I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Choose properly and check feedback on each product.
Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.
Although I like Tophatter, there are a couple things I don't like. I don't like being locked out because I accidentally bid on something. I think there should be someway of retracting a bid before you win something you don't want. And I don't like the LONG lead time that is needed to ship my items after I have paid. Also when I want a reminder I am not getting them before they go up for auction.
Real good prices on everything but shipping somtimes takes a month to get it to customers if you are in united states--- think that is only thing i dont like

I bought a beautiful shirt, a xxxl so I would have plenty of t-shirt room. Its the size of a large. All garments need to be measured length and bust width for the public. Beautiful shirt, gave it to my granddaughter. So far everything thing else I ordered has been great.

I have bought quite a bit of jewelry and when you first get them they look really nice. So far I have lost stones out of 3 of the rings I have bought. One was in just a few days and they gave me my money back and told me to keep the ring. That one I believe I lost 2 stones out of. I'm not complaining because I figure for the price that it won't last that long. But even the rings themselves, some have turned my finger green. Even with this I will still buy jewelry off of here.

This site has many useful products r hat can B bid on, & at times it gets quite competitive with other buyers. Overall the products r good, prices r based on bidding & delivery times r often earlier than anticipated. Only 1 criticism, most items a sent via post, packaging is non existantas shipper(s) use bubble wrap/ packages or Styrofoam, so some items get damaged.

I currently have purchased over 75 items from top hatter. I understand the shipping delays because many items coming from overseas. Being an auction though with no reserve price, I have won 10-15 items, paid for & been refunded basically sold for too low a price? Some were within 24 hrs, some almost a month. It's not my fault no bidders!

Overall a very good experience. Some items not as decribed, plastic electronic lighters not metal. Some items still have not been recieved from orders months ago. Great way to get gifts. I covered all birthdays and christmas for everbody. Couple of jewlry pieces turned to base metal within a week. Have to be careful with sizing, ordered the shoulder cover due to problems with neck, shoulders, and upper back, in xl. When recieved would fit a 10 yr old. Will be back on for more purchases.

I have researched the products and if you actually look for them in a search, you will find them at the same price that top hatter has. It will tell you the product is worth $300 I have not seen that product ANYWHERE for that price. I have bought a few things. My previous jewelry that they claim was over $100 all turned on my fingers, Buyer be ware. IU just bought a watch total $6.00. Guess what so were the other sites,

I like to shop with Tophatter. But there has been a few orders delivered to the wrong address not even the right state. But all for one they refunded my money. A couple of my items still aren't here and it's been way over a month but they can't do anything about the shipping time.

Over all I have been enjoying my items I have obtained from Tophatter. One thing that bothers me is shipment tracking doesn't always know where the item is. My very first order was almost a week late. But then a couple other items arrived on time and one was early.
Otherwise, all my items that have arrived are exactly as described. I am very happy.
Tophatter is a lot of fun. Some items are really great and and others not so much, but for the price it's worth the risk. Even when something doesn't work out, their customer service has been very responsive and will happily return and/or refund anything.
Most of the items I have purchased are pretty awesome, but there are some that did not meet certain standards, and were either broken when they arrived or did not seem to match the descriptions that were offered. I would like to see them give some kind of like a certificate of authenticity, and not just for us to take their word for what they are saying. That would be a good thing. That way they wont lie about what they are selling just to get rid of stuff that is not up to par. Thanks

For the most part, every thing been good on Tophatter site. When an issue does arise it is resolved in a timely manner. I would say, make sure you read ALL the fine print before you bid on a item. Most of the merchandise is pretty much what you would expect for the price paying for them. Don't expect to get top of the line merchandise for a few dollars.
The shoes I ordered for my grandson were a size to big, I couldn't send them back because we didn't have enough time. But he made them work for his Jr. Prom.

I find that all product received to date have been accurately represented and meet with expectations in regards to quality.
I call this my online auction liquidation world. Which is a good thing.
I do however find tracking packages a bit unpredictable, as some items ordered were sent in the same parcel but assigned different tracking numbers. And on the online features are assigned a untraceable status.
Over all I'm satisfied and will definitely use this service again and again.
Fun, but definitely read product information. Gotten both cheap and genuine items. App does freeze up at times.
Tophatter is usually good about refunds and getting items to you on time however I have been having more trouble lately hope things improve.

Tophatter is the best auction site ever. Hands down. You dont have to buy stupid bid packs use your bank card or PayPal to pay it's that simple. There is even a option to bid and pay within 3 days. Most of the items are as stated and if the seller has misled you tophatter gives you a refund if it's within 30 days. Only thing I wish they had is if you like a particular seller you should be able to choose that seller from a menu. Overall a 8 out of 10 for the site.

Gent the wrong size. I asked about returning it, and you told me to just keep it. However, I did return it. The company said I did not return it within the alloted time. I overnight mailed the ringbefore the experation period. Also, I had not seen a credit to my account. Considering this was one of my most expensive purchases, I won't order from that company again.

With that said, Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number. Every time I had any problem with any merchandise I received a full, immediate refund. No questions asked.
This was controlled by Tophatter. I tried to talk with a quadcopter vendor but was refunded immediately.
When a merchandise deal looks too good to be true, it might be.
