They have an amazing sales lady there shot out to Tracey She found me great deals and I left happy with what I got. Thank Tracy.
That last several saturdays when i have went in to do my regular shopping on of the girls that works there had her two kids with her at work. They were running around and yelling and climbing on things, or another time she had them in a basket next to the register yelling at them. This does not make for a pleasent shopping experience, not to mention those little guys could get hurt or hurt a customer by knocking something over. Look out i see lawsuit in tractor supply's future if she continues to bring them to work. Willow Springs Missouri
I reached out to corporate looking for toolbox parts. The lady that answered was rude and very unhelpful. She attempted to direct me to another company that I had already contacted (WernerCo) that had told me to contact tractor supply because they did not sell directly to the public. Understandable, many companies are that way. I tried to explain the situation but she didn't care to hear about it.

Three times over a two month period went in for propane and three times denied will never go back there for anything ever again went to leave a rating but the page would not let me submit unless rated so I was forced to give it a star I would have given it 0 the page also asked if there is proof of receipt and obviously there is none
I fell in the store to their dog bathing area being so slick and I didn't notice and it's not like I had a dog that pulls. She is a Great Dane that walks behind you. She helped me up so i had to have a procedure done to my back and thought I only needed it once. They only want to pay $900 for the one procedure but come to find out I need another one to get me back to the way I was. I can't even work right now, $900 doesn't cut it. I am not asking for a lot but at least $3000 for the drive which was an hour, missed work, and to have the procedure done again. The lady that handles the department for them said when I said I would just call my lawyer she said she didn't like how I was talking to her. I have spent $75,000 in 4 years there and I am just wanting enough to have the procedure done again. The management admitted that they should have had the dog washing area closed. I hit my head in 2 places causing knots, bruised and swollen elbow, bruised under my knee and swollen. I will never shop there again. They lost a great customer because they don't want to pay for my procedure that needs to be done again. I have pictures just couldn't take them of my head.

I received a $10 birthday coupon from TSC if I spent $50. So I ordered online a pack of chainsaw chains for 49.95 and a rod for $3 so I could use the coupon, for store pickup. I received notification my order had arrived and I had limited time to get it, so I drove right away to TSC to pick it up. When I got there, there was no chainsaw chains, only the $3 pole. The clerk told me TSC online does this a lot, where they don't have a product and just don't send it, but do not notify the customer. I wasted my time, gas money, my coupon is now expired. I will NEVER order from TSC online ever again, will only purchase in store.

I had to make four phone calls to try and get someone, anyone to resolve my problem. This was regarding an e-gift card that was never received. The level of incompetence is mind boggling and by the way the issue was never resolved. Never again will I deal with this company.

Love the product, but go to the store DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE APP. Ordered dog food home delivery, decided to do PayPal (Pay in Four)... Order processed... HOWEVER, email for order was just as I had ordered... My bank account was for both the 1 in 4 payment and the whole amount payment... TSC TOOK BOTH PAYMENTS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
And don't bother sending them an email. I think they have 1 person responding and they either respond or not and don't bother to answer the phone either... This is not store experience, it's CORPORATE
During this very cold time in January 2023, I called the store to verify availability of an electric heater I found online. The person on the phone told me they had one that was returned for a significant reduction in price. It was returned because the customer said it would not work. He assured me he checked it out & it worked fine. I drove to the store, but I was told by the cashier that there were no returns or exchanges if there was anything wrong with it. I told her I didn't see that as a prudent decision. She told me I needed to speak to the manager. I approach the manager, who was on another phone & had a second phone in his other hand. I Stayed a few pieces back & quietly waited until he looked up after he disconnected his phone. He did not greet me, ask me what I needed, or in anyway make me feel like he wanted to help. He just glared at me. When I explained the situation, he told me, "that's not how it works." I asked him if he could show me that the unit worked so I could be sure it wasn't defective, and he sneered at me as he snapped, "we don't do that, that's not how it works!" I have been a regular customer at the store for years, but after the way Manager Mike just treated me, I won't be back. It was my plan to pick up a few other things, but I bought nothing today.

Let me say no stars. I have been in a all out email tornado over 9 rabbit trays for over 5 weeks. I was charged with no product. There was a sale and I wanted them for the price. The system let me put an order through for 9 trays to be shipped to me at my local store. Weeks went by without an email so I went to call CS and here we are. 3 emails later. Weeks without the trays.Was STILL CHARGED SHIPPING. I am playing mental volleyball with customer service over this.
I have done business for 35 years and I will cut this off the the neck. I work in retail and customer service acts like I'm an idiot and they do not know how to generate a solution. It's simple. I pay, you ship. If you cannot, you can pull from stores to ship to me or for me to pick up at another store. I. Work. In. Retail. I know how this game works.
I was charged and don't have my product. Where I come from that is stealing. So if I go into the store and took what I want without paying, would I be stealing? All I wanted were the trays as they are holding me up from moving. That's okay. I will pay double at your competition gladly! My money spends everywhere. I have been more than patient and understanding. I wish your CEO could see this review and my emails.
Funny to see other people had the same problem in other reviews. What a shame.

I WAS a longtime customer of TSC. I purchased the minimum amt per qtr to qualify as a Preferred Customer, meaning I received a $10 credit for specific items each Qtr, and a Free Trailer Rental that was of no value to me.
It sounded as if I was a valued customer of TSC, until I checked the interest rate I was being charged on my TSC Credit Card. It was over 30%. I couldn't believe it.? How it got to this exorbitant amount I don't know. I've always had perfect credit. Needless to say I've paid off the card and thrown it in the trash. I'll never shop at TSC again and I'll make sure my family & friends know what also may happen to them.
Why can't You pay your bill in the store. When you order online in store why can't they charge your acct at.that point
If I can shop elsewhere, I will! First off, they were not helpful in finding the item I was looking for. They had me running all over the store because they didn't know for sure where it was. Then my items rang up higher than the price marked. Had to argue with the cashier to get the marked price. He accused me of taking a tag from something else, when the tag clearly stated that it was the item in my hand. So beware of them charging you more than what items are marked!

I frequently visit Red Lion TCS, but I went to Rt 30 TSC Thursday afternoon 7/27, and the woman helping with chicks was rude and talked down to me. And when asked for specific chicks, she said, "You'll get the ones I'm able to catch first." I've only ever experienced positive, friendly, extremely helpful encounters at the Red Lion TSC, so I immediately left and won't be back to that specific store again.

I was purchasing ripped bags of dog food what were damaged at the store at a discount price no management is completely stopped my discount are the tractor supplies still give it to me just an hour and a half out of my way extremely unprofessional trust me stay away better off paying a little more for your product
Never order anything from TSC online and Never ever give TSC your debit card or bank account number. I am undergoing a nightmare with no end. Once they have it they will continue to use it. Their online store availability is at a completely disconnect from what stores actually have. If you change your order in any way they will send you double, return it and you will get charged freight and get no refund. Illegitimate Random Charges will appear weeks after. Changing your Debit Card will not help. Customer Service is a scam front all pleas for help need to "go to my supervisor". Run.

Carthage, TX store was told at 4:30 in the afternoon that the "side lot was closed" and they could not sell me 6 cattle panels….as two employees stood at the checkout. After driving nearly 30 minutes this was beyond inconvenient. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing.
Trying to get a mower bought, though i found a good deal. Well they decided to lose my credit card information as i was checking out, even got financing through them. Thanks for nothing. Ill just go somewhere else. Literally completed my order and cancelled it 2 minutes later after i no longer had the window open. Doesn't even save when to tell it to on your account. Guess ill go somewhere else then.

I wanted to get a harness for my dog. I had looked up harnesses on line and the one I wanted was in Stock at my local store for $24.99. Went in to purchase it and got to the checkout and they tried to charge me $46.88 for it. Had to decline the purchase and go home and order it from Amazon.
With 4 people ahead of me and at least 5 behind me Pauline was giving a Spanish person a hard time that he didn't have a barcode for a product outside (after 5-7 minutes she looked it up). Then she takes a long phone call, then an employee with a broken hand shows up and she left the register area to go give him a hug and speak with him, TOTALLY DISREGARDING ALL CUSTOMERS ON LINE. This was 6/21/23 at 12:32 pm.

I would give 0 if possible. Tractor supply has cut employee benefits, 3 months before the end of the benefits year, interrupting fertility and family building efforts for families affected by cancer, injuries, stillborns, etc. They did this with no notice to allow employees to fullfill their medical treatments, and after most paid the high deductibles of the hig deductible plan. Don't support a complany that can't support it's own.

Bought DMR 50 lbs for chicken food for my chicks that I bought at TSC this past spring
The bag of food was taped closed, evidently it was opened somehow, and taped up n put back in the display. These are my babies, I wouldn't use open baby formula, so why is TSC putting/leaving these items out for purchase, better yet at full price.? I really feel chicken food or any other animal food should not b Re taped up n sold.

After winning in line for a long extended period of time to return, something who stole the register was closed. Tractor Supply, Elm Rd., Warren, OH.
I have been waiting for two months for TSC to get a certain item in stock. I've spoken to four employees and received a different story from each one. The biggest surprise was when one told me that they "don't know what they'll be getting in until the truck gets there". What kind of company operates that way? I worked in various retail positions for 20 years and that is not the way to satisfy your customers. I'll adjust my needs, work around TSC'S unprofessionalism, and get what I need elsewhere.
