I ordered a Lego F1 car for my son's 11th birthday on June 11th. At checkout, it indicated the package would be delivered by June 8th or 9th if I paid $57.99 for shipping, which I did. I then received an email from DHL saying the package will be delivered on the 13th. I contacted "customer service", and they replied with the stock "supply chain/COVID" excuse, which they obviously knew of when they intentionally misrepresented the arrival date for the extra fee. They refused to refund the shipping cost. STAY AWAY.
I said I would upgrade my review of Bikeinn if I received the item I ordered in less than one month.
The package arrived today. The on-line tracking function, which had remained static since May 17, had suddenly burst into activity in the last two days.
The item I ordered arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint remains the slow shipping, which is perhaps typical of items shipped from Europe to the United States. I would have been less unhappy about the slow shipping if I had seen some evidence that things were still progressing towards delivery.
I will consider Bikeinn for future purchases when there is no rush to have the parts in hand.

Scam! Buyer beware! Do not order from this website. You'll received a wrong/damaged or defective item and they won't facilitate a return. I have been speaking with customer service for weeks about 3 defective products that pose child safety issues and customer service refuses to send me a return label! Your responses online are lies as you will do nothing to help me.
The take the money and don't send my order.

I'm really confused with my recent shopping. Firstly i bought a pack of sis gels that were available and then got a message that they were out of stock. The day after i bought a very expensive thing and what would you think? The day after i got another msg telling me it was out of stock. I already lost money on transaction and i want my order (*******) to be delivered, because when i used vpns of another contries i see the item available.
Update. I see that you have it in stock, but because of new garmin policies this item is not deliverable to my country now. I inform you that I'd bought this item before that rules were written in item description, therefore you have to send me my order as you charged my card and agreed to this bargain. Otherwise i will have to file a lawsuit against your actions, because according to the Consumer Law business must not accept payment for products or services if they do not intend to supply them
I ordered skates from Xtremeinn (same company) royal mail lost or stole parcel and have admitted this I sent this company the details from Royal mail to claim the cost of lost parcel but they are completely ignoring me order number *******
Bought an item in two sizes with intent to return the size that didn't fit (they advertise fast and easy returns on their site). Couldn't get ahold of customer service for a return label. Paid $80 (yes, EIGHTY) dollars to send package back to their warehouse in Spain. It showed up again on my doorstep a month later with "return to sender" label. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
My order (*******) was placed April 28,2022. Delivery chargers were applied for delivery from Thur May 12 to Mon May 16. BIKEINN sent an email that an invoice and parcel were created May 10. They supplied a link to TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT. There has been no updates to tracking information since. I have attempted to make contact through the BIKEINN website. It always comes up as they are not currently on line.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IT FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
If you are having similar issues, contact your credit card company and dispute all charges immediately.

Beware of this company! We are horrified that they get away with taking people's money and are taking action agains them! They sent half a kayak and refuses to help us with sending the other half!
I purchased a pair of motorcycle trousers ($400) worth but they sent me 4XL instead of L - their website defaults to the wrong item sizing chart. I placed the order and received the wrong size. I wrote back, they told me to ship them back (at my own cost of $160) and now, they're shipping the original wrong size trousers because customs in Spain did not let the package into the country. They then sent me a DHL return bill after I had returned the package (which is what I had originally asked for. This was in February. I've logged dozens of tickets, spoke to the worst customer service agent for an hour, asked for a supervisor or manager to call me and still... nothing! I'm nearly $600 out of pocket. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE LYING BASTARDS!
The purchase was made on April 6, and now a month has passed and it has not arrived. When I ask, I receive false reasons for the delay, and the first time the answer was that the piece had arrived in your country, and the delay was from customs, and it had not arrived in reality.
I ordered a climbing helmet paying 110 euros. The package was sent to spain on the 11/03 as i was going to travel there to see my family. The helmet arrived broken but as an elder person received it couldn't review it properly. I arrived in Spain on the Saturday on the 19th of march and i sent tradeinn a mail on Monday. The answer was negative, they do not take any responsibility even thought all the packages of the helmet were broken and i sent them pictures. They claimed that three days had past from the delivery of the helmet so they wouldn't accept the return. I also tried to communicate with them by phone but as was telling them my problem an operator just told me good morning miss and HANG THE PHONE! 110 euros thrown away cause if a helmet is broken is useless, dangerous to use. Totally disappointed. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS SITE! Not reliable at all.
Refused to accept return of item, despite offering returns. I had to pay £30 to ship to Spain. They then refused to accept the item and Royal Mail had to return it back to me. Customer services completely unhelpful. Really terrible experience. Avoid these folks if you live in the UK.
Purchased 2 McDavid Elite Knee Braces for skiing from TradeInn via Amazon. The promotional material stated they support (i. E. prevent) hyperextension. While skiing with them suffered a serious knee injury due to hyperextension. Contacted the original manufacturer who sent an email stating that they did not prevent hyperextension. Made a claim for refund, directly to TradeInn and then indirectly with the support of both Amazon and the UK International Consumer Centre. In each case they denied the claim stating that "support" does not mean prevent. In my case, the damage to my knee indicates that support means assists hyperextension.
Buyer beware that TradeInn is not a serious reliable supplier.
I read a number of negative reviews online and naively decided to proceed with an order anyway. Prior to placing the order I emailed them to confirm the item was in stock and would be delivered within the advertised timeframe, which I was assured it would.
After one week they cancelled the order and now won't respond to emails.
Please don't make the same mistake I did - avoid at all costs.
Steer clear of this company. Their customer service is hostile and quite frankly totallt unhelpful. I returned a swim costume ( the size was far too small to that described) and they now refuse to acknowledge receipt of it. My name and address was written on the envelope, it was Royal Mail tracked but because I can't give them the tracking number they will not look into whether it has actually been delivered. Either they are overwhelmed by returns because the products are problematic or they are quite simply pulling a fast one.
I only start ordering from this company as I saw something that I really like. A pair of silver Soccor Boot and I brought other stuff as well. The tracking system is non-existing and it keeps saying to check my local post office with a different tracking number provided from the international one. Backward and forward emails including me calling Spain directly but very hopeless customer services. I also send no good feedback to them and the manager did write back. I now just send a big email to this manager. Totally useless if you ask me. I have never had such a shocking experience and spent so much of my time and I am the one buying only two items. Never again... got burned BAD! Please Buyer Beware!
TradeInn / BikeInn hat mir mehrmals schriftlich bestätigt, dass Sie bei Lieferungen ausserhalb der Europäischen Union OHNE die spanische Mehrwertsteuer verrechnen würden. Eine Bezahlung in Euro ist nicht möglich und es wird ausschliesslich in der Landeswährung verrechnet, die dem Lieferland entspricht (in meinem Falle in CHF).
Ich habe ein Gerät mit einem Kaufpreis von 799.00 Euro (inkl. 21% spanische Mehrwertsteuer) bestell. Das entspricht einem Kaufpreis von 660.33 Euro ohne Mehrwertsteuer. TradeInn / BikeInn hat mir dafür 810.96 CHF (inkl. 21.99 CHF für Transport) in Rechnung gestellt.
Auf alle meine Rückfragen zum – aus meiner Sicht zu hohen – verrechneten Kaufpreis erhielt ich von jedem Mitarbeiter des Kundendienstes andere, ausweichende Antworten. Mehrheitlich wurde mir erklärt, dass TradInn / BikeInnn keinen Einfluss auf weitere Zoll- und Transport gebühren hätte, obwohl diese mit dem Kaufpreis gar nichts zu tun haben und vom Schweizer Zoll separat in Rechnung gestellt werden.
In einem der Mail's vom Kundendient hat mit ein Mitarbeiter geschrieben, dass mir 731.85 Euro (entsprechend den 810.96 CHF) verrechnet wurden. Somit wurden mir für das Gerät ca. 714.00 Euro verrechnet und nicht 660.33 Euro! Dies entspricht einem Mehrpreis von ca. 8%.
Interessanterweise entspricht dieser Mehrpreis ziemlich genau der Mehrwertsteuer, welche Schweizer Kunden bezahlen müssen, wenn sie im Ausland einkaufen!
Mein Fazit:
• TradeInn / BikeInn hat kein Interesse an transparenter Preisinformation.
• TradeInn / BikeInn verrechnet willkürliche Preise ins Ausland und hofft, dass die Kunden dies nicht bemerken, weil in der Landeswährung des Kunden verrechnet wird.
• Der Kundendienst ist überfordert und hat keinerlei Interesse, die Kunden offen und ehrlich zu informieren. Zudem schreibt jeder Kundendienstmitarbeiter etwas anderes.
• Die Preisgestaltung ist (wahrscheinlich) bewusst so gewählt, damit der ausländische Käufer davon ausgeht, dass TradeInn / BikeInn inkl. (Vor-) Verzollung versendet würde, was aber nicht der Fall ist.
• Kaufen sie deshalb besser in einem andern Online-Shop (z. B. in Deutschlandbei Bike-Discount, Rose-Bikes usw.) ein. All diese ermöglichen die Bezahlung in Euro und zeigen die Rechnungsstellung transparent auf und senden vorverzollt in Länder ausserhalb der Europäischen Union, so dass der Endpreis klar ersichtlich ist.
Alle Mails und Rechnungen sind vorhanden und bei Bedarf einsehbar.

Back in July, I ordered a pair of hiking boots (*******). My first impression was extremely positive, especially after I was granted a generous student discount by their customer service — the value of which hey confirmed would be (quote) "refunded to [my] PayPal account after purchase". When I requested the refund as discussed with their support right after placing the order, I was then suddenly told that, (quote) "The order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you. In this case we can no longer change the order." Given that unexpected and disappointing turn of events, I decided to refuse acceptance and have the parcel returned straight back to TradeInn. The carrier's online tracking shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered back to TradeInn on August 11,2021. That was 53 days ago and yet, I have been waiting for a refund ever since. Despite dozens of emails and chats, I keep getting excuses such as "We are currently dealing with the delivery company in order to have your parcel located ASAP." I have now given this case to my lawyer. This has been by far THE worst customer experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
