Caution to anyone who uses this company. They do not explain what they can and cannot do to their customers. They booked me and my family business class tickets to Europe and split the family under to different booking numbers. As a result, we could not reserve our tickets at the same time and we were not guaranteed tickets together. They also connected our first and middle names and refused to fix it which made the linking to frequent flyer number and check in difficult. Finally, the indicated that they could use our points to bring down the cost of the tickets and in the end were unable to do this. False promises and made my flight a huge hassle.
I have an exciting experience with a travel consultant who works with top business class global travel last week. Mr. Edwards assisted me in our plan to book for our planned trip the Philippines. Every aspect of my search for an affordable fare and trust worthiness have earned' Mr. Edwards the business of me and wife flying to the Philippines. I recommend him to some of my friends snd family. Very impressed of details that he offered for us. We'll deal with him again.
RUN RUN RUN - this company is a scam! They might deliver biz class tickets if everything goes right but once something is cancelled or delayed, YOU will never hear from them again. I first booked with Top Business Class in 2019 for a trip in 2020. Covid hit and our cruise was cancelled. Max was our agent and at first he was really helpful. He said we have a voucher to use in the next 2 years. In 2021, Max suddenly never returned my phone calls and emails. In the end, we couldn't wait any longer and bought other tickets for our international flight. When I finally got a hold of Max again, he said he didn't know what happened but he could give a 1 year extension on the 2 limit. Now in 2022, I'm told Max has left the company, so I talked to Andrey the Manager. He said David would handle my request. Now I'm getting the same NON-RESPONSE from David. No returned phone calls or emails.
So if you don't mind losing a couple thousand dollars, go with this company, otherwise you should RUN!
We flew from San Francisco to Rome using the tickets that we purchased from Will and it was a great experience. Easy to deal with, always availble and cheaper then buying online. Will use them again in the future
Not impressed or happy with the service I have received. Did not know upfront the ticket would be a mileage bought ticket and I would not be able to accrue mileage with the flight. Had to make a change on my ticket and I am ending up paying more through Top Business Class then I would have paid buying my ticket directly through the airlines and I also would have been able to accrue mileage for my flight. Also the person that was helping me did not respond in a timely manner (had to wait a week or more for a response and that was after I sent a follow up email) and multiple times was emailed offers for itineraries that were with the wrong dates that I was traveling on.
I booked my trip to Europe with to business class on the 5th Oct. And 2 months later i discovered that the agency requested to cancel my tick and got full refund by the airline on the 7th of October. Yet they never informed me until i logged in into my Etihad account on the 7th of Dec.
When i contacted them, they blamed the airline and they refused to honor my ticket and as they wanted to charge me an extra $2200 to rebook my ticket.
Very dodgy business.
Dealt with Isaa who took no notice of my request for alternative flights. Isaac did not respond and was not available by phone and never returned any calls.
This is an ametaur bunch and I do not recommend anyone deal with them.

I corresponded with with an Elton who said we could correspond through email. However, three times he insisted on a Phone #. If that's the kind of pressure that they sell with than steer clear.

Nick did a great job on our recent trip to London, do not know what I could of done without him. Would definitely recommend him to my colleagues and friends.
I contacted a travel consultant directly, via email, on October 26th, with preliminary details about travel to New Zealand. There was no response, so I called on October 29th. The consultant said my email had gone to his spam file (okay, I'll give him that one). After our call, I sent an email (same day) with additional detail. No response. I followed up on November 2nd, by email and phone, to see if he had received my email (he had) and to confirm details. From November 2nd to November 26th... no communication from him at all. Nothing on Black Friday. Nothing on Cyber Monday. On November 26th, I made flight arrangements through ANZ and got the flights I wanted, at the price i expected to pay based on TopBusinessClass ads. I sent the travel consultant an email asking him to close our file (if we ever had one). No response yet (it's November 29th today). I am not impressed and would give TopBusinessClass zero stars, if I could. All I did was to monitor airline (ANZ, UA and AC) sites.
I have been dealing with Russell Malik and have sent him 4 emails. Whereby he refuses to respond. I spent $******* on airfares with this company for return flights from Australia to Europe return.
My husband has been hit by a car in Spain so far he has been in a hospital for 17 days. He has multiple broken bones and we are not sure of his release date. I had t o cancel return flights to Australia. I contacted Russell asking for a credit. To which he replied he had good news. That night a $2800 fee was taken from my account. I asked Russell why and he said I was charged a fee of $800+ US. I was shocked. How can you just access my account without authority. I have nothing in writing even suggesting I have a credit for a return flight from Europe. Looking at all the reviews I am really concerned as this seems to be a very common complaint regarding this company. I would have thought under the circumstances a bit of empathy was given. I will formally address the business practice of this company with Etihad.
Buyer beware, had to file a complaint with AMEX & BBB and still haven't received my money back. 2 business class tickets to Singapore where the rules had changed during COVID and needed a letter from Singapore Government. Called Top Business Class while at the airport and Drake and Max both promised they would allow us to rebook our tickets. Max had resigned and went to another company. Drake is still there and has blocked my phone numbers. When calling the 800 toll free number they said "all requests have to go to Drake".
Drake had stolen $7,700 from me, sucks that I had been such a loyal customer for so many years. Even when they screwed up my other international flights and missed legs to my destination I continued to go to them.
Writing as many reviews as I can to warn others of their dishonest and blatant theft.
Check their numerous BBB complaints as that is what it normally takes to get your money back. But not when it is a high dollar amount. 1 month shy of a year since this ticket was purchased
We bought tickets from this outfit's Simon Geta. We were cheated three times and were left stranded in Chicago, in Paris and in Nice.
Stay away from it. You are warned!
Serge did a great job in locating us a business class flight. Was surprised when the last leg of our trip was coach. I asked for exit rows and thought we were booked but then received an e-mail saying I would have to book it!
That is when the service fell off.

If all of your agents/travel advisors are of the caliber of Nick, you're in tall cotton...an asset to your organization!...personable, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and responsive. I'll be back around this time next year asking for him. I'm at a station in life where I don't make changes on whim. My last previous experience to same place, same length of time was fraught with some issues...just as well.
Nick Taylor was very accommodating to my travel needs. I will definitely contact him for my future travels. I wish Topbusinessclass offers domestic business class tickets. Let me know when that happens.
