Savings promotions and discount codes were better for the customer before the game changed to the current rewards program. Now I cross shop other vendors many times have better pricing.

I had my first purchase where the tube was not perfect. The company shipped another one immediately and the replacement tube was in great condition the second time around.

I contacted the company via online chat. I had fantastic service. I could tell right away that I was actually chatting with a knowledgeable person located in the United States. I got a quote that was delivered to both my email as well as an account I created on the site. I started to initiate the purchase when at the last minute, I realized that I had given the wrong dimensions. I called the company and asked for the person with whom I was chatting. Guess what? That person, I think her name is Sharrell, spoke with me, made the adjustments and resent the quote. The product arrived within days. It arrived packaged perfectly. And speaking of perfect, it was. In fact the ent.ire experience was perfect (with the exception of my measuring skills). This is my third order from Online Metals over a several year time-frame. Each experience was fantastic

I needed a boom for a small sailboat. The $75 price quoted by Online Metals for a custom cut pice made it a trivial piece of business for them, but they made it right up their alley and happily filled my order. And their price is half of what I could find anywhere else. For me, it was a great deal. Now I'm ready to go sailing again.

Received a. 100" piece of 24" x 36" sheetmetal in a timely manner. It was well packaged, but one corner was still somehow slightly damaged. Also, the cut was not very square. It was off probably 3/16" over 24".

UPS shipping kept changing delivery times, took a week to get here in Merced Calif, I normally receive your orders in two days
