I ordered a fishing reel. It was a 7-day challenge to do so, as all my payment methods the site does not accept, but I managed to make the order and fully pay for the product. On the second day they just cancelled the order (completely paid order) without a reason. I did get my money back, though I have never seen such horrible service in my entire life. They do not respond via email. They do not respond to calls. Unbelievable. Waste of time.
Well, the worst company, the worst customer service. I am from Italy and ordered Kettle, did not deliver. Tradinn company wants me to call Spain, I can't call Spain from here. The client agent did not help me.
They dont have option to cancel the order. The representative told me my refund would take 4 weeks. Bull$#*!. Dont buy anything from them
Do not go near these guys. There shipping dates are not true and the bill (when ordered) does not come close to the actual bill... customs etc. These people should be red flagged and taken off the web. There will be no responses to any complaints... they just say "check your tracking number".

My order was confirmed for 22 -26 Aust delivery to my door, but after following up and tracking it, they informed me that it will now only be received by 03rd October! Shocking delivery performance. Will never order from their site again.
I had just ordered a flashlight from a Tradeinn website and then looked at the reviews here.
I was terrified. I thought "What have I done? I wanted to save a little money and now I've probably lost it all."
Instead, I received immediate emails from the site explaining when my package was going to be sent and when I'd receive it. It actually showed up a day early and was well packed and exactly what i ordered.
Now I didn't realize the website was based in Spain, and I probably would not have ordered if I knew that. It arrived in less than a week.
Anyway, maybe I was just lucky but I just wanted people reading this to know that I did have a very positive experience and saved about 40 per cent off the price of the flashlight on Amazon.
The item was promised to be delivered within 5 - 15 days, but even after 30 days the item has not yet been delivered to me, they provide a tracking option but you cannot track it since it is never updated in the site. After that they said that there are delays due to customs and they now say it takes 5 - 60 days for customs clearance. Not trustworthy, it now seems as if my money is wasted.
So after reading many reviews I was worried I would not receive my package. Albeit it was 4 weeks late from what the original date was. I realized it was coming from Amsterdam but I got my package and everything is as it is pictured. Love my new shoes. So if you're wanting a bit of a discount for quality products the wait is worth it. Just be prepared to wait!

Was thinking to order spinning rod but no one is hapoy with the tradeinn dont take the risk and have them delivered next year broken without any refund ive read over 60+ reviews what i can say about this company is a FRAUD, NO SERVİCE.
This is the silly, fake reply i got from a negative website review. Just so they continue the fake effort like they are a real company and steal from others. I will post a review daily until you send an email to my attn from the order info. ********************* Still need my order I do that was on all the chat room texts you never answered the last two weeks? Two things:
1- they only replied to the website but again with no contact info. No email, no telephone, no nothing.
2- i sent a text with all order information in their useless robot chat room no less than 12 times over one week. Not one reply except for an auto msg stating "no one is available now but they will be in contact with you". Total lie. No one responded for teo weeks and counting.

This company is the worst. No telephone number. No email support line at all. You literally cannot reach out to any human ever at any time. They have a "chat" box which is by a robot and is only open during some European hours but can't answer any real dialogue as it's a machine with auto answers. The worst! Their delivery of products has no tracking at all since they use the cheapest form of postage via a European government mail system. Any issue with your item and you can do nothing. I ordered my product in March. Heard nothing after paying them. Then in late June I get a notice that it shipped but took two weeks to get into USA. But then got a notice it was being returned for some reason. Is this a scam!? DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE! I don't even believe the pics of the pretty warehouse they show. How can a company have no email and no customer service for consumer products?!

Chances are that if you are ordering many items, even if available. The order will take months to arrive due to the random availability of items. I've tried at 3 different times to order and none were successful (totally different orders at different times) one arrive 3 months late so I sent it back because I didn't needed it anymore. The 3rd one was available immediately and they kept pushing the delivery date. Once it got to August I just canceled the whole thing because they won't delivery the rest of the order in between... Ordered in March and waited till June to cancel because I had a lot of money "on hold" since they won't deliver.
Don't waste your time, don't order! Read the reviews even if you get your stuff it will arrive destroyed anyway.
"100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and "Easy Returns" is a joke. I bought an $89 Mavic cycling helmet that didn't fit. The cost to return it was $219! How can they charge me $11.99 for shipping it to me and then charge me $219 for shipping it back? If you buy it, it's yours forever. Buy local and forget these jokers!

Placed an order for a suitcase as I found out short notice that I need to move… Out of the country. Ordered on the 6 May was advised that I'd receive it here in the U. K on the 10th.
Today as I write this, it still hasn't arrived.
I have contacted just about every courier service affiliated with the tracking numbers listed. Each one of them keeps sending me right back to tradeinn for the to contact the courier in Spain. They absolutely REFUSE to contact them.
The customer service from tradeinn has been absolutely awful. Extremely unhelpful and condescending.
Just now had a look at their employee reviews where one of their employees even states they they are told to lie to customers.
I fear that I have just lost lost of money that I do not simply have.
**** UPDATE **** Was just randomly clicking on items from the different tradeinn site and noticed that every random & very stupid items all had a 4 star rating. From a pom pom that you can attach to the string of your jacket/coat. All the way down to a jock cup insert or mini nail clipper.
Never found an item on their site with an 1 star review.
I ordered a Lego F1 car for my son's 11th birthday on June 11th. At checkout, it indicated the package would be delivered by June 8th or 9th if I paid $57.99 for shipping, which I did. I then received an email from DHL saying the package will be delivered on the 13th. I contacted "customer service", and they replied with the stock "supply chain/COVID" excuse, which they obviously knew of when they intentionally misrepresented the arrival date for the extra fee. They refused to refund the shipping cost. STAY AWAY.
I said I would upgrade my review of Bikeinn if I received the item I ordered in less than one month.
The package arrived today. The on-line tracking function, which had remained static since May 17, had suddenly burst into activity in the last two days.
The item I ordered arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint remains the slow shipping, which is perhaps typical of items shipped from Europe to the United States. I would have been less unhappy about the slow shipping if I had seen some evidence that things were still progressing towards delivery.
I will consider Bikeinn for future purchases when there is no rush to have the parts in hand.

Scam! Buyer beware! Do not order from this website. You'll received a wrong/damaged or defective item and they won't facilitate a return. I have been speaking with customer service for weeks about 3 defective products that pose child safety issues and customer service refuses to send me a return label! Your responses online are lies as you will do nothing to help me.
The take the money and don't send my order.

I'm really confused with my recent shopping. Firstly i bought a pack of sis gels that were available and then got a message that they were out of stock. The day after i bought a very expensive thing and what would you think? The day after i got another msg telling me it was out of stock. I already lost money on transaction and i want my order (*******) to be delivered, because when i used vpns of another contries i see the item available.
Update. I see that you have it in stock, but because of new garmin policies this item is not deliverable to my country now. I inform you that I'd bought this item before that rules were written in item description, therefore you have to send me my order as you charged my card and agreed to this bargain. Otherwise i will have to file a lawsuit against your actions, because according to the Consumer Law business must not accept payment for products or services if they do not intend to supply them
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
