However, my initial thoughts changed as soon as I enrolled. Top Resume has amazing customer service. Their team works 24/7. Every time I called, they were polite and helpful. Resume requirements change so often I decided to have mine professionally done this time. Best decision I have made. My writer Madaline worked with me and I had control over edits until I was satisfied with my resume. They assigned your resume to random people who are not professional writers. The english was pathetic on my resume, they never took the substance from my questionnaires. And they waste your time on customer care calls. Good bye to the hefty fees they charge for doing NOTHING.
They are a scam. If they were genuine they would have refunded my money back or had the courtesy to pickup my call.

I received a copy/paste as first draft with non related experience. Then she overlooked my experience and fixed only when noted. I thought they were not only professional writers but also knew how to write a resume. NOT AT ALL. They don't even proof-read the document. They catch you with their free review and then they just take your money Customer Service hasn't even reply to my complaints. If you need somebodu to rewrite your resume without adding any value to it, this is your company.

I trusted that these "resume experts" would help tailor my resume to get more interviews. Come to find out, I have more interviews with my own resume and not one single interview with their resume. Took forever to hear back from the people I was working with and had many resumes redone and still no interviews. Glad this service worked for some but I guess not for all.

For the sake of resetting my resume with a clean format alone - I have no regrets about utilizing TopResume's services. More importantly perhaps, it was invaluable to have fresh eyes on this to take it to the next level. I hesitate to give a 5 star rating because, while previous edits were quickly corrected, one final yet crucial point wasn't included in my final draft. Overall, however, I was easily able to correct this on my own with help from a fuller version I was provided.

My experience with Top Resume was top notch, no pun intended. They really adhere to deadlines like they promised, which I respect, and if they didn't comply they are completely understanding and will find any way to compensate you for their delay and will leave you happy.
Now when it comes to quality and professionalism, I couldn't have ordered from a better place. They offer 2 revisions which really gives you enough wiggle room to add/remove anything you want. The resume came out clean and concise and would recommend anyone to try it with them. I think they truly do match you with a suitable write, who have qualifications and experience with writing resumes that match your experience/degrees.
