fee to have the money transferred and then you WAIT. An average transaction takes about 2 weeks to see your funds, and that's after you've shipped.
The transaction is really smooth in the Tradesy app. But I always just an okay experience with this seller. They don't really take best photos in their products. I love the item so I'm keeping it but there are flaws not covered. The seller has a lot of items in Tradesy - I will be careful next time and make sure I don't buy from them again.

I have found Shop Hers a few months ago. Since that time I have purchased three designer dresses, clothes that I could never afford except through this website. I have gotten a million compliments from my friends and my daughters admire my new look.
Returns are easily done by the wonderful Camille who is in charge of this department. I Highly recommend this website, its a brilliant idea and the best sales possible.
So you make a sale, thats great. Then you browse the website looking for something you need or want. Well lets say you don't need or want anything and would like to just cash out after you have made a sale... Well be prepared to wait 14-24 days before ever seeing that money. Oh ya and on top of the 30% tradesy takes from your sale they take another 10% to withdrawal it to your bank account. So far I have sold at least 6 things and buy two things from the site. But every time I want my money I loose more tradesy is by far the most greedy of all of the reselling sites. They take as much as they can from every angle. If your looking to basically trade in items its great but if your looking to make money good luck. Oh yeah and be prepared to wait almost 3 1/2 weeks for your money!
If your shopping for a used handbag DO NOT look here! There handbags are marked at ridiculous high prices and when they come to you they look and smell awful. I will not recommend this vendor to shop and when you complain for your money back they take extra long responding just so they can denied your claim. I order three handbags here. 1 was cancelled and the others were returned. Horrible quality of items.
Shopping on tradesy was just as easy as using Poshmark or Mercari. I especially loved how quick the shipping was, my order actually arrived a day earlier than expected and it was coming from across the country. I am slightly disappointed in the product itself I received as the pictures did now show that there was any tarnish on the earrings/gems but overall the earrings are still in good condition and I am happy with the purchase.
My experience on Tradesy has been good so far; I found a sold-out jacket I have been trying to find for a while. Also there is $50 off your first purchase which is great. The jacket came exactly as described. I look forward to shopping more at Etsy!
I was unaware that the price when it says shipping included that there would be tax- it would have been nice if it was stated on the item page.
This was my first and last time selling an item on the website. They have the ability to release your ACH funds but will hold them for a mandatory 6 days. I sell on eBay and my funds are released as soon as the seller pays. It's a lesson learned. Then their hours of operation are a complete joke. Then every single review I have read is bad. I haven't found one good review yet. They have to change their business model, or they will be out of business. They have my product, but I don't have my money.
I purchased a swimsuit. I was a bit surprised at how long it took to ship my item. The seller contacted me explaining the shipping envelope from Tradesy took longer than normal to receive. It came about a week and a half later than I expected. When it came I noticed a small hole in the bikini top where the stitching failed to grab both pieces of fabric. I can fix but I don't recall seeing it listed as an issue.
These Christian Louboutin peep toe pumps were exactly what I was looking for and the price was more than fair with savings of nearly 70% retail price! The condition of these shoes other than the expected wear on the bottom is minimal, requiring a bare minimum of restoration to get them near new condition as they will be a present to my wife. I am sure she will love them.
