I ordered a Tory Burch McGraw tote which I loved. Less than a year later, they handles are falling apart and the stitching is coming undone. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I responded that my non-designer, cheaper handbags were better quality than this bag and how disappointed I was. Then they offered me a $50 credit if I send my bag back to them. Really?! I think I'll keep my bag for that. After I responded back that I would keep my bag for the measly $50, they said they would send me a credit and I could keep the bag. Never will buy Tory Burch bag again. My Coach bags held up much better.
Attempted to buy a McGraw Top-Zip Cross-Body bag for my wife as a mother's day gift and instead ended up with nothing to give her as they went ahead and placed a hold on my bank account for the 263 but purchase actually did not go through. Went ahead and placed a call to customer service and was told that funds will refund in 3 banking days.
Oh Tory Burch you just made Mother's day a big let-down and disappointment for my family. Thank you and may you have the same.
Received a Tory Burch bag for my Birthday 12/2020- have used this bag for maybe 4-5 months tops. I loved this bag, today the stitching came undone and the strap came off. I contacted customer service and they advised me that this is normal wear and tear and nothing they can do. The bag was $300- how is that normal wear and tear? I never have any issues with any Coach or MK bags, so they will receive my money from now on.
Purchase 2 pair of shoes on line. They shipped the wrong size and claimed they cant be returned or exchanged because it was a final sale. After 3 phone calls and 15 minutes waiting on the phone I was offered to purchase the items again and they will grant the sale price... are you kidding me? Never again will I purchase any items from Tory Burch. Worst customer services ever.
I've been buying at Tory Burch online for years, I love the dresses in particular.
But the customer service is *dreadful*. I've had orders cancelled without notice or consent, exchanges not acknowledged, emails about orders are almost never responded to. Almost every order something basic goes wrong. You get better service spending 50 bucks at ASOS. I put in an online order recently which was cancelled without notice, and I've sent 3 emails without a response. It's dreadful for a supposed designer brand.
The "brand" is supposed to embody travel, but they treat international customers the worst, and prices vary significantly across global boutiques (don't shop there in Singapore unless you like overpaying). If you are outside the US you might as well be in Antarctica.
It's a shame because the clothes are good quality. But I've had enough, I'm taking my money elsewhere, suggest you do too.
I did not catch this wasn't a true Tory Burch outlet. Yes I know I'm stupid. But I've repeatedly requested return instructions where I'll pay for the return shipping for all items still in the original packaging and all I receive are cryptic messages stating they'll provide a partial refund. I don't want a partial refund. I want to return these goods of horrible quality and get my money back. Even following their exact request for an email…nothing! Beware!
I signed up for their emails to receive a measly 10% off my purchase. I wanted to order a tote bag and match sandals online but kept getting a message saying the rewards code could not be applied. I called customer service and the customer service rep directed me over the phone to scroll way down to the bottom of the email with the awards code and click on a exclusion link and said "do you see where it says the miller sandals and Ella totes are excluded from the 10% discount?" She had such a condescending tone I could have strangled her. So they lost a $425 sale because of they exclude items from their stupid 10% email sign-up program AND to top it off don't have the professionalism to explain the exclusion policy without talking to you as if you're a child. And the kicker is I probably would have made the purchase without the 10% until my interaction with the customer service rep. But I am moving on... adios Tory... I will spend my money elsewhere.
When I went in store to exchange item for a different size the worker was so rude to everyone in store would not change size for shoes or belt the purse was falling apart. Everything had tags and new in the box I ordered online and need to fix it for my daughters birthday in a few days. There was also another lady in store trying to change her shoes for a large size and they would not help her either. We were all up set over the treatment and returned everything. I will never shop at Tory Burch again I had spent over 1,000 in there purse, shoes, belt to be treated like we were trash.
The website is awful if you plan to do anything more than browse. I attempted to purchase 3 items and spent more than 30 minutes trying to figure out how to process the payment, which in the end never did. I kept getting a message that my address didn't match. I called the cc company to verify, and all was well. In the chat sessions all they recommended was to clear cache and browsing history, try different browsers. I tried 4. My phone, my ipad, chrome and explorer. Always got the same message. Then they just tried to argue with me that my address was not correct. I have lived in the same place for 6 years. I know my address. Guess Tori didn't really need my money after all, so I'm happy to keep it! If you need Tori that badly, try your luck somewhere else.
I placed my order at tory burch store and they told me it will take 2 days to deliver, that was Saturday and today is Wednesday and i still have not received my order. I call customer service and they tell me we cant help you with anything. My order was a gift and i am not sure what to gift to my sister now because of their bad service. I am really disappointed
I purchased a leather purse back on 12/24/2015. As of now the purse is only about 5 months old. The leather started turning green which is unusual for a suppose to be real leather hand bag. So I contacted Tory Burch outlet store in Fairfield, and the store manager was no help at all. She asked if I would submit pics of the hand bag that have the damage area. So I did comply I never heard back from anyone so I called the store. Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone can do so I'm stuck with a $400 leather bag with green substance on it. I will never, never, never, I mean never purchase anything from Tory Burch. Customers don't mean a thing to them. Save your money for more quality items.

My only complaint is they will mark items down left and right- so you need to watch everyday to get the best price. It is worth the hunt if you are a tory fan! Really great site for tory items and great prices. If you have an issue go into your local store and they should be able to help- the customer service is so much better.
I am shocked to report that despite numerous attempts to order produts online from the Tory Burch UK website, it is still not working after 2 weeks! How can a business sustain this? I have spoken to customer services numerous times and emailed several times too! No-one was helpful! I even suggested that I would pick up the order from store if they could deliver but I was told this was not possible! No suggestion as to how to remedy the situation was offered and no form of compensation was suggested either!
My second pair of shoes (very expensive btw) and after 6 months they are completely destroyed. I work in an office so, Literallyits a very gentle use. These shoes are made with very very bad quality, to be HONEST. Never again!

This was my first time ordering directly through TB's website…. BIG MISTAKE! I typically order TB items through Nordstrom, Saks, and etc, but figured since the TB warehouse is in my state, I should receive the items in 2 days. Boy was I wrong! My order was split into two separate shipments and once the packages finally arrived a week later, one of my items was missing. Customer service could care less and said I had to wait 3 more days to see if the other item will be delivered. Only two tracking numbers were generated by TB, so it's evident that the item was left out of my shipment. Waste of time!
My mother also recently tried to order from TB.com and had to cancel her order due to the warehouse's slow processing times.
TB needs to improve their order handling and customer service ASAP!
I bought a pair of Tory Burch boots late last year, early this year and the bottom of the shoe sole already broke off. Completely waste of money, their quality sucks. I will never buy another pair of shoes again from them.
I bought my wife a watch as a birthday gift which I paid CAN$ 379.94 and we are excited to open the box but the watch is not moving.

I recently purchased a gift for my daughter who lives in another state on Christmas day which they knew was a gift, these morons placed an invoice in her box, not a gift invoice but a billing invoice, when I called them to discuss they said it is their policy to place the billing invoice in the gift box. I said that is a ridiculous policy which other store would something so ridiculous? They were not willing to offer anything to compensate and needless to say I am very annoyed and will not purchase from them again. If I could have rated them.no stars I would have! I bought a pair of sandals ($350.00) as a Mother's Day gift. They did not fit so I started processing a return online and was notified It was just over 30 days and they would not take them. The shoes are still being offered at full price so I am shocked. If they had place them on clearance I could understand.
