First and foremost, I am not condemning the local store; the staff was fine. Nonetheless, it is puzzling when only good evaluations seem to be permitted, yet your honest opinion is rejected. Therefore, my poor rating applies to the supplier and the item itself rather than the retail outlet itself.
Regardless, I paid almost $200.00, for two (50) pounds of weeds that should have been grass seeds from a DLF 50 lb. Kentucky-31 Tall Fescue Grass Seed.

Update: I contacted the company, who indicated that they stand by their products and will work with me to resolve the issue.
I'm glad they're working on resolving the problem, but the cost of preparing the soil and sowing the seeds took three days.
Once it has been resolved, I will provide an update.
I went to Tractor Supply to get my dog vaccinated. When I started to leave I found I had lost my car keys. I was frantic since it was 107 degrees outside and I had no idea what to do. One of the staff asked me what was wrong so I told him. He went out and looked for the keys, but couldn't find them. He then held my dog while I looked for the keys. No luck. I then called my brother in law who said he would come get me. While waiting, several staff came out and gave my dog treats, offered a chair for me and seemed very concerned. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated their concern. Your staff is truly amazing!
Thought I'd try out the subscription for pet food delivery. Big big mistake. Order number one was delivered to the shipping center, and sat there for a week before I called and asked what the problem was. They couldn't find my order. Finally found it, but had to drive an hour and a half to pick it up myself. Came time for second order. Order was placed on June 2nd, here it is June 27th and it stopped isn't here. Tractor supply says they have been assured it will be delivered on June 29th. Cancelled subscription after this nonsense.
With 4 people ahead of me and at least 5 behind me Pauline was giving a Spanish person a hard time that he didn't have a barcode for a product outside (after 5-7 minutes she looked it up). Then she takes a long phone call, then an employee with a broken hand shows up and she left the register area to go give him a hug and speak with him, TOTALLY DISREGARDING ALL CUSTOMERS ON LINE. This was 6/21/23 at 12:32 pm.
Order an item online to be picked up so i don't have to pay their expensive shipping charges, item was shown to be in stock at the store, i placed the order and one hour later it got cancelled, no reason. I called them and the store didn't have it, so the web site was wrong. I then went to re order and to ship it to the store and they added a shipping charge! They must be kidding! Why do i need to pay for shipping when it's going to their store? Tractor supply sucks. I ordered my item from another business.
Yesterday wrote a negative concerning Solutions disregard answering phone.
Today called quickly answered by Beverly. Friendly, courteously resolved issue in my favor. Asked to contact her on any other issues.

Manager at the store I called could not answer *any* questions (that's what he told me) so he referred me to the corporate number. I have been on hold for an hour and a half. Ridiculous.
We purchased 21 baby chicks the middle of March. 5 out of the 7 Speckled Sussex chicks have turned out to be roosters. The sign did not say straight run or unsexed. So having to drive an hour from our house to give these roosters away on top of everything else. We paid over $100 for our baby chicks & now have just donated over $25 is not acceptable. And the money we spend on chicken food, snacks & supplies. We will not be getting our chicks at TS I the future. And no, I do not have a receipt for these chicks, it's been to long.
Have had a Toro mower there twice, if not three times...very little to no resolution!
Wish I had bought the mower elsewhere...
Had a little emergency, called tractor supply at 9:04 pm manager answered phone, explained our situation we needed kitten milk.manager at the Richmond tractor supply was awesome….said come up he would help….little did we know we called the wrong Tractor Supply, we needed the one in Marine City. We called while we were in the parking lot, the Manager Michele answered we explained our situation she said wait out side for her to come out, in which we did….1/2 hour latter she came out and said I need cash only if we did not have cash come back tomorrow or go up to Meijers….she was rude…I will never go to this tractor supply in Marine City, and we go there regularly for our dog, cat, and chicken feed….I will spend the extra time to go to another Tractor Supply…the manager at Richmond was willing to give us the kitten milk to help out with baby bunnies. The Manager (Michele) at Marine City Tractor Supply could care less about baby bunnies who just lost their mom….sad and disgusting……………..
Waited 2 weeks for the veterinarian they canceled at 5:00 pm the day before they was supposed to be there I had one little flyer out front tilling us he canceled they are going to give us a coupon for $5 because they canceled ( really) very unprofessional! Trying to get a mower bought, though i found a good deal. Well they decided to lose my credit card information as i was checking out, even got financing through them. Thanks for nothing. Ill just go somewhere else. Literally completed my order and cancelled it 2 minutes later after i no longer had the window open. Doesn't even save when to tell it to on your account. Guess ill go somewhere else then.
All the ones that work at this store are mean & Arrogant! The fat dyke that is the So called manager is nothing but mean to people and apparently the District manager is just as bad because he doesn't care how people are treated in that store. Go to any other Tractor Supply & no problems & they are happy to help you however the Pocomoke store those people SUCK and it is from the General Manager on DOWN to the manager & now it is affecting the employees that work under them. I use to spend a lot of money in that store but no longer after today will I ever shop there again! So since the next Tractor & supply is over a hour away from me, I will start buying my Farming, Feed & Tractor Supply"s from Southern States from now on because when you are a costumer & get treated the way I was treated tonight, that's it I am done and they can NOW find someone else to sell their junk to! Corporate doesn't give a dam also because they Do NOTHING about them & I know They have gotten a number of complaints about this fat Dyke Manager and about the District manager and they do NOTHING so screw Tractor Supply, I will spend my money else were were they appreciate their costumer's! I can not give no dam proof because the employee wouldn't even give me my recipe but it happened around 7 pm on 5/31/23 & it has happened by the same Manager & now by the employee's working under her and I am tired of it!
I went to tractor supply in Eynon pa my trailer had a serious problem and two employees came outside both were very helpful there names are Bruce and Pat they advised of there rental trailer which I did rent and allowed me to finish the job I was in the middle of when my trailer broke down they also advised me of the parts needed and provided me with the cost of those parts which I purchased and also spoke to me about financing a new trailer over all those two employees were so professional very helpful in my opinion it's very hard to find employees like those two they need to be recognized for there efforts I was so nervous and appreciative and there reply was this what we do here at Tractor supply thanks again to the both of you for saving the day
Worst experience EVER. Placed an order for 192.002 items purchased not available so they just cancelled without notice. Other item they billed my card and then even though i gave them correct shipping info shipped to the wrong address. If that was not bad enough they only credited back my card the product shipped to wrong address but made me pay the freight. Then i called to get the rest of my credit the 1st time and was on hold for over 1 hour. I decided to call back and got it partially resolved. Now i have to wait for a check in the mail. Want to bet to see if it shows up?
I bought a farm gate yesterday and had to bring it back. I picked out a 10 ft farm gate and went up front and paid for it. The cashier told me to drive around back and get it. When I went back to load it up the gates were locked and there were two rude employees with a rusty scratched up gate hanging hanging on there forklift. I asked them why they brought out the worst gate in the building and they said that the only one. I asked them if they had touch up paint and they said maybe we can order some. I got back to the farm and started hanging up the gate and noticed the tubing was caved in where the bottom hinge clamp goes. Someone already tried to install it and ruined it. I took it back for a refund and they told me to go in the back and pick out the one I wanted. I told they to shove the gate and the whole store. I went this morning to the co-op and got the same gate $40 cheaper. These people are professional thieves.
I wanted to write a review for a Cart that was delivered; however, the review on the TSC website reviews the product HAHA.
The fact that the cart shipped in a box that was SOAKED and the hub, wheel bearings and axle were RUSTED are the problems I have, the product has yet to be tested. Ordered on a Sunday for same day, recieved damaged goods. They JUST picked it up 3 days later with no exchange and now want me to PAY FOR DELIVERY? Are you kidding me?/?

Never order anything from TSC online and Never ever give TSC your debit card or bank account number. I am undergoing a nightmare with no end. Once they have it they will continue to use it. Their online store availability is at a completely disconnect from what stores actually have. If you change your order in any way they will send you double, return it and you will get charged freight and get no refund. Illegitimate Random Charges will appear weeks after. Changing your Debit Card will not help. Customer Service is a scam front all pleas for help need to "go to my supervisor". Run.
Dear Tractor supply i had ordered chicks from you the other day and i will not be doing it from you anymore the boxes you put them in are so small and cramped to where 2 chicks had died and one is dying in my brooder cuz of it please next time when you are gonna ship live animals use bigger boxes i cant keep doing this is the 3rd baby chick that's gonna die on me cuz if you
So I pre-ordered my 10,000 bees and a queen they sent me a queen and five attendance I emeditly called them to ask them were the rest of my bees were they claimed that is what I ordered when I clearly have a receipt that starts what I purchased. The queen and her attendance died because bees need other bees to survive from predators and hive temperature regulation. Anyway they will not oner my purchase never again will I buy anything else from them...
