Dear Sir/Madam
Order number: *******
I wish to complain about total sports over charging and providing false information. On my account information it states that the product was shipped on 8th February 2016. As this was a birthday present for the 10th February I was hopeful that the £4.50 delivery charge would ensure that item was delivered the following day. However, the item was not delivered and only arrived today on the 11th February. I was further outraged when I saw that the item was only posted on the 10th February despite your website claiming otherwise and even worse the postage only cost £1.26 despite you charging £4.50.
This is clearly an obvious sign of you deceiving and over charging your customers. I have taken pictures of the stamp and the web page should you wish me to send them to you.
Please respond to my concerns at the earliest convenience
Yours faithfully
Nia T

Hi Nina
Thanks for your email.
Firstly let me point out that we are not a UK business and therefore orders are shipped to the UK in bulk to our agent when they are then separated and forwarded the final destination. This is why there is a different postage date on your package and why we state on the website that delivery is 3-7 working days once shipped.
You state we have overcharged you. This is incorrect. Overcharging would be if we told you 1 price and then charged you something different. Our shipping cost of £4.50 is stated on the website and during checkout and this is what you paid. We would also point out that the shipping charge does not just cover our postage costs. There is labour and materials to take into account. Customers are advised of the shipping charge during the checkout process and if they believe it to be excessive they can purchase elsewhere. In fact, if we wished to charge £100 shipping we could as it is our prerogative (although no one would order).
I trust we have clarified your concerns?
Thanks

Hi
Firstly my name is Nia! Not great customer service when you can't even get a name right!
Over charging means charging £4.50 but actually only costing £1.26. The cost of packaging could not have been more than 20 pence as it was in a plain bag with a home made printed label. There was not even a receipt with the product, maybe you charge extra for that too!
Please be assured I will be purchasing ELSEWHERE in the future and quite frankly if that is your attitude to customers with genuine concerns I shall be thoroughly recommending other people purchase ELSEWHERE in the future too.
I trust I too have CLARIFIED my concerns.

Hi Nia
The point being it does not just cost £1.26, as we have explained. Perhaps we should just charge people what we buy the football kits for otherwise you will accuse us of overcharging for them as well?
Please point out an online business thats shipping charge purely covers the actual postage? Kitbag is £4.95, UKsoccershop is £5.25, Arsenal Shop is £4.95 (all sent Royal Mail)!
I am glad to hear you would not be purchasing again. Quite frankly, after your ridiculous complaint regarding postage charges (clearly you do not run your own business) any order you did place would be cancelled!
Unbelievable, unprofessional and disgusting! All sum up the company!
I suppose the other 59 people that have quoted you 1 star DO NOT USE! On a public review site are also incorrect too!
I shall be publicly posting your replies to show the public what a truly unscrupulous company you are!

Lets put that into context. 59 1 star reviews (you fail to mention the positives) after trading for over 10 years and *******'s of satisfied customers! You will also note that not 1 person complained about the shipping cost!
Very unscrupulous! We tell customers the exact shipping cost we charge and they can decide whether to place an order! We are also cheaper than most online retailers selling the same sort of goods.
We would love you to post our comments explaining shipping costs. Please do make sure you include your ridiculous intital complaint and subsequent laughable comments!
YOU ARE A JOKE! Nia T
And that would make you... incredibly thick? TotalSports
Really professional!
Comparing yourself to the likes of Arsenal.com, UKsoccershop and Kitbag!
Reality check you're a FRAUD!
How dare we charge £4.50 shipping (less than Arsenal.com, Uksoccershop and kitbag) and tell you before hand and during checkout!
How dare we cover our costs on materials, labour etc by charging more than a postage stamp!
Love the review by the way, although it was'nt really a query was it? It was more a complaint/rant accusing us of overcharging you and lying. Funny how you tone down what you actually wrote to us when writing your review?
TotalSports
I reiterate YOU ARE A JOKE!
And don't worry I'll be adding ALL of my emails for the public to make up their own mind on you! No toning down necessary!
You can carry on emailing me all night if you want to - you clearly have nothing better to. I will however no longer be responding as I do have a life!
Over and out you fraudulent, disgusting, unscrupulous waster! Nia T
We have to go spend our £3.24 ill gotten gains!
FINALLY - they admit it!
