My daughter received a necklace for her 21st birthday less than two years ago. The pendant broke off the necklace. She contacted customer service and was told there is nothing they can do. Can't fix it or replace it. That's an absolute disgrace for the amount of money paid for it. Never again!

They have a really good design that is the fact, but the quality control & material is super low. Really disappointed with the customer services also, they not really helping if we got troubles with everything. They just gonna ask us to return. Don't forget that they only have 30days return policy, with no guarantee. They don't stand behind their products. Just be careful before you pick the items. Make sure the item is in your quality measure! Because in my experiences buying 15 products, the items that I would to keep had a problems either with the quality control or material. Check it carefully in detail before you buy.
We'll I had 8 from 15 items. Even Coach that is cheaper price have a better quality than Tory, at least they have 1 year guarantee for all their products, and cleaning/service if we need ones.

My mother shipped me a gift from Tory Burch in Atlanta. I had to exchange sizes and went in to the store at King of Prussia. I normally do not shop at Tory Burch since it is way out of my price range. The sales associate at this store was very nice and helped me find the correct sizes for my two items. Because there was a new sale, I also had credit and was able to buy a pair of flip flips for my teenage daughter who was with me. She was very excited. The items were beautifully packaged and the whole experience was wonderful, due in great part to the customer service.

http://www.toryburch.com/ is the real tory burch site that is tied to all the stores and outlet stores. When they have a sale it is the best ever! With great customer service and fast shipping. My only complaint is they will mark items down left and right- so you need to watch everyday to get the best price. It is worth the hunt if you are a tory fan! Really great site for tory items and great prices. If you have an issue go into your local store and they should be able to help- the customer service is so much better.

Over the years, I have spent more money on Tory Burch items than I care to admit. Anyway, right before Christmas I spent close to $1000. 00 in one shop which included a metallic tote bag. Within 7 months later there were worn spots on the bag. Looks like dirt but it is more like metallic areas worn away when you look at it in person. I sent photo and complaint only to be told basically too bad for me; that it was over the 30 days and looked like wear on my part and some warning on using cleaning products which I did not use. So disrespectful especially to a customer that as I said spends more money than care to admit. So, I will never buy a Tory Burch product again.

I recently purchased a purple and mixed pattern top from Tory Burch. Of course it looked great on the model, I viewed multiple pictures and watched the video of her modeling the top. The top's suggested retail was $348.00 and I bought it "on sale" for $104.25. The item was received in a timely manner and seemingly the correct size, however, the shirt looks nowhere like the pictures. I consider this false advertisement. The material is see-through, stiff as paper, scratchy, and overall incredibly cheap looking. It looks like it has snags all over. Upon inspection it's 100% polyester and made in china. I don't know where Tory Burch gets off thinking they can charge what they charge when their garments seem to be super low quality (I find much better quality clothes at Target!) and mass produced in sweatshops in China. This was such a disappointing purchase, I feel totally duped and a total fool. DO NOT purchase from this company, quality has totally declined and you ARE NOT getting the mid-level luxury items they used to be known for not too long ago.

After purchasing a handbag and using it for 3 months the trim started to pull away on the handle. The customer service was so frustrating. Initial could on text, chat or call. Was told I'd receive a call within 24-48 hours. Four days later I had to text again. Was asked for my information almost every time I texted. Sent contact information and photos only to be told they would not do anything because it was outside of their return/repair guidelines. Will not purchase another Tory Burch item.

I had brought a few things from this brand, mostly at the tory Burch store. From her shoes to her bags are not worth your money. Her merchandise last less then 6 months. I have wrote the company a few times about issues with each merchandise. It's been 10 years later and still not one response. Am big on name brand and every name brand I brought had stood behind their merchandise and behind customer service. But this has been the worst of anything I have came across. Even Walmart will make sure your satisfied with their products. Tory Burch is all for herself and the money we keep sending on her no good merchandise. I don't even buy it on sell. They don't even attempt to email or call you back. Good luck on the people who supports her.

Shoes are expensive $200. Plus and so uncomfortable, no support of any kind. Tory Burch shoes have destroyed my feet. I have Tory flats, wedges, boots flip flops Etc. In all colors... I should have known each time I wore the TB shoes my feet suffer with blisters and arch aches. At the TB store the sales people said our flats fit better a size bigger... The purses after a few months the snap broke off. I paid 299.00 for that side sling. I can go on and on. I received a sweater that I ordered paid 250.00 for it and I never noticed the hole in the back of my arm pit. I had a stranger at a party tell me. I have spent thousands on crap quality and not to mention the ortho apts and cortisone shots on my feet and lower back because of The Tory Burch shoes... I was wondering if anyone ever filled a consumer law suit against TB for her horrible shoes. I am not spending another penny on her poor cheap quality..

I ordered two dresses one of which was available in only one size (I sized up) so the stock was clearly running low. I paid for expedited shipping and over the course of three weeks I have had emails to this effect thanks for shopping with us your order is on the way to sorry for the inconvenience but were really busy at the moment to your order is not in stock but dont worry you wont be charged. Needless to say I never received my order, one dress seems to be on the way, the bother one I have been charged for but is not in stock! I guess I now have weeks of waiting for my refund if any of the other reviews are anything to go by! I am outraged by how pathetic, slow and mistake ridden this process has been - I think Ill stick to major department stores and just about any other brand that takes their customer service seriously from now on!

I ordered from Nordstroms, and upon receiving the purse in a plastic bag within the box, Nordstrom indicated that dust bags are no longer provided. I decided to ask Tory Burch being a repeat customer through their website. This was the first time I ordered through a "partner". According to "Al" of Tory Burch online chat, they are unwilling to confirm or deny if Tory Burch still provides dust ruffle bags. When asked if I can purchase the dust bag as this is Christmas gift, I was told the system won't allow that and there is nothing he could do to help me. Do not purchase Tory from any partner store (Nordstroms) as Tory Burch will NOT stand behind their brand or partnership and is unwilling to assist, validate their partner stores statement, assist a repeat customer, and I'm still waiting on an email response… When gifting, packaging is part of the experience and I am beyond disappointed being a repeat customer for MANY YEARS.
