I was captivated by the elegant and sophisticated collection of clothing that perfectly balances modern style with timeless elegance. The customer service team went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect pieces, providing detailed information on sizing and fit that ensured my purchases were exactly what I was looking for.
Disgusting experience at Anne Fontaine Store. No one wanted to help you and when they did, they were not helpful at all. The woman who served me had her EarPods in acting like she didn't want to be there and was also shaking her head at customers and being very rude! The quality of products has gone down and prices doubled. Will not shop there anymore.

The CEO and staff of the company displayed a clear lack of professional conduct and etiquette, consistently exhibiting rude and impatient behavior toward both customers and colleagues. Not only were they unhelpful in their interactions, but they also seemed to lack the basic customer service skills that are essential for any successful business.
The staff at Anne Fontaine seem to understand my style preferences perfectly, making each visit a great experience. The brand offers exceptional value, with each piece feeling like a unique work of art. Wearing Anne Fontaine gives me confidence, knowing that my outfit will stand out and not be just another common choice.
The good people here work as employees, while the worst people in the company are in the leadership. The managers here are some of the most inconsiderate and apathetic people I've worked for. They just throw a lot of tasks at the employees without any consideration of our current workloads. Employees don't have room to breathe because the management doesn't give us any.
The sales associates were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect dress for my special occasion. The store boasts an impressive selection of women's clothing, all of which are of outstanding quality. My discovery of Anne Fontaine has been a delight, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of quality women's apparel.
These people have the worst customer service team that will fake smiles and attend to you easily if you are buying something. When it comes to returns, the same people have an awful attitude. They would do everything they could to avoid a return. They would also be rude and disrespectful for no reason. It was ridiculous!
The craftsmanship of the designs surprised me during my recent visit to one of their establishments. It was amazing how well the store employees served customers. They helped me choose the perfect clothing for an impending event and did so with great knowledge and courtesy. They come highly recommended.
I recently purchased the Lara White Shirt from Anne Fontaine, and it has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. The craftsmanship is impeccable, with attention to detail that sets it apart from other brands. The shirt's unique design and comfortable fit have garnered compliments every time I wear it, making it a fantastic investment for both professional and casual settings.
Shopping at Anne Fontaine was a delightful experience; the selection of elegant and timeless pieces truly stands out. The customer service was exceptional, providing personalized attention that made finding the perfect outfit effortless and enjoyable.
Discovered this designer a year ago and have shopped at their Greenwich store when in the US. Between my husband and I, we have bought thousands of $$ from them and had formed a relationship with the shop manager who is now gone, via phone and email. Since I'm in Canada, she would send me pieces and I would return for refund or exchange what did not fit. She gave great customer service. The problem starts when I returned 2 pieces to the store for a refund. She was there long enough to send the 2 pieces to their warehouse (I have an email confirmation from the manager), and shortly after she left the store. That was in June 2019. I still don't have a refund though I have been following up regularly and now I'm being told by the new store manager that the warehouse has not received the pieces and the former manager was not following procedures. It seems that I won't get my refund until the warehouse finds the 2 pieces their former store manager sent them. Looks like I am being held responsible for the loss of the package sent from their shop to their warehouse. But yet, I purchased those items from their Greenwich store via their store manager, and not via their web service. It only makes sense that the store would issue me a refund once they got the return (like every other store we deal with). At the very least a credit note?
I am thoroughly impressed by the intricate detail and craftsmanship in their designs. They were not only knowledgeable and friendly but also went the extra mile to assist me in selecting the ideal outfit for an upcoming event. I highly recommend it.
I found the staff to be both welcoming and supportive during my visit. They assisted me without making me feel any pressure to make a purchase. The manager on duty was particularly fantastic, offering courteous and excellent help in choosing my clothes.
Visiting the store turned out to be a delightful experience for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The staff was incredibly welcoming and assisted me with all my needs. Their patience was particularly noteworthy, especially when it came to helping me find the right sizes and more.
The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, making it easy to find a perfect outfit that felt tailor-made for me, elevating my wardrobe with their timeless pieces.
Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a proficient and amicable team who displayed remarkable customer service. They assisted me in locating the ideal attire for a forthcoming occasion, extending valuable recommendations and insights to ensure I made the most suitable selections.
I suppose I should have looked on yelp first. Let me start at the beginning. I had never set foot into an Anne Fontaine Boutique prior to this experience.
I had been invited to a Galentine's event in the store, that transpired on Feb. 9th...the event itself by the PR company they hired, was adorable... I wanted so badly to love this shop, but it's no surprise that they needed help getting people to come in and shop, as their customer service is lacking so terribly. I was hesitant to shop as I had promised my boyfriend I would pause on shopping and make better investment choices this year, but there was an absolutely beautiful outfit that I just loved. Before I made the purchase, my boyfriend rushed me out of there so I could keep my promise... So quickly that I accidentally left my coat behind. So after we had dinner, I ran back in to get my coat and was coaxed into purchasing the outfit I had tried on (honestly it didn't take too much coaxing, as I really did LOVE the outfit) since I had left my purse in the car, I told the sales associate to secretly text me so I could purchase the outfit on the sly, and rushed back out. Moment of weakness on my part and I definitely shouldn't have broken my promise. But via text, I made the purchase that evening. Alan was so helpful, and such a sweetheart, it made the transaction so smooth! I was told I could swing by to pick up my purchase any time. Well come Valentine's Day, I still had not picked up my purchase and the guilt was settling in... I fessed up to my boyfriend and it didn't go to well... I knew I messed up and needed to make it right by canceling the transaction, so on the 22nd I texted Alan and explained what had happened (remember, he knew I was being sneaky when I made the purchase) and he asked if he could call me, when we spoke he informed me that they do not accept returns and only do store credit. I was horrified. I begged, I never even picked up the items, the website says the return window is 14 days and the cold response I received could've given me frost bite. Where was the kindness from before? I asked if I could speak with the manager, he said she would just tell me the same thing, but I asked if she could call me anyways. I waited, but received no call. So I then call corporate, the associate on the phone was so lovely and kept apologizing, she said she would get this taken care of immediately and they can absolutely refund me, she submitted a form to request the refund and a call from the manager. Soon after, the manager, Daisy, calls me and says that she cannot do a refund, in fact, I should've seen the sign at the register that claims there are no refunds... I remind her that my transaction took place over the phone... to which she responds saying that the store doesn't even have the capability of doing a refund. I ask who I can speak with to get a refund and she says the concierge I spoke with previously would be the ones who could do it. Sending me in circles. Soon after, Alan sends me a text, and things just get worse. He starts off stating that "per my request" they were giving me store credit. No. No I definitely did not request store credit. Then he pretends as if he made me aware of the policy stating there are no returns, claiming he tells EVERY new customer and that he has witnesses. I tell him, I'm not upset with him, I explain it's ok, we are all human, but he did not tell me this, I'm sure at the register he does remember to say this, even if just out of habit, but not once in any of this did he tell me there are no refunds. I remind him that The items never left the store. This has been an awful experience and I plead that he not make this worse, I mean, come on... you have witnesses? How hostile and guilty do you really feel where you have to attack the customer?! Truly, I can say, I have never experienced such immature, egotistical behavior at ANY supposed luxury brand boutique in my life. The purchase was not made in store, it was all made via text.customer service is the foundation of a successful business and I know when I walk into Chanel, Hermes, Saks, Neimans and Nordstroms that they go above and beyond to ensure I come back to shop again. Unfortunately, I do not feel that way about Anne Fontaine, in fact I've been made to feel that in the event that any future purchase would be a terrible mistake as if I have any problems, I'll be met with a lack of genuine compassion or care. I can see why Anne Fontaines boutique needed help getting people to come in and shop if this is how customers are treated, it's so unfortunate and unnecessary, and it would not surprise me if this location shuts down with how it's being ran. Overall, definitely not worth the prices, the clothing may be beautiful, but how customers are treated reveals everything

Exceptional pieces. And their attentive staff made it a pleasant shopping experience for me. Satisfied customer here.
The manager was pleasant and the staff was fantastic. The collections were wonderful and offered a lot of fashion options.
You can tell their pieces were copies from other brands and I couldn't believe how they're able to operate like that! There's no integrity in their designs, they're fake and very unethical. I'd feel awful buying their products.
The staff members truly elevate the shopping experience. They are professional, attentive, and possess an impressive understanding of fashion and personal styling. I was pleasantly surprised by how they took the time to understand my taste and offered suggestions that were spot-on and personalized to my style. They were never pushy, but rather patient and considerate, ensuring a relaxed shopping experience.
The combination of mediocre pay and awful management is a terrible one. The leadership is poor, so the employees have to work in a stressful and inefficient work environment. The mediocre pay is also made horrible because the environment isn't good. I honestly don't see anything desirable in this company. I would recommend you avoid it and work somewhere else.
Anne Fontaine is a favorite of mine, and every visit to their store is always a delightful experience. Their clothing collection consistently impresses me. When I'm on the lookout for top-notch fashion deals, they're my first stop.
They're always my number one choice! They have beautiful and stylish clothes that are very high quality. I love how unique their pieces are.
I read scores of online reviews before visiting them, only to realize it was all fake. These people are the worst. The staff has an arrogant attitude and won't help you as they are too focused on gossip. It made me feel ridiculous and terrible. I was a fool to trust them. Please avoid making the same mistake.
