I paid A$180 plus for a resume and a cover letter. Supposedly I should get my first draft in 5-7! Days once they found a writer for me. I got an email from the writer introduceing himself as soon as they found the match, 7 days later instead of getting the first draft I received the same exact self introducing email I received earlier! After I questioned the writer via email, I received my first draft, however I can tell the writer hasn't even read the job description I'm applying for, and added the experience I never even had! There was no point to discuss further with such a writer for perfecting the resume. It's totally a waste of money! I rated one star because it's the lowest already.

I was very happy with Top Resume! They contacted me quickly, sent me a detailed info to fill out. They turned it around in 48 hours, on a Sunday, which I was not expecting.
The most important thing is that i am getting interviews frm my resume. Even for jobs I did not think I was qualified for. So I am a happy person and I know I will get my dream job soon. I have already been offered a position with the first company I interied with.

I paid to have my resume professional rewritten. I provided feedback after receiving the first draft and had to email twice before I received a response from the writer. In the second draft the writer did not address the feedback items I had explicitly outlined and the delivered resume was virtually no different than the initial resume I provided. The only changes were related to formatting and the formatting changes were not even very good. I was very busy and unable to review the second revision right away and was then told that my review period had expired. I was never informed that there was a time limit when I originally ordered the service. I emailed them in hopes that someone would resolve my complaints but the response I received was only a refusal to do anything.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my resume writer was professional, very quick to respond to my feedback and to the information I provided, and to provide a first draft before our phone call. Based on my input and questions (which I provided before the call for her review), I strongly suggest a phone call because she was able to refine both documents to my satisfaction. She had great advice for me as well. I strongly recommend this service!

Professionalism and Assertiveness
I submitted my resume for Top Resume and I was very pleased with speed, assertiveness and professionalism of the analysis carried out by the company. I agreed with all the directions and explanations given. The examples were quite clear, I fully understood what I should explore in my curriculum and how to demonstrate my skills and work experience in order to attract the interest of the recruiter. I recommend all those people who not have much experience of doing a professional resume, like me, than to seek the professional of the Top Resume to ask for help. Thank you!

I was reluctant in hiring a professional CV writer. However, I have always struggled with too much information in my CV. My assigned writer, Oscar is an incredible writer and summarized my experience in a way that exceeded my expectations

My experience was not what I expected. I felt rushed to provide feedback to what I considered to be an rushed and incomplete resume draft. Even after the final version was sent to me, no thank you was sent to let me know that this was the final version and what would happen next. I also purchased the LinkedIn update service and have not heard from anyone on this yet, as well my LinkedIn profile has not been updated to this date.

Not a good experience for me. Certainly, not what I expected.
