It's pretty easy to let pride get in the way when our work has to be reviewed by a third party, and we often allow this. But if we were honest enough we'd effortlessly tell the difference between a baseless bashing and a professional view of the subject matter. In my case, with an open mind, it proved easy agreeing with all the loopholes spotted in my CV, which were professionally communicated. I find this service to be highly efficient and dependable.

Final product definitely far more polished and professional than before although I've not had any more interview take ups yet than before. It took a while to get to the final product with me needing to correct numerous grammatical and stylistic errors but overall a friendly and polished service that appears to be pretty good. At times it did feel a bit as though sentences from a CV manual were being added together in slightly random fashion but we got there in the end!

Appreciate the inputs and summary. Totally agree with the review and started immediately to change the language. It's like when people ask you who you are, often we tend to start talk about what we do for a living, but we are more than our professions. Put the light on that, what makes you stand out out of 250 applicant's? How can they learn to know your 25-30 or 40 years of life and your achievements in two pages?

Initial email fell into my junk folder and I was skeptical to start with. So, I got rid of the daily 'bitcoin', 'bingo' and 'equity release' nonsense and thought 'what the...' let's give it a go.
I've not been happy with the feedback I've been receiving or lack of it regarding my cv from numerous applications when I know I can do the job advertised so I held my breath...
24 hours later I received a full, free review with some excellent pointers.

Absolutely appalling. The sales pitch is a stark difference to the actual delivered product. The CV created was even worse than my previous one! I asked to be downgraded to the lowest plan (which is far too expensive for the quality of the premium product) as a compromise, and have had no response except to threaten me with collection agencies. There's no way to contact or escalate to management. So now I'm faced with collections agency or pay for a ridiculous amount for a service that's not been delivered.

Fantastic, from start to finish the comms were great. I have had 3 minor revisions and its perfect. I put my CV on a few job sites and in just 4 days l have been approached by 5 employers. So all in all its been a busy few days reading all the emails inviting me to apply. Let alone the jobs l applied for with my new CV. Don't even think about it, get your CV professionally done and you should soon be inundated with offers.

I enjoyed the writing of my CV with TopCV. They do not just write a CV but you both write the CV that fits yourself and express your needs.
