This company is a complete scam, Internet search engines have been made aware. They take your money and font send you any goods. Total scam, u should see the emails I received when seeking a refund!

I ordered 2 football kits for my grandson's birthday last month and it's been over a month now and still nothing has arrived - despite being assured of a 5 day delivery time. Very little information given in the way of explanation.
If I could give minus star ratings I would!
Where is the option to rate this company with zero stars. I will be reporting the company to Action Fraud because they are essentially defrauding people. In my case, I found this site after the suspicious order confirmation e-mail I received and requested a refund. I cancelled my order and was told I would get a refund, but nothing. If you are "lucky" enough to receive an e-mail from them, don't expect it to be either helpful, polite, or resemble any type of customer service.
If you are reading a review on this site and it has more than one star, you can guarantee it's been written by the company themselves.
Not only does it take weeks and weeks to get your kit, the quality is extremely poor. If you contact customer services they are unbelievably rude to you. So all in all poor customer service, lousy delivery times and rubbish quality. Don't buy from this supplier. Any review leaving this supplier more than 1 star must be a fix, it's probably the rude man from customer services trying to make himself feel better by leaving himself positive feedback! Let's face it no one else would! Save your money and go somewhere reputable.
Ordered three football kits in time for Christmas. They still haven't been shipped so I have emailed Total Sports to cancel my order. Now they will charge me £ 15 to cancel even though they haven't done anything yet. I checked the reviews on their website and they were all good - they are obviously not genuine reviews. Just hope I get a refund for the goods.
I wish I had read these reviews first before I ordered a Liverpool kit for my 7 year. 4 weeks since we ordered it and still no sign. Various emails as there is no phone number, without any sign of my order. I have tried to cancel but have been told that my order is on its way so it can't be refunded. Absolute disgrace! Waste of £50
Ordered a kit end of march and now almost June and it hasn't arrived! I had been chasing it for weeks before giving up and demanding a refund. They replied promptly to say a refund will be issued but have now ignored 5 further emails where I've asked when I will get my money! Am reporting to trading standards and action fraud!
I ordered a Barcelona kit for my son, took ages to arrive and when it did they had sent out a shirt and shorts that, although said age 7-8 inside, were more like age 15-16. I have emailed the company numerous times between October and now including sending photos of the purchased kit next to another 7-8 Barcelona kit to show the size difference however have had my emails ignored. The lack of communication or willingness to resolve this issue which is their mistake is appalling and I have reported this company to trading standards.

I placed order in November, Christmas present for my son now is middle of January and I still didn't get parcel or refund. Just shame there is not option for -10 stars because they would definitely get it for the service what they providing!
This kit finally arrived 10 weeks after order. By this time I'd now bought the lad an official kit from Nike and I'm glad I did.The Kit from total sports is absolute rubbish.It's all out of shape, the colours are completely wrong(FC Barcelona) and the name and number on the back are at the bottom of the shirt not the top!
I'm not going to bother sending it back for a refund as I doubt i'd get one anyway!
Shocking company to deal with ordered a real Madrid strip on 12 January for my sons birthday. They told me that the processing time is 7 - 10 days which gave me plenty of time. I'm still waiting and have had to buy a replacement as his birthday is today. When I asked for a refund they said that their delivery time is 30 days (I have the e mail they sent telling me 7 -10 days) They have also threatened to charge all costs of a dispute with my credit card to me if I open one.
Like other reviews I ordered a Christmas present from this company and as of today still not received my goods. Got a reply to one email saying to expect goods in 3-7 working days, 10 working days later and no goods or response to emails. I have been charged for the goods already. Shambolic service and would enjoy escalating the matter further.
THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER, THEY USE GMAIL, THEY ARE BASED IN AFRICA.
Ordered something, delivery took a month. One item missing. Contacted them, they said out of stock. Very reluctant to make a partial refund. Months of chasing, still no refund. Reviewed on Trustpilot, they lied in their reply and said a refund had been made.

This company is very unprofessional. I have complained to them in September regarding my son's Real Madrid kit that needs to be replaced due to the spelling mistake at the back of the t-shirt. I was promised that a replacement kit will be sent ASAP. I have sent several emails to ask the progress but they have not responded even once. There is no number to contact on their website. I am very annoyed with their service!
Whatever you do DO NOT BUY anything from this website it's a con, a scan, a rip off. They don't send the goods and there is no way of contacting them. Site looks professional but that's part of the scan.

Spurs youth kit ordered and paid for some 35 weeks ago still not arrived despite being told for last 8 weeks that the order was dispatched.
Been told that T& C's state 40 weeks before refund can be made
Total sports shop are fraudulent yank scum.
Do NOT use them at any time, they are small time nobodies, stick to people who know how to behave and treat customers properly.

I ordered a Barcelona kit for my son's birthday and nearly 3 weeks later there is still no sign of it. Sent a couple of emails and was told it can take up to 6 weeks and I should have read the delivery policy before ordering. Asked about their refund policy and was completely ignored.
Still waiting on an item that I ordered 7 weeks ago.
Customer service is via email only and even then they do not have the decency to always reply to your queries.
They said this item has been dispatched 2 weeks ago yet I have still not received- can not trust anything they say.
Never known a service like this! Avoid if you do not want to be disappointed!

I would like to comment on the quality of the goods but they have failed to arrive.
There customer service is less than helpful and I dont hold up much hope of receiving a refund.
Like the saying goes if something looks too good to be true it probably is.
