I booked my trip to Europe with to business class on the 5th Oct. And 2 months later i discovered that the agency requested to cancel my tick and got full refund by the airline on the 7th of October. Yet they never informed me until i logged in into my Etihad account on the 7th of Dec.
When i contacted them, they blamed the airline and they refused to honor my ticket and as they wanted to charge me an extra $2200 to rebook my ticket.
Very dodgy business.
