Not impressed or happy with the service I have received. Did not know upfront the ticket would be a mileage bought ticket and I would not be able to accrue mileage with the flight. Had to make a change on my ticket and I am ending up paying more through Top Business Class then I would have paid buying my ticket directly through the airlines and I also would have been able to accrue mileage for my flight. Also the person that was helping me did not respond in a timely manner (had to wait a week or more for a response and that was after I sent a follow up email) and multiple times was emailed offers for itineraries that were with the wrong dates that I was traveling on.
