Update as of 9/16. On 8/21, Agent Russell text messaged me the below. I found it condescending and disrespectful. First, he doesn't keep to his word, he is ever inconsistent with his messages, doesn't call me despite requesting to clarify the issue on the phone, and has the gal to ask me to remove the review. 'I don't know why you are upset. There's no need to leave a review like that.' who asks the customer to delete a review than own up to the mistake at least? One of my texts to him says 'it's unfair to charge me like that and make me book business class'. Then there was a call, then no texts related to that. What would've happened? What would've been discussed on the call for me to not say anything further regarding this? Obviously there was a equanimous conversation. When there's an inconsistency and the customer wants a call, you call and you clarify, you don't keep sending the customer text messages and ask them to remove the review. He's full of crap and he completely denied what was promised to me over the phone. Even in the text transcript, he kept being inconsistent with his messaging to me. Is it because I am a woman that he thinks he can be patronizing with me? I sent it to top business class and asked them to make sure he never reaches out to me. They never responded to me. Am surprised that top business class is ok with the agents being this inconsistent and eating customer money in the name of the airline doing incorrect billing and forcing me to book business class to get that money back when they should just cut me a check for their error rather than promise me something on the call and completely deny it or worse yet, keep being inconsistent in the text transcript…and not getting back to me or even apologizing for courtesy for such an unprofessional experience. Well, it's clear why the agent is this unprofessional, the company nurtures it:

While the agent I worked with was very polite, I had an unprofessional experience. They erroneously charged me $69 and indicated that it was charged by the airline. As a resolution, they can give me a voucher for it, that I can use against future business class flights. I said it was unfair to erroneously charge me and say that I can only use that on business class. The agent then had a phone conversation with me and said that I could use it for domestic as well. What I do not understand is, how can I use it for "any" airline for business (let alone domestic) if the money is locked in by the airline? Anyway, I trusted the agent and left it alone. I then had a ticket I wanted to get with the airline (outside the agent's remit) and asked if I could use my $69. Agent didn't get back (they aren't very prompt and need a few follow-ups). I then text messaged, no response, then I called. The agent then texted me and said I could use it only on the specific airline flights and have to use it within a year. He said I couldn't use it on others. I said this was all unfair that they erroneously charge my money and tell me I have an year. I showed him the text where he said I could use it any airline, he said that's fine. I then reminded him of our conversation where we had a phone coversation and he said I could use it on domestic as well, he completely denied it and never got back to me. The entire information provided to me was inconsistent with a lot of gaps. How can the money be locked in with the airline if Topbusinessclass can use it on "any" airline? Why can't they cut me a check for their error? Why so many inconsistencies in the story? How's this fair? Forget about the $69, I do not want to do business with someone who doesn't have integrity on what they said, completely denies and doesn't hold themselves accountable for the various things they said to me in writing and doesn't "call" to clarify. This is a pretty bad experience and very poor and unprofessional customer service. They do not hold themselves accountable for screwing up their accounting and do not indicate anything that I could trust them on in this matter. Lesson learned - ask for claims made in writing, otherwise, there are unprofessional agents out there who could completely deny what they said on the phone as well.
After much research, I booked with "Carlos" as he indicated he promised he was fully capable of booking my one way business class tix from Santa Fe NM to Coimbature, India as seamlessly as possible as I was travelling under a medical visa from bed to bed to get life saving treatment at my Aruvedic hospital whilst in the last few months of a terminal diagnosis. From the moment I went to the airport to depart from SF everything that could go wrong did go wrong, And just got worse and worse. The baggage weight and requirement he told me was wrong and I had to leave half my belongings; they were not prepared for a wheelchair bound disabled passenger; they were NOT available 24/7 has the website says; and they left me stranded in Frankfurt Germany for a week, where I ended up in hospital bc I ran out of medication bc of Carlos's ineptitude for planning for a passanger with a medical visa and medical needs. Then, he asked for more money to "allow" to continue to my final destination in India. I paid for my tix, nearly $4,000.00 USD in full, plus a generous gratuity which he asked for, as well as trip insurance. (I have repeatedly asked for and have not received any documentation that proves the trip policy exists). I was stranded in Frankfurt for a week, getting sicker and sicker as a waited daily to hear from Carlos about what flight he was booking me on. After a week of this, and Carlos crying to me that he would refund me in full next month and give him his entire salary, he again sent me to the airport with a confirmation and told me to show that to the ticket agent, which I did. However, he again told me I would need to pay more money and more money over and over, regardless of his commitment that everything was fully refundable changeable etc. That is when this entire scam came out. When I went to the airport as carlos instructed, including telling me to show the ticket agent my confirmation number, the agent looked at me and said there was no ticket for me and there never was a ticket for me. That is was a fraud. A scam. Apparently, my ticket was "purchased" by miles through Air Canada and cost only $90. USD. The entire booking was a scam, a lie, predatory and ultimately abusive. Carlos and his company got me closer to my death and further from receiving the life saving medical treatment I traveled to get in India, where my doctor was. I was in hospital and needed medical care nearly every night while in Germany and had to spend over $9,800.00USD to get from Frankfurt to Coimbature. Consequently, my treatment was delayed both by week waiting for supposed new tix in Germany, and bc of the resources to continue with the full course of treatment was instead spent on buying last minute ticket that could and did accommodate a disabled person travelling in the last months of a terminal diagnosis that required wheelchair to wheelchair assistance. I was and still am completely traumatised by this entire predatory fraud. This matter continues to take up my time and cause me great stress bc Carlos and his supervisors have yet to give me one penny back, as promised and contracted for. Instead, I get daily excuses and more lies without ever once reaching out to me about keeping their commitments as under our contract. I have never written a review, ever. Ans this certainly is not how I planned on spending my time healing these last months, But here I am, trying to get my money back and posting this in the hopes and prayers that this scam is shut down and that no one else will ever get hurt by these lying scammers. All they did was take my money, then ask for more money, then became abusive and insulting and caused me and my family great harm. I also have notified the banks and requisite authorities.
I pray this post prevents others whose are looking to fly through their sham "Top Business Class" website from getting harmed, scammed, lied to and abused at. I pray these people are caught and are held accountable under the law.
I am not just an unhappy customer. I have dealt with this company for years. And have used them in the past. I dealt with Ron. On my last tickets I booked Business Class seats for my parents. Ron told me he could allocate seat numbers for free AFTER I purchase with him. Then... after email after email of enquiring about my seats, he told me I had to pay for them.
The COVID. The airline canceled our flights and we rebooked for a later date. Then again and again. No problem. I understand. After the third time Ron told me, now that the airline had canceled on me three times, my flights were locked in and not subject to any fare increases. Great! A month later a called to book a date and he wanted to charge me airline full fare prices. I reminded him of what he said and again he lied and said he would never say that. I am a pilot myself for a private company and it insults my intelligence when somebody tries to tell me they didn't say something they did. He said he told me the airline wouldn't charge me for any change fees after the third time. But that doesn't make sense as they have never charged me ANY fee for the other three times we rebooked. He just lied.
AVOID AT ALL COST. I have since started working with Skylux who seem much more professional and more legit.
UPDATE:
Though the company promised a refund, which I have in writing, they have since become unreachable now that I have asked for it. They haven't returned my several emails or voicemail. I have reached out to my credit card company who have credited my account while they investigate. I have also filed with the BBB.

Bought flights. Great service until you have bought the tickets, then they are difficult to work with or respond. I was prepared to withdraw my review if they resolved fairly, or at the very least return my money, but they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.
I needed to rebook a flight to Phuket in July since my Cathay flights had changed. At the same time i got a call from Elton at Top Business class and decided to let him quote the new flights. He also quoted my friends flight in premium economy on Singapore airlines. He quoted a higher price on my friends ticket and told me because they DONT PURCHASE BUSINESS LIGHT on singapore only BUSINESS STANDARD AND FLEX. I checked my flight and found it $500 more than what was on the singapore website. I emailed him and said i was disappointed that it was higher and he called me to say the same thing. It was a business standard and not a business light. OK, my bad and i moved on. Then i found out we could take a Singapore flight direct to phuket from singapore and called singapore to see if that was possible. They did have the flight, and said because my ticket was "BUSINESS LIGHT" CLASS D, i would have to call the travel agent. I asked if there was a change or penalty fee and they said no because they have waived all fees due to covid. I called Elton, told him to rebook the flight and he said he would have to check with his ticketing agent. (i believe his name is Matt). He also quoted me $500 to change the ticked saying this was Singapore's charges and not his company's. When i spoke with the ticketing agent he said he would check with the consolidator and get back to me after i explained all the details and conversations i had with elton and singapore. I also asked him to verify with Elton what he told me on several occasions, that this was "booked in the business standard" class and NOT in the light. Since i didnt hear from him, i disputed the charge for the difference with my CC company and provided them the emails i had send to elton. Then today i get a call from the ticketing agent screaming and yelling at me that i disputed the charge. When i asked if he had confirmed with Elton he said he hasn't spoken with him yet. Then proceeded to lay out a flurry of obscenities' that even made me embarrassed, not to mention unprofessional conduct. This could have been resolved very easily and professionally but this company and the actors involved tend to rely on intimidation and threats instead of professional business methods. I have asked for the contact info for both the ticket agents who swore up and down at me and the owner of the company. I didnt mind paying more since i could have checked first and so bad on me, but i DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO and that is the crux of this matter. Needless to say, i would never do business with this company again and i would warn others to double check EVERYTHING before booking with them if you do.
