This is a scam, writers are not reading any supporting documents, and everything from my previous CV was just copy pasted into a new format, with a few added spelling errors.

The cover letter I received stated that I was a specialist on aeronautics, although I have never worked with anything even remotely related - i work with policy research. It was clear that it was a standard format copied from someone else, withs some of my CV achievements added in bullet point format.

If you have done a degree in english, or have previously worked in an english speaking industry and you are not a graduate. I can guarantee you will be very disappointed. Me and five colleagues have all dried this service, all with the same results.

Please also beware of the writer Julie W. She is rude, difficult to work with, and unwilling to take on feedback.

I wanted an overhaul on my resume and cover sheet so I contacted them.
The price is high in my opinion, but the product that came out of it was mediocre at best. Spelling errors and grammatical errors were fixed. After their 60 day period of no results they re-did the resume which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.
The re-done resume is still sub par and yielding no results and I have stopped using it.
They also contact customers asking them to provide positive feedback on these sites in exchange for a $20 Amazon gift card.

I ordered two resumes. One for my husband who works in the auto industry and I am a teacher.

I was told "Writing experts" in each of our fields would contact us once we completed the job questionnaire.

The entire process was confusing. I had to call to clarify and see what was going on after receiving a resume for my mechanic husband as a teacher.

After complaining, two resumes were completed within 24 hours. I felt the writer just rushed them and same person wrote each of our resumes.

I've contacted customer support and have never heard back. I'm not sure how their reviews are so high. My federal resume was only two pages! I was told by several federal employees that their resumes were over four pages long

I was looking for an easy process with little back-and-forth communication as I had very limited time. TopResume did just that! The process was simple, communication was prompt and they delivered me with a resume and cover letter that highlights my top skills. The only hesitation with a 5 star rating reflects on the 7-day feedback period, it would be great if this was longer given some people's workloads make it difficult to respond within a 7-day turn around. Pulled me in for $279, great "resume review" bait and then I ordered the $279 package they delivered a fake job history and fake skills. I have been battling them for months trying to get my refund.
Their resumes are re-written by people overseas using information in OTHER peoples resumes.
It is amazing how a company like this can actually be in business and exist, it is a complete fraud. Look at their reviews, 99% are negative.

As someone whose been out of the job hunting scene for over 10 years, they made it easier to do my resume up to today's standards.
One thing I wish for though with cover letters today is that for when you're looking into a complete new field with no experience prior that they came included. Or a suggestion on how to word it when it comes to applying. Apart from that it was better than I expected.

It looked like automatically reviewed, but the Service pretends to do manual checking. I. e. "You should consider using a few more bullet points to increase the impact to the employer. If employers see too many long sections of text, they might find it difficult to zero in on the most crucial information."
I have a lot of bullet points, but they were not standard and were not processed correctly by resume parsers.
Anyway, it was very helpful for me and helped to identify problems with parsing by ATS'.

My writer made a dull standard resume with over 25 years of experience reflect achievements and milestones in a way leaders are looking for. I added narratives to an old running copy of a resume and sent to my writer. The information and the product returned was dynamic! We went back and forth via email on a few points before the final version was saved. The process is collaborative and professional. I asked it to be rewritten, but they said that the option I choose doesn't include a free rewrite guarantee, and I had to pay again for it to be rewritten (for a reduced price)

Result: 149 $ spent for nothing.

There are a lot of platforms and freelancers offering this service online, they're much cheaper and effective, don't waste your precious dollars on topresume.com
