Getting a refund was such a hassle! Even with the receipts and tags they're looking for reasons to avoid returning the item and give my money back! This lack of user-friendly design greatly hindered my ability to explore and make informed purchasing decisions. The lack of prompt and efficient communication demonstrated a claer disreagrd for customer satisfaction. I would caution potential customers to carefully consider these drawbacks!

Be prepared for a very deceptive and unethical shopping experience if you make the unfortunate decision to shop here. I purchased a dress here for my mom, the next day we decided to return the dress (still the the stores packaging and unworn). This is a normal thing that occurs on occasion during the shopping experience as everyone that shops knows. At this store, however, returning items is not comprehensible to them! No items can be returned for a refund, only for store credit! (not even a gift card) When I expressed to the manager the absurdity of this policy she became very rude and tried to pretend that none of the stores on "the avenue" accept returns (obviously nonsense) and that there is a sign in the store which states this (a small post it sized sign that was concealed by clothes during my visit). If a company has a non-standard return policy, or an item is final sale, they have an obligation to share this information at the point of sale, not to entrap customers and refuse to refund the item. When I expressed this to the manager she stated that I seemed sure about the purchase so she didn't think she had to tell me - it is incredibly unethical to have a policy like this and also to not even share the policy with customers during the sale due to your personal assessment of how confident they are in the purchase. Clearly the brand does not have confidence in their products and their ability to retain sales or care to ensure their managers behave in an ethical manner and fully inform customers. We will not be returning and will be sure to inform our friends in the area of our experience.
The combination of mediocre pay and awful management is a terrible one. The leadership is poor, so the employees have to work in a stressful and inefficient work environment. The mediocre pay is also made horrible because the environment isn't good. I honestly don't see anything desirable in this company. I would recommend you avoid it and work somewhere else.
