Buyer beware, had to file a complaint with AMEX & BBB and still haven't received my money back. 2 business class tickets to Singapore where the rules had changed during COVID and needed a letter from Singapore Government. Called Top Business Class while at the airport and Drake and Max both promised they would allow us to rebook our tickets. Max had resigned and went to another company. Drake is still there and has blocked my phone numbers. When calling the 800 toll free number they said "all requests have to go to Drake".
Drake had stolen $7,700 from me, sucks that I had been such a loyal customer for so many years. Even when they screwed up my other international flights and missed legs to my destination I continued to go to them.
Writing as many reviews as I can to warn others of their dishonest and blatant theft.
Check their numerous BBB complaints as that is what it normally takes to get your money back. But not when it is a high dollar amount. 1 month shy of a year since this ticket was purchased
