Horrible, horrible horrible job. Complete garbage resume. They combined 2 completely different jobs I had into one, they made little to no change on my resume. Only to change the order of my points around. When they "highlighted" the most important achievements they used items from jobs 10 years ago that were not relevant to the job I was applying for.

Steve was fantastic, he wrote my resume in a professional manner, and my cover letter says exactly what I wanted. The LinkedIn profile was something pointless because everything was the same as in my resume.

I had a wonderful writer who worked with me to get to a great resume quickly.
I wanted to share my experience to allow others to make an informed decision before using your services. I used your services a year ago and the service was excellent. On 7/28/20 I purchased a package to update my resume. My understanding is I would receive a rough draft with in a week. I was not even assigned a writer until 8/7/20. I was informed she would get my rough draft sent to me. I had to inform her that no where have I been asked for my updated employment information. I sent this and was told I would receive a rough draft on 8/10/20. When I didn't receive it on 8/10/20 I had to send several requests to my writer before I finally received a response that I would have my rough draft by 4pm on 8/17/20. After 3 weeks of waiting, at 6pm on the 17th, I still had not received my rough draft. Due to the delays, I emailed requesting a refund. At 3:11am on 8/18/20 I received a rough draft. Mind you it took 3 weeks for her to literally copy and paste the job description i sent her into my resume. I was shocked at what she sent me, this is something I could have done on my own. My level of dissatisfaction is more than I can describe at this point. I am hopeful that my refund request will be expeditiously processed, allowing me to hire a professional company.
Do not trust Top Resume writers! I have waited a month on a very simple resume and paid $196.00 and not received my resume. Their web site says you will receive it within a week and maybe up to 2 weeks. It's a month and I have Nothing!
The change in my Resume format, wording and presentation was great. Inow these interesting times it is difficult to figure out what a recruiter is looking for, and specifics.

Terrible Liers and scammers, who use the cheapest writers (probably from fiverr). I bought the best Executive Priority Package for $349 and waited for 5 days with no reply from my assigned writer, on the 6th day I get a message in broken English, which read:
"Hi X,
Firstly, Apology for being much late. Actually, I was running with fever and I thought it was corona but fortunately, it isn't.
I truly sorry for this just because of uncertain health condition. You will get the first draft of your document by tomorrow. Please consider my matter of fact.:-(
Hoping for sympathetic consideration from your side.

X Writer, TopResume"
Does this sound like $300+ material?
"much late" "I truly sorry" " consider my matter of fact"... and this person is supposed to help me make a resume better than I can myself?
Anyway, I called the support asking to stop the order and give a refund, they said they will have to charge a $79 cancellation fee... FOR WHAT?
P.s. Still have not received my money, hoping for the best, as I have read, 99% of people do not receive any refunds... and all the 5-star comments here are bought and generic, just see for yourself.
I wouldn't recommend going here. The resume was not up to the standards of what I was expecting.
I truly think they had someone from china making them at a low cost price. When you complain about the quality of work they say no refund is possible. One of the dumbest buying decisions I've made. Reviews are 100 % accurate.
This service was easy to use and they did a great job with my Resume and Cover Letter!
