I left tractor supply about 2 months ago now after being there for 3 years and I can say that I absolutely loved working there when I had the right managers. After amber took over the Batavia store its management went to complete $#*! that's why all the good employees are now gone. She wouldn't allow us to use the bathroom without making nasty remarks about having to watch the register. She wouldn't allow us to have our 10-15min breaks. She would hardly give us a lunch break. If she didn't schedule enough
People during the afternoon we would literally have to skip our 30min but still clock out for it. If she didn't schedule someone to take over the register after ur shifts over she would expect u to stay a hour after ur shift is over to wait for someone if someone comes in at all. And if u didn't stay she would have all the managers up at the service desk talking crap about u. She let her employees sexually harass another employee AND MADE JOKES ABOUT it. Amber would keep us on the register for over 9 hours with sometimes a 30min break. She never appreciated ANYTHING u did for her she only ever looked at the wrongs u did. She would yelled and belittled us in front of customers. Brian ready need to go and fix the store before it's too late. It's looks nice on the outside but on the inside it's falling apart. Do something before ur guys brand new store is already doomed hopefully this reaches the right people and they do something.

Twice now I have ordered things from Tractor supply to be picked up at the store. The day I am to pick them up I get emails saying my orders have been canceled. They take the order, don't tell you they don't have it, then cancel the day of pick up. This prevents you from going elsewhere, or ordering it elsewhere. Horrible policy with a horrible company.
Wanted to buy a pellet stove. Online said it was in store. Drove 30 miles into CDA to find out no stock.
They tried to sell a house brand. Seemed similar until I ask about warrenty. 30 days. No way
What I wanted had 1 year and 5 year.
They still had the sign for what I wanted.
Ask about ordering was told could only do it online and pay extra shipping.

So latter at home I ordered. 10 minutes later get notified it was canceled. No reason given

Ordered a pair of Muck boots the first of November and the order was canceled at the end of the month with no explanation. Reordered the boots and that order was again canceled 12/21 with no reason? Got ahold of customer service and the answer was "Oh, we're out of stock". After two months you think I've could of found out earlier and ordered from another store. Too late now. I am one NOT happy camper!
First time offer was order before 2pm and get it deliver same day and took 4 day that i had to buy another bag to be able to feed my dogs, this time its been 4 days and i order with time due to the last issue and this time my order is still processing! I really like this store if i go inperson but online is one of the worst ive seen.
Well, number one i ordered a specific item. And they did not have it ready for me. Then after taking forever i finally got it loaded. However, i got the product home and i realized they gave me the wrong one because it was missing multiple parts. So then i had to reorder the stupid item and try to package up all the pieces. So because they did not do their job i had to waste my time and my money and gas money to actually get the item. Then i had bought like multiple bags of lime which was supposed to be pelletized however when i got it home it was just a big mess of clumps and all stuck together and it was usless and again a waste of money. This is the second time they have sold me crappy lime and fertilizer! So buyer beware doo not buy this stuff because they are not even smart enough protect this stuff from rain and moisture!
I will never buy this stuff from this company ever again!
12x20 portable shed/garage. DON'T waste your money! I'd give it a lower rating if I could. Wouldn't stay zippered on the ends. Breeze got in kept unzipping both end. After number off times re-zipping it. The breeze finally got in and destroyed the whole thing. After only a months and $700 later, save your money!
With 4 people ahead of me and at least 5 behind me Pauline was giving a Spanish person a hard time that he didn't have a barcode for a product outside (after 5-7 minutes she looked it up). Then she takes a long phone call, then an employee with a broken hand shows up and she left the register area to go give him a hug and speak with him, TOTALLY DISREGARDING ALL CUSTOMERS ON LINE. This was 6/21/23 at 12:32 pm.
Thought I'd try out the subscription for pet food delivery. Big big mistake. Order number one was delivered to the shipping center, and sat there for a week before I called and asked what the problem was. They couldn't find my order. Finally found it, but had to drive an hour and a half to pick it up myself. Came time for second order. Order was placed on June 2nd, here it is June 27th and it stopped isn't here. Tractor supply says they have been assured it will be delivered on June 29th. Cancelled subscription after this nonsense.
So I pre-ordered my 10,000 bees and a queen they sent me a queen and five attendance I emeditly called them to ask them were the rest of my bees were they claimed that is what I ordered when I clearly have a receipt that starts what I purchased. The queen and her attendance died because bees need other bees to survive from predators and hive temperature regulation. Anyway they will not oner my purchase never again will I buy anything else from them...
I called tractor supply in Warrenton va. To see if they had the advertised folding table that they advertised. They said they did, they said they had 5. I drove out there. When I got there they said they had give. They looked all around and could not find one. Wasted a half day. Next day I drove to the Manassas va. Store and they had 2. One was in bad shape. I bought the one that still had a protective wrap on it. Next day I unwrapped it and found it to be badly damaged on one end. I took it back. In two days I drove over 50 miles and wasted at least 5-6 hours of my valuable weekend. It appears the entire chain is poorly managed. I won't go back.

Bought DMR 50 lbs for chicken food for my chicks that I bought at TSC this past spring
The bag of food was taped closed, evidently it was opened somehow, and taped up n put back in the display. These are my babies, I wouldn't use open baby formula, so why is TSC putting/leaving these items out for purchase, better yet at full price.? I really feel chicken food or any other animal food should not b Re taped up n sold.
I called the store in malakoff Texas at 1:00 pm to get information on a roadie order I had accepted the store manager Cassie answered the phone she was very rude and it was unacceptable I then told her l will just cancel the order then I thought about it and was like no l'll just file a complaint so I asked for her name and told her I would file a complaint she responded with I will just have you blocked from this store so I drive from Frankston Tx to malakoff Tx because I accepted the order I get to the store my order was canceled so l go into the store and ask about my roadie order she said I'm not going to allow you to take the order so you CAN LEAVE MY STORE if this is how tractor supply allows the managers to treat their customers this is very unacceptable and she didn't care because it's HER STORE. Once I recorded her she became very professional 😂 what a joke!
I would give 0 if possible. Tractor supply has cut employee benefits, 3 months before the end of the benefits year, interrupting fertility and family building efforts for families affected by cancer, injuries, stillborns, etc. They did this with no notice to allow employees to fullfill their medical treatments, and after most paid the high deductibles of the hig deductible plan. Don't support a complany that can't support it's own.
First and foremost, I am not condemning the local store; the staff was fine. Nonetheless, it is puzzling when only good evaluations seem to be permitted, yet your honest opinion is rejected. Therefore, my poor rating applies to the supplier and the item itself rather than the retail outlet itself.
Regardless, I paid almost $200.00, for two (50) pounds of weeds that should have been grass seeds from a DLF 50 lb. Kentucky-31 Tall Fescue Grass Seed.

Update: I contacted the company, who indicated that they stand by their products and will work with me to resolve the issue.
I'm glad they're working on resolving the problem, but the cost of preparing the soil and sowing the seeds took three days.
Once it has been resolved, I will provide an update.

After you accepted my order and took my money and did not even look into my order when I called Customer Service after 6 days; I went ahead and ordered about $300 worth of upgraded products for this stove (England's Survivor Black Bear Outdoor Stove). Now because of your crap policy not to notify if/when a product is no longer available; I am out the cost of the Stove (Hopefully - someday - you will return my purchase price)? And I am out ~ $300 for everything else I purchased for your "non-existent" product.
Follow-up: I purchased accessories from other stores and now have everything but the stove (and no refund yet)!
And YES, I honestly believe you would never have done anything about my order if I had not called in for a second inquiry!
This is a store that is not Customer friendly. Once you get behind the smiling faces when you are in the store, it's basically a shell company. I read many reviews after this mess started and it seems the majority are negative. Personally, I will never shop here again, even if I have to pay more somewhere else.

I bought a mini bike here for 800 dollars at the Oregon Ohio location. A week after bringing it home,I found out the motor was tied up. When I told the manager about it he basically tryied to blame me and would not let me return it.His name was Jeremy. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY AGAIN.
What started as a botched, unresolved online order (yet again) evolved into a surprise when TCS invited a review—which was solely a factual statement of the events—then decided it "didn't meet their criteria" and refused to publish it! Apparently TCS does not want the facts of inadequacies revealed in public. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
First the local store manager didn't have time to talk to me about losing my farm tax exempt information, so I took it to corporate and guess what? They didn't give a crap either.
