My husband bought me a pair of sandals for our third year anniversary (leather anniversary year). When I put them on, they felt a little small, as I have never owned a pair, and he nor I didn't know how they fit. I simply called to exchange sizes, and because he bought them during a sale, they said they couldn't do anything. I work retail for men's wearhouse, so I know about customer service. The fact that they wouldn't let me exchange them for a different size is absolute ridiculous. I don't want to return them, I just wanted to be able to wear them. Never ever buying any of their items again. EVER!

Bought a pair of shoes at the Palazzo store for the wife as a surprise. When I checked out they asked for her account info, and I was hesitant b/c it was a surprise and didnt want her to get an e-mail or anything. I was assured this is just to add to her account and nothing will be e-mailed. Next day, an e-mail was sent. I called the manager and she said it was a corporate generated e-mail and b/c her employee didnt send it there is nothing she can do. Not really happy. Wife loved the shoes though!

I will never order anything from toryburch.com again. I order sandal from toryburch.com I received the wrong shoes so I called customer service was told to order the correct sandal again and to return the ones that Tory shipped wrong. So got the wrong color this time so I return them too, After 8 phone call about orders that was return to Tory Burch with tracking # saying that the order was received by dock member still NO refund NO shoes and NO help

I did get a Tory Burch jelly sandals from my daughter for my Birthday a year ago, since I still had my old ones in very good condition I didn't wear the sandals until this summer and guess what? The first time I worn the sandals one of the straps came off. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the product and the Tory Burch bag in which I received the gift to show them that the sandals have not been worn at all and they replied to me that there is nothing they can do since I wasn't able to provide a proof of purchase due to my daughter paid in cash and didn't keep the receipt! This is unbelievable, me and my daughters have been a very loyal Tory Burch customers; however, after this experience we will never buy any Tory Burch products again. I feel like we were robbed!

Misleading prices
February 2, 2020

The button -fly denim pants size 32 was on sale for $99 all week week ending January 31st 2020. I called on January 31st to find when is their next 30% or 40% off of sale items I told the customer service representative that I wanted to buy next day they were at regular price $198 I called to see if I can still buy them at $99 since it wasn't 24 hr the supervisor Grace said that they were not on sale for $99 trying to play me like I was crazy I know what I say told me I had to buy at regular price. Them jeans been on site since August 2019 so it made sense that their were $99. Saying it was a Glitch that's a straight up lie. I'm done! Please do better before you run your customers to Alice and Olivia their clothes are way better looking and they don't lie and mislead their customers.

First and last time shopping at Tory Burch this week. I ordered black pants with a white drawstring - 2x of these — i was send black pants with a black drawstring. And no, it wasn't a color mixup, they literally changed details of the product using the same style number and sent me a totally different looking product without my permission. Tory Burch sucks.

Worst customer service
November 1, 2017

I bought a pair of shoes and tried them on for the first time at work and they hurt my feet so bad that i have blisters on the back of my feet. I went to return them and they refused to do return due to the shoes have been used! They told me to go home and put on a pair of thick socks to stretch the shoes out! They would not let me exchage either. This is the 1st time I purchased Tory Burchs product and Im so disappointed at Tory Burchs customers service.

I bought a pair of Tory Burch Cecile Embellished Flat Espadrille yesterday at N. Park.
I was disappointed that my shoes were not wrap nicely in paper and I did not get a shoe bag, it's like they were just taken off the shelf and thrown in the box. This has never happen before so I was surprised when I got home to open my box of shoes that I just purchase on sale for $100.

Quality is GONE!

I have purchased many bags and clothing from Tory Burch, throughout the years.
Her quality is definitely declining!
Purchased the monogram bag($368) at a Tory Burch Boutique and the wine color leather bled on the exterior, Costumer service was horrible, even with a receipt of purchase they did nothing!
NEVER again will I purchase from Tory Burch

Placed a order for a Tory Burch ring right before Black Friday. IT was on website, took my money sent me a email saying being processed, and now here I am a few days to Christmas with no ring. Called customer service to summarize their call: Sorry can't help you, we have no information on the ring or when it will ship, and no we cant help you. Really? 5 weeks and nothing? Tory Burch, get your act together! Hire someone who can runt a properr inventory system and fire your IT as they clealrly are incapable! Which is a reflection on YOU and YOUR Brand for hiring incompetent employees! There is no excuse for for allowing more items to be sold thatn you have. Presentless in MN!

We purchased shoes QR620. Felt it tight so went to exchange. The one which we liked during exchange was QR590. As per the rubbish exhance policy of Tory Burch you cannot purchase lower value. Has to be same or higher. Diff of price was QR30. We advised it's fine you can keep the balance amount and do not want it but still we were forced to buy additional stuff (which is no lower than QR600 in thier showroom) just to exceed the value amount.
One of the worst policies have ever heard about.
Such a Posh brand with such cheap policies.

I bought an earrings fro Torry burch. After 6 months it already started to lose its colour and quality is very low. When i contacted the customer service department, they were not helpful at all. They said because the item was not purchased recently they cannot help. The idea of having a jewelery from a high and brand is to be able to keep them for longer terms, even zara jewelery lasts better and their customer service always attentive and helpful no matter when you purchased the item. I purchased jewelers from multiple different brands competitive of Tory burch they lasted for years! Worst thing is that they didnt even want to bother to take the product for a research, they just make a judgement based on the purhase date! Shame on tory burch, never again!

I purchased a wallet via their online store and finally called after 2 weeks of no delivery. They had no record of my purchase or payment, yet the funds were sent to them clear as day on my American Express bill. So no I have no product and the CSRs are totally useless in helping me. They basically stole $100 from me. I am now going through American Express to dispute the charge. Ugh - what a waste of my time. I will NEVER support this company and make it a mission to spread the word about their HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I ordered a very expensive coat the day they had their markdowns there were 4 left in my size. They charged my credit card and told me it will be delivered in two days. 11 days later the coat hasn't arrived. I called them and asked why and they told me that it was canceled. I never cancelled it. They don't have another coat to give me now. I lost their trust and and I will never buy anything in that store again. No other store did that to me before and I order clothing in many stores in line all the time. The order was done in the store by the manager of that store.

B-Day gift from Tory Burch

Hi! Want to start by saying I love Tory Burch brand, always did…however their business model had changed, including online sales and the outlets… so I received $50 off coupon for my B-Day and was excited about it, although it only applies to purchases over $100 - no problem… whatever single item I choose that is over $100 it says that B-Day promo is not available…when I chose multiple items, the current VIP promo produces higher discount and even if I have over $700 worth of items in my bag, the saving from ppB Day promo translates into about $10-$15… just feels like the B Day promo is a huge joke - although I really liked the items I picked I removed them from my bag as I hate the feeling of being cheated by one of my favorite designers…

Hi I was recently in the garden state plaza location and what I experienced was the worst customer service ever. I feel like none of the employees take their job seriously. Most of them were either sitting down on the display table or leaning over the glass. I saw one employee taking selfies of herself on their iPad, isn't that iPad for searching customers needs? A bunch low class people working at a high end store. This location needs to revamp their staff asap. Anyway, I guess due to what I was wearing and my race. No one helped me right away. The woman who came in after me (wearing a Louis bag) was approached before I was, I was very interested in buying my mother a pair of flats, hand bag and a wallet to match for her birthday. Instead of a welcoming greeting. I received a more unpleasant vibe from one of the employees. They made me feel very uncomfortable whereas they offered the other lady a bottle of water and spoke to her kindly with compliments. I proceeded to look and I had a question about the York bags and the same employee seem uninterested and was in a rush to answer my question. I decided to take my business to riverside mall instead. The customer service here was an overall uncomfortable and unpleasant one. The managment at tory burch in garden state plaza needs to dina complete 360 with their staff.

I recently 'attempted' to make a purchase directly through Tory Burch, as I have previously. There was an issue with the card I had on file, in that I needed to update my expiration date. I went through this process and attempted the purchase. However it would not go through. After speaking to two customer service reps they told me the issue was with my card provider and to contact my company. For kicks, I asked them to try a second card because I wanted the item, and knew I would f/u w/ my credit card company. The same message was received. When I reached out to both carriers they explained attempts had gone through on their side and authorizations were pending, ( no issue on their side). The issue was w/ the Tory Burch site. I phoned back and spoke to a third rep who seemed completely disinterested in the sale and customer and said there was nothing she could do for me. That again the issue was with my bank and the authorizations were automatic.

I personally have had good luck w/ the products. It is a shame they will lose a customer because of front line staff's actions. After me making three attempts to resolve the issue, and no assistance In getting me to anyone of higher authority
I went on to purchase two pairs of shoes w/ another store yesterday evening, from another brand. Due to their staff they lost a sale, but more importantly a long term customer.

I have made an order from HK but regrettably to find the size is not fitted. From website it mentions clearly - free return & we can ask assitance from Tory Burch shops in buyers' cities.
I asked for help from website on exchanging size of item or make a retrun, however be informed the unreasonable delivery cost would be charged at almost USD70 nearly half price of pants (when shipping cost was only USD18 in buying process), also no exchange arrangements for countries out of US. Then I sought for assistance from HK Tory Shops but staff advised it was an out season item thus no help can be offered! I am so furious on the replies! Should I make a research on items selling online if it is on season or not?!
It's totally a frustrated and depressed experience for my 1st shopping with Tory Burch online store and totally ruin my impression with the brand!
